Early 20th century coastal home recently renovated and converted into a duplex. Only the Landings East side has been renovated, while plans for Landings West are still undecided, unrenovated, and unoccupied. Awesome waterfront views, just steps from the coastline. Rustic interior with modern amenities make this a perfect getaway, comfortable and cozy. Removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Boothbay Harbor, you'll appreciate the views and privacy, but really just a short walk to town gives you the accessibility and ability to park your car for most of your stay. This is a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. We do not pro-rate for shorter stays, nor do we offer nightly rates. Discounted rates are only considered for 3 or more week stays.
The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, with the master bedroom facing the water with a large window to soak up the view. The master bath is located just outside in the hall. The larger, street facing bedroom has it's own full bath located on the main floor. Both have queen size, poster beds. Bedrooms have window AC and ceiling fans. Brand new sofa sleeper added to living in Fall 2018.
The huge deck on the back, accessible from the dining room and sunroom, provides plenty of space for morning coffee or evening cocktails, with an incredible ocean view. Or why not morning cocktails and evening coffee?
In order to ensure privacy, large events are not permitted on the property without expressed consent and discussion with the owner.

A lovely property to call home while visiting Boothbay Harbor. Conveniently located, just a quick walk to town, wonderful view of the harbor and Shane was an awesome host. We have been coming to Maine for over 25 years and couldn’t have asked for a better location and home for our stay.

This is a wonderful property in Boothbay Harbor. It's a short walk to all restaurants, shopping and water/charter activities, and it offers a beautiful view of the water. Shane is an extraordinary host, offering travel tips, flexibility and assistance whenever needed. Thank you for our stay.

Best Time Ever
This is our second year here and couldn't love it 😍� more. This place has a heavenly view both night and day. There's no need for AC. Those ocean breezes and the view make for a relaxing day and a blissful nights sleep. The house has everything we could want. And, it's just a short walk to town for any activities one desires. The owner, Shane, is very good to talk to and has all the info we need. 3 weeks went way to fast and the weather was just perfect. Boothbay is such a wonderful place to visit. We've been going there for many years and, hopefully, will continue to do so. Thanks again Shane for everything and maybe someday soon you'll make it down to Texas!

This was our second time staying at the properates at Mill Point.A lovely week at the Boathouse cottage last year and two weeks at Landings East this time around.The beautiful grounds and deep water dock are so inviting and peaceful.Our host Shane feels more like family.Landings East is very spacious yet warm and cozy at the same time.The easy walk to downtown is a bonus,except a quick trip to Hannafords my truck didnt leave the driveway.Cant wait to return to this piece of Maine Paradise.

Beautiful Vacation

Close to downtown but quiet and all yours
The interior all knotty pine is beautiful. Full kitchen, big deck, two baths and big bedrooms with comfy beds. Shawn the owner could not have been more accommodating. So spread out and have a house not just a room. Pet friendly as well....!!!

Another week in paradise
We stayed in the boathouse last year and loved it. Got the big house this year and we were a little apprehensive making the change but this one spoiled us. Shane is the perfect host, providing everything we could ask for, including fire wood for the fireplace. Great views, short walk to downtown, easy drives to Portland, Pemaquid and Camden. We love this pace. Thanks Shane.

"PERFECT MAINE GETAWAY"
We have been summer vacationing, 3 weeks stay, in Boothbay for 4 years. Unbeknown to us, we saved the very best for last. We had the best views ever and could wake up to see lobster boats, lighthouse and even small cruise ships in the Bay. At our leisure, we could walk to town or just around the corner to Dunton's Doghouse for some Halibut or sweet Italian Sausage. We were out of the main drag hustle/bustle with a lovely deck looking out at the Harbor. Landings is beautiful with all the modern conveniences, plus. It has everything! Shane is the perfect host/landlord. Thanks again to Shane for making our stay absolutely perfect.

Wonderful stay at Landings East
Just returned from a wonderful three weeks at Landings East. The location is perfect for walks into town with all the shops and restaurants or just relaxing with coffee or wine on the deck. Fun to play tourist with any of the many boat trips around the harbor or day trips around. The house is clean with the kitchen and baths stocked with everything you need, including a washer/dryer.
Shane was so helpful - there when you needed him for anything or information.

Absolutely Perfect
Landings East was even better our second time renting. The views and location are spectacular and the owner Shane goes above and beyond what most owners do. If you are wanting a great vacation spot this is certainly the place. We are already talking about our third trip back. Thanks for making our vacation special and one we will remember for a lifetime.

Landings East was absolutely wonderful. Location was great, all you have to do is park your car and walk to everything. The view was even better!! Enjoyed coffee on the large deck every morning and drinks in the evening. The owners Shane & Gene were so hospitable and made our stay one we will never forget. The home was so clean and comfortable and had everything you could ask for. If you want the perfect place to stay for a great price stay at Landings East. Thanks again to Shane and Gene for a vacation we will never forget. We hope to be back next year!

We really enjoyed this property, the only complaint would be the noise beds:-). They are gorgeous but for some reason they are very creaky. The location was perfect walking distance to downtown but far enough away to still be quiet. Great view of the bay and boats traveling in and out of the harbor.

Great place!
My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Boothbay! Short walk to town, wonderful view.
Everything was very clean and comfortable. The description of the place was very lacking though, in a very good way! The description did not tell you that there was an air conditioner and a ceiling fan and small flat screen tv's in both bedrooms upstairs. A wonderful surprise! A flat screen tv was in the living room area also. The 10% discount at Amore Bistro was a big plus! Delicious food. We would recommend this place to anyone who asks.
