You can’t beat the location. Beach block with views to both the beach and the bay. The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and cute. The bed was super comfortable which is always a plus! Communication was great- we had an issue unlocking the door (my error) and Maisy was easy to get ahold of and and figured it out for me. We plan to return next year!

This unit had the BEST location! Walking distance to many eateries! I have celiac and am usually worried about vacation, but there were several gluten free dining options near by! We loved that we could walk right to the beach with nothing but towels because the beach access has a convenient chair/umbrella rental right as you walk on. The best perk was the Jolly Trolley dropping you off right at the boardwalk! Parking can be stressful in that area, so it was a relief to have the trolley stop right out front of the condo. The host is super responsive and accommodating! She went above and beyond to make this the best possible family vacation!

We’ve been going to Dewey for quite a few years and absolutely love this property. It has everything you need for a family and the location is perfect for the beach and an easy walk to all the local spots. The condo was very clean and well kept. We couldn’t have asked for more!

We had a wonderful time staying at Maisy’s condo in Dewey Beach. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and Maisy was prompt with her responses to any questions we had. The property is steps from the beautiful beach and also close to both Rehoboth and Lewes for day trips. We were in proximity to local bars, restaurants, and shops if we wanted to go out, but we also had a great time relaxing on the porch with views of Rehoboth Bay and the ocean. Combine all those things with near perfect weather, and it was paradise. We’d definitely love to come back and would highly recommend to anyone who is considering staying there.

We had the pleasure of renting this condo for a week & it was a fantastic experience!
The location couldn't have been more perfect – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants & Dewey nightlife entertainment.
The condo was well equipped with all amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The living area was comfortable & the bedrooms well sized.
One of the highlights of this rental was excellent communication with the host. From the moment I made the reservation, the host was prompt in responding to inquiries & provided the necessary information for a smooth check-in process.
I highly recommend this condo rental for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. I would not hesitate to book this condo again for my future trips to the beach. Thank you very much!

Perfect location. Quiet street. Plenty of space to walk the dogs. Cute condo. Kitchen is a bit tight but has everything you need. King bed is super comfortable. Twin mattresses a bit thin and can leave your back aching in the morning. But overall lovely. Hosts are wonderful!

This property was very clean and the owner was a delight. She responded quickly to any questions we had prior to renting. She was prompt with sending maintenance for a few minor things. She had property info… rules, check out protocal, wi fi access etc. clearly displayed. She clearly takes pride in her property and we treated her home with respect. We appreciated the linen service option and the chair /table balcony furniture was wonderful. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We rate our experience 10/10!!!

The condo was very nice, I loved the decor. Everything that we needed was available . The location was perfect, close to the beach and the local stores and restaurants. Unfortunately the weather was not ideal, however we still had a wonderful time.

Located at the south end of the main strip at Dewey, walking distance to everything and about a block from the beach, upper level condo with views of the water from a small private outdoor patio, and pet friendly. We had a great time on a weekend getaway.
It was a bit tricky to find without specific instructions (there is a house next door with the same address), and we were surprised to find that linens and towels were not included, though this was mentioned in the emails and rental agreement. It all worked out but if you book this place be sure to read ALL of the emails and attachments carefully!
Overall a great place that I definitely recommend.

We have vacationed in Dewey Beach multiple times with our dogs. This property was one block to the beach, which was nice (no crossing traffic).
This listing is on the third floor of the condo. When entering the unit, there is a kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with a double bed/single bed, and trundle -- good for kids. We did not use this. A full bathroom was on that level.
The main living area and master BR (king bed) is one flight of stairs above. While we did not have any issues navigating this, others should know about it. The initial listing was not clear about it.
Our first weekend there, a very loud party went on in the main common area of the condo. The condo is also next to the main road, so for the motorcycle gathering, it was a bit loud when they were revving their engines.
This is not a criticism, but other than pots/pans, silverware, and knives, there are NO other sundries. No spices, salt/pepper, etc. We always pack our sundries, but we did purchase salt/pepper shakers (and left them there). You will need to provide any plastic wrap, foil, or bags. There were garbage bags, but unfortunately the previous tenants used the provided bags, and apparently spilled coffee grounds into the kitchen garbage can. I cleaned that up as best as I could.
It is nice to have garbage and recycling bins outside. Very easy to take out the trash.
Our older golden retriever died one month prior to our rental. I appreciated that Maisy refunded his pet fee prior to arrival.
The garbage disposal apparently needed repair, reported from the tenant before us. The repair person came while we were on the beach, so that was convenient. I am not sure if it was repaired while we were there (we don't use that).
The only other thing to note is that the washing machine is tucked behind a wall -- one has to kind of stretch to empty it and put clothes into the dryer. The dryer timer did not work -- I realized this after our clothes were spinning for 75 minutes. I notified Maisy -- unfortunately, the repair person could not look at it while we were there. It wasn't a problem -- we just used the "timed" setting, and all went well.
I appreciated the prompt responses from Maisy with my questions. A great rental -- just be aware that one needs to be in good physical condition to walk up to the condo, and walk up to the bedroom.
We have since adopted a special-needs dog who cannot do steps...so likely we won't be able to return soon.

This property is well kept and a great location. Everything in Dewey in walkable. The 3rd floor gives great sunset and sunrise views. (But also, lots of steps!) The beach is less than a block away. The condo is clean, well kept and well stocked. It is exactly as pictured on VRBO. We enjoyed our stay with our 2 dogs!

My family, which includes 2 teenagers & I stayed for a week. The location is wonderful, 1/2 block to the beach. The sunrises at the beach & sunsets at the bay are amazing! Walking distance to restaurants & Dewey fun! Condo is well taken care of & clean. Maisy was very helpful. We hope to come again :)

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed here. I wish I could say it was our third or fourth, but they are just too popular and were booked other times we tried to go! This property is great! The location is ideal to walk anywhere in Dewey, but still quiet. Good views of the beach and the bay from the porch, and Maisy is so nice and responsive. We were able to check in early and check out late when we asked! We didn’t bring our dog with us, but knowing we could have makes me want to go back again for another adventure!

This being our second time at the rental we were happy to be back. The best thing about the condo is the location - you can see ocean and bay from the balcony. You’re a few short steps away from the beach when you’re ready for a stroll. Many of the restaurants were closed but it’s off seasonal so that’s expected. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lots of TV/streaming options available, good water pressure in the shower. Another great stay.

My daughter, son-in-law, dogs and I really enjoyed this property. It is a very short walk to the beach, with view of the ocean from the upper level, and also a very short walk to several bars and restaurants. Everything was in order and the hostess was most accommodating and helpful. We're hoping to stay there again.

My adult daughter and I shared the condo for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The bedrooms on two separate levels provided privacy for both of us, and the proximity to the beach couldn't be beat! Even the parking spaces were great, because we could unlock the cars from the balcony. This came in handy, as we simply hosed off our beach chairs and put them in the car - rather than having to carry them up four flights of steps. I would definitely rent this property again!

We found this gem and it was absolutely perfect for my myself, husband and 9 month old. It’s steps to the beach and was super clean - a huge plus! We loved sitting out in the balcony after our daughter went to bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of living space to spread out. Maisy was also very helpful with check in directions, everything from booking to check out was easy. It did not disappoint and will be back next year!

My husband and my 3 boys had a great week at the condo. The place is super clean and nicely decorated. With good view of the ocean and the bay from the small balcony.
It is small but well organized. I loved having the upstairs to ourselves with our own bathroom. The boys did ok sharing the room downstairs with a bathroom.
Kitchen small but perfect for what we needed, we didn't cook much other than breakfast.
Not a lot of space to entertain if that's what you want. But we didn't wanted that so we loved it. Easy access to the beach.
If I may request something it would be to add maybe another dresser or something to hang clothes on the upstairs bedroom we didn't have a lot of space for our clothes but super minor. Unless you really need you clothes organized 😊
Pull out couch upstairs is nice if you need extra beds. Needs to be fixed, if you need it for two people of bigger person.
My 22 year old did ok for a night but the springs on the corner where broken.
Again not a big deal for us just want to leave a good review and helpful to others.
We did miss having a good outdoor shower there is one in the parking garage that you can use to clean your feet and I guess shower but is not covered and you share with everyone in the building.
Bottom line we had a great time and loved the location.
Maisy was very easy to get a hold off and super friendly.
The Condo was ready on time , actually a bit early which made it nice since we got there early ourselves.

Maisey was very easy to work with. When our original plans fell through at the last minute, we booked her place 24 hours before arrival and everything went smoothly. The place had a perfect layout for our family of four with a kids bedroom on the first floor and a larger master bedroom and living area on the second floor. The views are amazing. Not sure if it was because we went in the off season but there were not many cable channels available and no wifi (which I believe the listing said it had). Other than that it was a great stay!

This condo is great for families with kids! We visited with our 4 year old, 2 year old, and baby. The kids loved the bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom and there is plenty of room in the master bedroom upstairs for baby's pack-n-play. The layout is unusual (one bedroom and kitchen/dining downstairs, master bed and small living room upstairs) but it worked perfectly for us -- my son could watch a movie upstairs without disturbing his little sister napping downstairs. Condo is on the beach block (at the corner of Rte 1), so it's an easy walk to the beach with kids and all the necessary beach paraphernalia.
Condo was immaculately clean and kitchen was well-stocked. We cooked every meal in the condo and found everything we needed. Beds and couch were actually comfortable -- definitely not always the case with rentals! Owners were very friendly and responsive. We'll book this again next summer!

My family and I had marvelous time at this beautiful condo! The owner's description of the condition of the condo is 100% accurate. There are great ocean views from the windows, and the beach is just a short walk away. From the balcony, you can also see the bay. The condo is immaculate, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for a one-week stay. One note: I do not have a toddler so I did not need a baby gate for the staircase inside the condo -- that is probably the only thing that you may need to bring (but I recommend checking with the incredibly kind owner first, because she may have one that you can use). The washer and dryer in the unit were especially nice to have. I highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous home away from home.

We booked this property "last minute" late in the season. The unit was very clean and well maintained. On the top floor, it is 3 stories up, with a very small porch. There was very little in the way of clothes storage, particularly in the downstairs bedroom; nor were there any closets or any space for hanging clothes. It is well appointed in all other respects.(PS -- the kitchen light switch is hidden behind the refrigerator.) We would recommend this property for 2-4 adults. The photos very accurately reflect the appearance and condition of this loft style unit; it is not terribly spacious and the lack of closet space or any accommodation for clothes storage(no dressers or bureaus at all in downstairs BR) was surprisingly disconcerting. It is a short walk to the beach in a secure and lovely setting. The owners were responsive and reachable. All in all we would give it a "good to excellent" rating.

This property is great because of its location - it is near the beach, hot spots of Dewey, and the jolly trolly stop to Rehoboth Beach. The condo is beautifully appointed with top notch amenities and extremely comfortable. Having one bedroom and bathroom upstairs and another bedroom and bathroom downstairs make the property ideal for families with children or two couples vacationing together. We will definitely be back!
