FIOS wifi, 46" TV, DVD player + dvr w premium channels, 2 stereo systems, central heat/AC, washer-dryer, ADT security system on gated property.
400 sq ft produce garden, vine-shaded pergola and Moroccan-tile dining area near pool. Huge beautifully landscaped and completely sequestered backyard with luxe 60' lap pool + spa, pool sundeck, firepit area and 100-yr-old magnolia tree, archery lane, pétanque/bocce court. SECLUDED POOLHOUSE that can be used as an office. Workshop with basic tools on premises. Also on property: archery lane, pétanque/bocci court.
Located just 8 min from beach in Mar Vista (2 blocks from Sunday Mar Vista farmers market), a quiet area between hotspots Venice and Culver City.
Wide residential street lined with ancient palms, very mid-century LA, tranquil & safe, ample parking (driveway takes 2 cars; street is non-permit), very convenient to fwys (405 & 10), Culver City and Santa Monica, Venice, Playa Vista, Westwood, Brentwood, Beverly Hills. 20 MINUTES TO LAX.
Separate poolhouse/office great workspace (last tenant was TV writer who did most of her work there).
Note: Occupied guesthouse on property (professional single female tenant only there evenings).
Utilities and premium cable included. Sorry no pets. And not really set up for children.
Dinner parties okay, not larger parties.
IMPORTANT: If interested, please write something about yourself (identifying web links encouraged). Perfunctory notes like "When can I see it?" will not be answered. Very particular about who stays here. It's a special place.
