Very convenient and comfortable. Loved the Biscuit Factory just around the corner for breakfast! Was able to just walk to our favorite restaurant for dinner--the Hole in the Wall!

Location, Location, Location
Property was nice, didn’t realize it had an elevator, but it was needed. Town is a sleepy, but you are right in the middle of everything. Good time, and would definitely stay here again

Memorial Day Weekend.
Everything was nice except for ice house across from us was extremely loud, could not enjoy sitting outside. Coffee pot should be thrown away, since it was falling apart. Bring your own toilet and paper towels!

Great location
Property was as advertised. Very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Balcony overlooking the river and shrimp boats was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband recently retired and we decided to take a road trip throughout the state of Florida. Apalachicola was a first time for us and we loved it! The "Swan" was very clean, comfy, and cozy! Kathy was great! She was quick to respond to any question we had and she had several suggestions for us to enjoy our time out and around town! Our dog was very happy and enjoyed how pet friendly this quaint little town is. We also had a really nice day going to St George Island. Can't wait to come back for a girls trip!

Great View and Great Location with a laid back vibe!

Perfect location, clean with everything you need. Only issue was internet WiFi.

Stove top quit working and property manager acted like we were too stupid to use it after we had cooked half the meal before it quit working, had an animal with us that property manager complained about being hairy (?)to offset our complaint , right across the street from a noisy freezer that never stopped running , very noise polluted. The property manager was rude. Will not stay again because of her.

Came down for a quick weekend to join some friends at the BBQ competition. convenient location. nice layout. the cafe downstairs has AWESOME breakfast burritos! there's live music a block away at night. (You can't hear it inside). wonderful place, highly recommend. and Cathy was very friendly

Excellent property. Clean and comfortable with a nice view of the river. My husband left a pair of jeans and we were contacted and the jeans mailed to us. What a thoughtful gesture! Very hometown feel.

We loved The Swan in Apalach. Very well maintained with a great layout. Located conveniently close to all town has to enjoy. Great balcony for enjoying morning coffee and watching the world come to life. Loved this rental!

Apalachicola Perfection
We enjoyed our stay at The Swan so much we called 3 days in and asked if we could extend! Wonderful amenities, perfect location. Kathy @ Robinson Fishing Charters organized a wonderful bay fishing trip for our family, also.

Beautiful and roomy
Loved the spaciousness and decor. Truly a wonderful place to stay for a family vacation. Kitchen was equipped for cooking and seating better than most homes. Only wish was the balcony did not face the building with the loud air conditioning. Not as peaceful as I would liked for sitting out.

Great place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway at the Swan. Comfortable for two couples plus small kids. Check-in was quick and easy and the location is perfect. After we unloaded the car we walked to the local brewery to fill some growlers for the fridge. Everything is laid out comfortably and the view from the deck is amazing.

Beautiful location in the heart of the city
We were in town for my grandfather’s funeral, so it was extremely last minute. Kathy was very accommodating from beginning to end! She even gave me a card to offer condolences upon my arrival. I thought that was above and beyond. The Swan was immaculate, to say the least. For a two bedroom place, it was very spacious. It is also right by the river so there is a beautiful view everyday from the balcony in the back. This was peaceful. It’s fully equipped so you don’t want for anything in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again on a more joyous occasion. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants surrounding it so you can literally walk everywhere. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone! Thanks Kathy again for everything.

Fantastic place in a perfect location
We were in town for my grandather’s funeral. Kathy was extremely helpful with responding quickly. I was flying at the time. She also gave me a card that really spoke volumes to me about who I was dealing with. Her heart was as beautiful as she was gracious. The place was warm and cozy with a perfect view of the river. It’s very spacious for a two bedroom and located in the heart of Apalachicola. Everything was walking distance. We would definitely stay there whenever we’re in town! We arrived Thursday and my husband arrived Friday. He couldn’t complain and was pleasantly surprised. It gave us a nice break away from things. Truly a blessing. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks.

Wonderful!!
We wanted just a short romantic getaway for my husband and myself before Christmas. The Swan was perfect for sightseeing, walking around, and sitting on the balcony watching shrimp boats and bald eagles. The weather was perfect, we ate at The Owl, food was great. We got to meet Richard Beckel, author of the book, The Last Great Bay. Great Book!! The Swan was so clean and master bedroom was so lovely. Perfect Stay, loved it!!

Totally dreamy!
This condo is stunning in every way. Each morning, my husband and I would take our coffee to the deck and watch Apalachicola sunrises, a spectacular tableau of exciting colors. I'm sure Monet would have been moved to capture the beauty. We'd say, this has to be the best place on the whole earth, bar none, to spend quiet grace, reflecting on the past, and dreaming of a future. We're from a state of 'almost heaven'. This spot IS heaven

Great Stay
The property was well kept and in good condition. Plenty of room for two couples to share. The view of the river is slightly obstructed by a few old fisheries that also have some noisy cooling units. The cooling units did not cause any issues with noise inside the condo but we quite loud when sitting on the back patio. Apalachicola is a quaint town best suited for plenty of R&R. We were there for a wedding which held most of the events downtown so the location was perfect. I highly recommend this condo as a great alternative to the mostly outdated hotels in the area.
