Our family has been coming to Stowe for 30 years and Stoneybrook is by far our favourite location. 2 pools and right in the recreation path for biking, beautiful views and very quiet. Brian's home is beautiful and everything is exactly as pictured. Questions were answered quickly and all transactions were smooth. Thanks for a wonderful vacation

We had an amazing time! The home was beautifully situated in a well maintained condo complex with lots to offer. Though there were several units it still felt private and quiet. Easy walk to both pools, restaurants and recreational path. We really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or more stunning view!

The condo had gorgeous views as advertised. I enjoyed drinking my coffee from the provided Keurig coffee maker every morning while looking out over the meadow at the mountain. We took advantage of many amenities — we utilized two of the bicycles on the back deck on the recreation path. We also walked along the path during our stay. It’s located at the front of the condo complex and has easy access to the ice cream shop and a few different restaurants in one direction and gorgeous views in the other. The pools were not busy and we even got in a swim between rainy days.
The location can’t be beat. It’s super close to the village, Ben & Jerry’s Factory, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, and the Green Mountain Byway.
The condo was clean and comfortable. It was helpful that the upstairs Jack & Jill bathroom had a separate toilet/bath with door from the dressing room that had two sinks since our family of four was sharing it. Our elderly mother/mother-in-law was very comfortable in the downstairs bedroom and bath.
Brian was super responsive to text messages when we had questions. We hope to return!

A wonderful space to celebrate our UVM graduate with family!! A beautiful location, wonderful dinner spots close by, we enjoyed downtown Stowe and the Stowe rec path made for a great running route. . The condo was perfect and the views were spectacular.

Great property with lots of room and things to do locally. Our grandkids loved playing in the open areas and we enjoyed a cozy place to stay. Our prime reason for the visit was to see the total eclipse and it did not disappoint. Hope we have a reason to stay again in the future.

We had a great long weekend stay for President’s Day. This property was exactly as described and a great stay for our two families. The owner checked in to make sure we were all good, and we were. Loved the Fall foliage view from the back porch. Some of the prettiest foliage was in the neighborhood around the duplex. Appreciated the Host letting us use their bikes on the Stow Recreation Trail. Very convenient and saved us some $$ in bike rental. Close to the "back roads" so you can avoid the traffic jam in downtown Stowe. Walking distance to many good restaurants via the Stowe Recreation Trail.

Very comfortable condo both inside & out! Location was right by the Stowe recreation path which was a lovely walk in the woods. Located between downtown Stowe and right by Mountain Rd. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the Mountain View. Very nicely furnished and even though we did not cook a lot the condo had everything we needed.

We had the best week at stonybrook! Brian was very communicative and helpful. We spent most of our time at the mountain or playing games around the dining table- it was such a great spot for our group to reunite and hang all together. We visited during peak leaf season and this condo was the perfect place to stay—the views were amazing. The condo is walking distance to the rec path and many restaurants and only a short drive to downtown shops. Having bikes and a washer and dryer available were nice perks.

This is my second time at this property and the homeowners were more than accommodating when our return flight back to WY was changed. The location is great and the views are amazing. The walking path is nearby and the condo complex is very peaceful. Everything you could need is provided. The kitchen is very well stocked as well as the bathrooms. If I am ever fortunate to visit the east coast again; I definitely will be staying there again.

My group of friends had a very enjoyable time in this condo. It is tucked away at the end of a row of similar condos, and everything about the area is quiet and peaceful. All the amenities were as described in the listing. This made a great "home base" for our adventures in VT. One member of our group expressed interest in coming back to the same listing with his family next year. The property manager sent text messages before our arrival, and that was just perfect for the info we needed.

We enjoyed our vacation at Stonybrook very much. The view is spectacular, the convenience to restaurants, the mountains and the recreation path is great. The unit was very comfortable for our family, including a toddler. Realizing that the weekend was going to be warm, Brian contacted us to let us know about the 2 remotes for the minisplit AC in the livingroom and downstairs bedroom, which kept the first floor very comfortable. There were bikes at the unit, that we used for our ride on the recreation path, which made it convenient for our entire family to go bike riding together. Great memories!

Lovely stay in Stowe
We really enjoyed our stay in Stowe. The house was exactly as described and it is in a perfect location as it is very close to all the attractions (less than 10 minutes from the ski resort, Von Trapp Family Lodge, Old Stowe Village, etc). From the house we even saw all the New Years fireworks both from the ski resort and the Trapp Family Lodge!
The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We didn’t use the other amenities (sauna,etc) so I can’t speak about those.
Brian, the host, was very responsive to our questions. When we asked if we could check in early he wasn’t able to accommodate that request as the Christmas season is busy for cleaners but he immediately offered us a later check-out time. That was very kind.
I would certainly stay here again. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful house in such a lovely mountain town!

My wife and I really enjoyed our trip to Stowe, VT. The fall foliage was beautiful and the property was in a great location! The property owner, Brian Sprague, made the check-in and check-out process very convenient and was very helpful with area info. The view from the deck was very picturesque and the fall colors were amazing! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and convenient to the beautiful bike trail and local restaurants. Bikes were available on the deck for us to use to view the great scenery. I would highly recommend this property!

Great summer stay
We spent nearly 2 months at Brian’s house in July and August. The location is fabulous. Stonybrook is very close to Mountain Road and a short drive to the village. The house has one of the best views of Mount Mansfield in the Stonybrook community. The deck and the views are really amazing, photos can’t do them justice. It is a short walk to the Stowe recreation path and to the farmers market. The roads in the Stonybrook community are also pleasant for morning and evening strolls.

Overall our stay was great. The property is conveniently located close to a variety of activities. We especially enjoyed the recreation path. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Check-in was very easy! Our only negative would be that the pool and fitness room were nowhere near what is portrayed in the photos online. The pool was not usable at all.

For the second year in a row, our trip to this property and to Stowe was truly amazing and we will definitely be back year after year. The property is beautiful, the views from the condo are breathtaking, and provides so many options for things to do for kids and adults. The host, Brian is so responsive and wonderful.
