We have been hosts in the VRBO community since 2015. We own and manage several Nashville homes geared specifically to vacation rentals - Someplace we would love to stay with lots of luxurious decor, plush white towels and organic linens. Someplace in very close proximity to everything we might want to do in Nashville. Someplace with incredible outdoor living space and a stunning view... The Neighborhood:
Nashville is an incredible city to live and to vacation! Germantown / Historic Beuna Vista is one of Nashville's hippest new areas in the city, with its close proximity to downtown and all of the industrial chic restaurants like 5th & Taylor, Rolf & Daughters, and Butchertown Hall... amazing... Because the neighborhood is in a transition there is some new construction, but nothing noisy or disturbing at all.
Getting Around:
You can walk anywhere, even Broadway (and we have!), BUT we suggest a $5 Uber ride if heading downtown. There is reasonable parking throughout the city if you have your own car too!

We were so pleased with this property and the quick reply from the manager. The ice maker had stopped working and she had 4 bags of ice there within 30 minutes for us!!!
Very clean, quiet at night and close to attractions. Would definitely stay again!

This property is great for groups to stay. We celebrated my daughter's graduation with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice here. We like all the hardwood floors throughout and how each bedroom has its own bathroom. The roof top area has great views of the city and fun place to hang out. The property is located in Germantown area and walking distance to some bars/restaturants. Broadway is a 5 minute Uber ride. The house is fully stocked with extras such as coffee pods, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc...Check in process was seamless as well as check out process. The only suggestion is to consider black out window treatments in bedrooms as it's really bright when the sun comes up. Would stay here again.

5 stars for cleanliness, layout, rooftop patio, well stocked townhouse and ease of getting downtown both by driving and Uber! Our group of 6 was very comfortable there with little touches of thoughtfulness throughout. Thank you Lauren and Jen- we had a wonderful time and your townhouse is amazing!!!

We had an amazing time celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday! The house location is fantastic and a 5-8 dollar Uber ride to Broadway. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beds are very comfy! I suggest doing an Instacart when you arrive for some essentials. There is a Kroger right around the corner. The hosts are kind and responsive and I would definitely stay here again!

This place was the best for our bachelorette weekend. It was so spacious and modern! The rooftop views were gorgeous! The hosts were so attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back. 10 out of 10!

We really enjoyed our stay on Scovel Street. Very nicely furnished. Great kitchen. Very nice master with excellent bathroom, great walk in shower with bench seat. Great dining table with room for a bunch of people. Walking distance to good coffee shop (Streadfast Coffee). Great view of city from roof top area.

It was my first experience with VRBO. Excellent property and Lauren was very responsive.
Only thing missing were black washcloths which they asked us to use.
Also a sign in garage or a note in rental instructions about drop off ledge into yard would be helpful.
Someone fell from the wet slippery back steps.
That was a hazard.
We highly recommend the property and would use it again.

Beautiful place just like the pictures. We were a group of 3 couples and it was so nice to have king beds and washroom for each couple. Rooftop deck was a nice feature. Location was good with short Uber ride to lower broadway. Great hosts!

Our group of ladies wanted space, privacy and comfort for our trip. The home is lovely, perfectly kept, and away from crowded downtown. Perfect for groups, familes and couples. The owners were very attentive and we would recommend it highly.

We only had one small complaint & that was with the hot water. You had to wait in between taking showers for water to get hot again. Also, wish there would have been a bigger grill, but we made do with the small one available. Other than that, everything was great! We really enjoyed the rooftop views & our stay there. Getting an Uber to get back & forth was also a breeze.

We had a wonderful time! The property was super clean and had all the amenities. The beds were super comfy and lots of room. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and will definitely stay here again! Super close to downtown! Hosts were extremely responsive and so accommodating. Loved it!

The house was represented well in the pictures provided. Open kitchen and many places to sit when gathering together. There were 6 of us and the rooms were very roomy and clean. There are a lot of stairs in the home to get to the trip floor room (you will get your steps in). We walked to the Kroger grocery store nearby to stock up on some groceries. There were plenty of utensils, plates, etc. to meet our needs. All of the beds were very comfortable and we all slept well.
Communication with the owners was easy and no issues gaining access into the property. They worked with us for a later checkout due to later flights which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property for your Nashville vacation!

This house was as lovely as pictured. We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to downtown. We have been staying in VRBO houses for 13 years and this was one of the most stocked home we have been in. The host was very communicative and easy to contact. Hope to stay again next year!!

We loved our stay for the weekend! It was SO spacious and clean with thoughtful additions like makeup towels, board games, and plenty of throw blankets. They were super responsive when I had questions leading up to the trip and we had no issues with the property during our stay. I’d recommend this property for bachelor/bachelorette trips, couples trips, or even large family trips!

The hosts, house and accommodations were outstanding. House was immaculate with everything we needed. Highly recommend this house. Large open kitchen and living room area, every bedroom had their own bathroom attached to bedroom and owners were very flexible to our schedules. Quick 5-10 min ride to downtown.

We througly enjoyed our stay! Comfy dining/living area for gathering of 6 adults. Bedrooms very comfortable with a private bathroom for each! Loved the king beds for each room, decks a bonus but could not use due to chilly temps. Great communication with Lauren, would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and was so much more than I expected. This was my first experience with a VRBO and I could not have been happier. The house was exactly as described by the owner. The bedrooms were huge and the bathrooms were beautiful as well. Loved that each room had its own bathroom making it very private for each guest plus an additional powder room on the first floor! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and more. Location of the property was perfect, not far from downtown and in a lovely neighborhood. We used Ubers the whole week because they were very reasonable and didn't have to worry about parking issues. Communication with the owners was extremely easy and they were very attentive. If you are thinking about a visit to Nashville and looking for the perfect place to stay, please book this house, you will be very happy!

We planned a trip to Nashville for our 60 th Birthday party …7 of us. This property had everything we could have possibly needed. It was so clean and is a beautiful home not far from downtown. Communication with the owner was simple and quick responses! They helped us with restaurants and places to visit as well. We would certainly stay again if we go back to the area! Just a lovely place. Highly recommend.

We had 3 couples in our group and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds are amazing and the rooms are perfect. The living room/ kitchen was amazing place to hangout and cook and drink. The rooftop was also a great place to hangout at. Very easy to get to and get to Broadway. This was the perfect place for 6 ladies in our 30s! Great comfy beds, awesome showers. And we spent a lot of time having coffee and drinks on the rooftop. Short Uber rides to all of our destinations. The check in and out process was so easy and the hosts were so responsive and kind!
