Amazing place to enjoy and relax

We enjoy every minute the house clean decorate beautiful an amazing viewers we been in the area before but this time was so relax Thanks for the gif we came back next time

Nice location but needs better beds

Very good

Home was ideal with fantastic views and location. Definitely good value for what we paid . The beach is on your doorstep .

It was pleasant but the property wasn't what we expected from the marketing.

Good location right across the road from the beach.

The house wasn't very clean and smelled. The bathroom at the front part of the house didn't work and was very smelly forcing 2 families to use one bathroom. The marketing of this property is misleading... It is pet friendly but not pet safe, it isn't clear unless you read into comments that the beach isn't dog friendly. The facilities are misrepresented, implies private residence but it's not, we bought nespresso coffee pods understanding that was what was available on the property details and it was a dolce gusto so we wasted money buying the wrong pods. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable.

Comfy, quiet beach home, with great views

Consumables and crockery available at the house were plentiful. A big comfortable house, with lovely beach views. Glad of the air conditioning in open plan area

Coat hangers to hang a couple of clothes on. No awning or umbrella on front balcony, where the best views were, very hot to sit or stand

comfortable stay everything was provided house was well stocked with essentials.

location is amazing. instructions & communication given to access the property was great. very quite & house is spacious.

couldn’t sit out on veranda as it was so sunny & hot suggest you have some shade structure or umbrella added to the table. the views of the balcony are amazing shame it’s too sunny to enjoy the balcony.

Location was excellent, house clean and tidy. Comfortable furniture. Beds good

Lock box was extremely difficult to open, no storage or wardrobe space, nowhere to hang clothes, shower facilities poor, only I person could shower at a time, no point in having 2 showers if you could only use 1 at the time

Fabulous. Loved it. Loved the area.

Incredible location - absolute beech front. House worked well for our group of 8. Plenty of comfortable beds. Slightly dated property but really clean and practicle.

Forgot to take a decent knife and like most rentals kitchen knives were hopeless.

we had a great time staying in The Rotunda. Grew up in Gerroa and always wondered what it was like inside!

* The location was fantastic, right across the road from the beach. * Beautifully clean * Thoughtful basket of goodies waiting for us * Loved reading about the history of the house

* The room upstairs was leaking water from the rain and smelt horrid * Check in time was very late 4pm * Nowhere to unpack/pack the car out of the weather

Excellent location. spotlessly clean with everything included as well as a goodies basket.

Location was excellent. house has awesome views of the inlet and beach. Verandah at front of property is quite large but not undercover which was a problem with rain. even condiments were left for the guests. Three toilets were great as the house has sleeping for a possible 13. books, games, toys, high chair, porta cot and heaters all provided. Large fridge and bbq provided too.

Access was in backyard and driveway was very steep. Verandah at front of house was not under cover. two showers available but we were told not to use both at the same time. Owners Family live underneath so childrens noise had to be monitored.Key box was a little difficult to open.

The best location you could find!

The best location! Across the road from the river entering the sea so had both the waves in the ocean and the river front catering for all ages. Fabulous living area! Great kitchen with all kitchen utensils and equipment required. A very thoughtful and delicious arrival gift too! Lounge and dining area beaut too. An incredible large balcony to enjoy the spectacular view including the brilliant sunsets!

Having 5 bedrooms for all our family was great but unfortunately the one at the front of the house was incredibly hot and made sleep most unpleasant. With a ceiling fan only the room was impossible to cool to sleep. Other bedrooms weren't as bad. Most beds could have an upgraded mattress. The location of the key was great but the keypad was most difficult to use ( especially when only 1 key to share between 10 people's comings and goings)

Very well appointed house wth fabulous views !

Beds could be more comfortable We had an 11am checkout &cleaners arrived at 10am which meant we were rushing &forgot jewellery box &had to turn back & collect ! Second shower no water pressure!
