Endless Summer Southern Exposure Soak up the sun. This property faces south and the pool deck is always exposed to the sun. If you want constant sunshine on your pool deck this is the right property for you.
Endless Summer: professionally landscaped, fenced yard, 4 bedroom home with spa and pool. Massive great room can accommodate large groups. New: furniture, bedding. outdoor furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, televisions, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. . This home is fully equipped and includes a screened lanai which allows you to keep the sliders open to the pool area allowing a breeze in but still protecting your little ones! (see photo's).
As you enter the main foyer there are French doors to the left which open to bedroom number four that features a queen size bed. The main entrance leads to a vaulted ceiling great room which offers a spacious kitchen equipped with Keurig coffee maker along with all new plates, silverware, pots and pans. Along side the kitchen is a rectangular table that offers seating for six with a breakfast bar which seats 4 people. The living area is decorated in a coastal theme with a 60 inch flat panel TV powered by Comcast cable and WIFI throughout the home and pool area.
Continue through the patio sliders and you will find a large covered outdoor lanai dining area with a seating set and a stainless steel Weber grill. A perfect spot to dine. This area is part of the screened lanai pool area which offers full privacy with southern exposure for you and your guests An additional table and four lounge chairs complete the pool deck
To the left of the kitchen area and living area are three additional bedrooms. The master features a king bed with sliders to the lanai. Private master bath, large walk in closet and a flat panel HDTV complete the suite. Bedroom number two features two twin beds decorated in a coastal theme with a 4 TV. Bedroom number three features two twin beds and a ceiling fan.
This home comfortably accommodates 2-10 guests. It can accommodate 8 guests in beds and 2 additional guests if two sleep on air mattresses which we provide.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The home is exceptionally well-equipped, catering to all our needs and more. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, making meal preparation a breeze. We also appreciated the beach gear provided – from chairs and umbrellas to coolers and toys, it was all there!
The location is ideal, with just a short ride to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Whether we wanted a relaxing day at the beach or an adventure in the park, everything was conveniently close by.
The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities really made our stay special. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to enjoy a perfect beach vacation. We can't wait to come back!

Our family had great time at this rental property in Naples. The property was spotless when we arrived and the extra accommodations were great. The property owner was attentive and close by if we needed anything. There are plenty of great places to eat close by as well as beach accesses. The state park pass and beach parking pass were really cool extras that we haven’t received when staying at other houses in the past in Naples. Our stay was great with no issues and no complaints. Our family enjoyed the property and would return to either this property or one of the hosts other properties in the future.

We had a perfect week at Endless Summer! The house is spotless and organized. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Very relaxing, comfy beds, the yard is beautiful and pool/spa area is private! Bob is kind and helpful, such a great host!

Excellent home for a Naples vacation
Beautiful home, very clean and well stocked. Owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay in this home. The beach pass was a nice to have since we would beach all day , then enjoy the pool and hot tub at night.

Great place!
Communication with owner was very exceptional. He was professional and attentive. The house itself is gorgeous and I love the pool and spa. The neighborhood is really nice and reserved. Just an 8 minute drive to the beach but with the pass you get in free. What I liked about it was when you use the pass the Parking is literally steps from the beach itself. Very convenient. I love that the house has practically everything you need for the pool and beach. Even stuff for children and infants. Very spacious and well devoted house. Definitely recommend.

The owner Bob, was extremely helpful during any correspondence we had before/during my stay. I enquired the evening before check in about arriving early and I was pleasantly surprised with not just a noon check in BUT come anytime after 9:00 am....(I’ll just say WOW!!)
That was an amazing way to begin, thanks Bob!! The home was spotless and laid out perfectly (making it very easy) to begin the vacation 😊🥰🥳. The bed (in the master) was SO comfortable and the sheets are “top of the line...feeling cool, soft and smelled like heaven ❤️. That was really nice ☺️😴. The couch is....well, HUGE & mega comfy perfect for movies! The pool area is spacious and just lovely...again the layout works perfectly here. I spent a lot of time out there enjoying cloud watching, reading and swimming and @ the end of each evening I did yoga 🧘♀️ by the pool and then finished with relaxing my muscles “in the hot tub”. Lord, this spot is a lil slice of heaven heaven 🥰😊! There are also very nice bikes to ride and their park pass to enjoy the park. I read 6 books and worked a puzzle on the patio table (which is huge), so there’s plenty of room to do so. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your home. It was a very restful, comfy enjoyable trip ☀️🌸🧘♀️. I highly recommend it!!

Excellent stay!
Would definitely stay again. Everything you need for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets, and cooler. Pool and spa were fantastic. Pool was heated to 85F which was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed.

We were extremely happy with this house. Very roomy, comfortable furniture, great kitchen w/amenities, lovely pool and hot tub. The pool had a large deck all around (seating for 10) with beautiful landscaping and privacy.
Suggestions
Appears to be black mold around ceiling vent in the living room. Suggest removing, sanitizing, and painting. Also redirect airflow of same vent to front and back versus side to side (blows directly onto couch).
Garage door is extremely loud, suggest lubricating.

We are so glad we kept our reservation! The pool and hot tub provided days of fun for the kids. The bikes were a nice add-on and we took a bike ride every morning to the water! New Years week in Naples Park
We had a fabulous stay in this property. The home is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, the screened in patio table area is a great spot for meals, and the pool area is wonderful. The location is really great. The owner left a pass to the state park beach, a few blocks away, and we went often and loved it. We used the bikes and the pool floats! Communication with the owner was excellent. We would highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for a group of 7 women! The open layout, backyard pool and hot tub were ideal. The house was clean, well stocked and perfect for a long weekend. The location was great with just a quick trip to the Mercato area, beaches and other restaurants. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and everything we needed
Property and home owner both exceptional. Roomy with great pool and hot tub. Rooms were large with great beds and linens. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and great Weber grill we used several times. Large, new,TVs in all rooms. WiFi access but this was slow and unpredictable ( only real complaint) other amenities include several quality bikes and beach gear which we also took advantage of during stay. Bathrooms were basic but very clean - as was the entire house- and had what we needed.
All in all great property and provided for a great family vacation to Naples!

Very open house with perfect access to the screened porch and the the pool and hot tub.
Owner was very accommodating to request as one of the bikes had some issues but once we reported the bike was replaced. Short walk or ride to the beaches and parking was easy. Would recommend to anyone to stay.
