This condo felt like home! It was so comfortable and welcoming. It was clean and ready for a great stay in Seaside. The beds were very comfortable, but the couch and recliner were a bit to be desired. We loved the fireplace on the cold evenings.

This is our second time staying with the grandchildren. We had the best time it’s close to everything. We don’t have to drive anywhere. The beach is Right there and just a walk to town around The corner My grandchildren loved the bumper cars.

Very comfortable for the 4 of us, clean and great ocean view. Kids liked the cupboard full of games. We loved being so close to town. The beds were also restful. Very nice place, indeed!

A very nice, clean unit. It was perfect for our two sets of couples. There's a beautiful view, it's close to restaurants, activities and shopping, and it had everything we needed. We'll be back!

The property was great, well kept, Well stocked, and located just a few minutes walk to main street, and beach. For the most part we enjoyed our stay, but would be better with furniture that was even a little more comfortable. All of the living room seating was very low to the floor, and not comfortable. While the futon couch seemed to be newer, as a primary seat/sleeping piece was impossible to sleep on. or sit on for more than a few moments.

Our first family trip away from home with our infant, and it was perfect. The location was amazing. It was amazing having such a beautiful view with a fireplace that we could enjoy during nap time. It was really easy to pop out onto the promenade from floor level to quickly get outside when our kiddo was awake. The rooms and bed were cozy and we appreciated the blackout curtains during nap time. The town was lovely and the location of this rental is perfect for walking to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect for easy access out to the prom and the beach. I have mobility issues and having no steps to have to navigate getting into the unit was a wonderful plus. The only issues we had were trying to coax the cooktop to heat up & the toilet in the hall bathroom ran. That said, we would happily stay here again!

The place overall was very nice. We found the microwave was not working even though it was new, I called the office and they brought a small countertop microwave. The jetted tub looked clean till we used it and it left a dirty ring in the tub after reporting it, the next day it was cleaned. One of the smoke detectors' batteries died and again a new one was brought over. Otherwise, it was just what we wanted. Next time we will get a unit on an upper floor foe a better ocean view.

We are super happy about our stay in Seaside. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the jacuzzi tub to relax in at night. Perfect location, just steps away from the promenade, beach, restaurants, and shopping. Loved being able to wake up to the ocean view and not have to get in the car. We would definitely recommend staying here and if we ever find ourself in Oregon again we would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful location and close walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating. Would be nice if back door had blinds for privacy since right on Prominade. Fultanos pizza is delish and delivers. Will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is quiet, both beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. The refrigerator looks like it has an ice maker since you can see it on the outside of the door but alas there is not one. The one down side is the patio door does not have any window covering and being on the ground floor next to the sidewalk it would have been nice to have, especially in the evenings. The TV remote in the master bedroom does not work on any of the TV’s. It turns the cable box on but that is it. The other two remotes do work

We had our 3 young kids with us and the bottom floor unit was perfect with the easy outside lawn access for the kids to run and play while I was making dinner. Great views of the beach and walking distance to all the shops. We even enjoyed the cozy fireplace on our rainy day there too. New appliances were so nice, but some news cooking pans would be suggested. Not too many stocked spices to use, so make sure to bring your favorites. Also, bring your own foil and ziplock bags..only had Saran Wrap and sandwhich bags. The beds slept great, never used the couch or hideaway bed so not sure if those are comfortable. The couch has some uncomfortable spots and the brown recliner was worn down, but the leather chair was super comfortable. Sand toys and two beach chairs available too…only 3 beach towels for a house to sleep 6, so a few more beach towels would be ideal. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 night stay and the place was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

The beach was right across from us. We had a fire going at night on the beach. We had a washer &dryer, 2 bathrooms, a great kitchen, comfortable living room. It was perfect, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. Had a great time, thank you very much.

Lovely little condo with lots of space. Beautiful view. Spent many nights on the little back patio slab sitting in the chairs (no table tho). Our party enjoyed dinners at the dining table, card games in the livingroom, and the beds were comfortable for a good rest at the end of the night.

The lawn and ocean view are amazing! The place is even better than the photos and much larger than we had envisioned as well. Very clean and plenty of extra blankets if needed. Other than the beach our favorite part was the cozy chair right next to the fireplace. The location is spot on with just a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
