This cozy home is amazing! It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The amenities for the beach included quality chairs and an umbrella and a wagon to take them to the beach which is a short walk away. We highly recommend this property.

House was great, Beach wagon was awesome having, Alot of construction around the neighborhood but it did not bother us as the whole area was destroyed by the hurricane, so the area is all under construction.House is perfect for 2 couples for sure.It's nice to walk to beach.

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it rained the entire week so we got to spend a lot of time in this VRBO. Its clean, its got modern appliances and tv options, and its about a 5 minute walk from the ocean. We had a great time and would love to return for another stay with some better weather.

Nice outdoor space. We loved the pool and patio. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Could use an upgrade on the sheets and towels, but otherwise everything is well taken care of, new and just what you need. We enjoyed out stay! Thank you!

Coral Reef Villa was exactly as described. The home was spotless, easy to find and on a very peaceful street. The weather was not as we had hoped, but it was still better than back home. We would love to come again when it is a bit warmer. Next time, we hope to be able to use the pool.

Excellent communication with the owners, great location, and super cute property! The pool is more spacious than it appears in pictures. The beach wagon and related chairs and toys were appreciated by the adults and three kids! The kitchen had everything we needed, and a charcoal grill with charcoal was a nice surprise. While construction was going on around us at other properties, we could not hear it inside the house.
Note to future renters, get an updated list of businesses open as neither Google maps nor Apple Maps were correct. We found plenty of places to eat out, just don’t go off those maps :).

We enjoyed our stay. Grateful to find a place that was available after seeing the aftermath of the hurricane. It lived up to all that was advertised and was perfect! Some construction happening on neighboring lots but glad to see progress. The back yard was great for relaxing and even tho it was too chilly to get in the pool it gave great ambiance! Highly recommend!

The entire property was wonderful. Very close to the beach, all the amenities you could ask for and reasonable drive to everything. We came here one year after the hurricane and there was a lot of construction but the beach was clean and we had it all to ourselves. It’ll only get better once more and more opens up again.

This was such a great house for my family to stay in! It had everything we needed for a little getaway. The house was super clean. The beach is a 5 minute walk & the wagon they provided (along with beach towels & toys!) was SO nice to have. The pool & outside area was a lot bigger than it looked, it'd be so that was a plus! David was quick to get back to be with some questions I had during our stay. We had a wonderful time & hope to be back some day!

Our family had a fantastic time and with two kids under 3 the location was perfect, and the beach wagon was clutch. We were able to pull all the stuff kids require to the beach in less than 10 min and get a to-go breakfast on the way. Easy to go home when kids were tired and never had to struggle to find parking or pay for it! The Tuckaway Cafe (crazy close) had great breakfast and lunch options. Very clean too, which was really important to me. Oh and the pool was perfect temp- and I’m very hesitant to get in a pool that’s too warm or cold! Would go back no doubt. This is how I wish all vacation places were.

Overall great conveniently lactated near the beach near a lot of shops and restaurants. The pool was a great feature, used everyday. House was very cool, especially after a day in the unforgiving Florida sun. Had all the things one could ask for in a vacation rental.

House was perfect house for our family of 4. Location was awesome. House had everything we needed. Had 3 beach chairs, 2 were broken. And no cooler. We left cooler for next renters. Enjoy 😀. But would rent again.

Spring getaway
My wife and I rented this house for a week in April. Couldn't if asked for a better location to the beach and food. We enjoyed the privacy of the house which was extremely clean. The house had pretty much everything we needed including, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys for the beach and a cart to lug it all down in. Have already recommended to family and friends. We hope to rent this property again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days with our 9-year-old and 5-year-old. The house is absolutely perfect for a family of 4. My kids really loved the private backyard pool and we really appreciated that there were beach and pool toys for us to use. The temperature of the pool was perfect. The house itself was very clean and well kept. I appreciated that past guests had obviously left some essentials like extra garbage bags and coffee for the Keurig, and we did the same. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The location is really great. It is a very short walk to public beach access and there is a coffee shop and ice cream store right at the end of the street that we hit up probably every day of the trip. The traffic in Fort Myers is really crazy, though, but if you stay in Fort Myers beach and don't venture over the bridge, it's not an issue. Even so, we had rented a car and traveled a bit into Fort Myers anyway. But definitely, try to travel before 9 a.m. to beat the traffic.I found the property manager very easy to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had both before and during the trip. The only negative, and it's not the owner's fault, was the neighbors to the left. One was actually arrested during our stay, which was a bit disconcerting. Even so, we would definitely rent this property again.

My husband and 17yr old son (turned 18 on our trip) rented from Friday-Friday. Coral Villa suited us perfectly. We spent most of our time at the private backyard pool. They had plenty of beach towels and even some pool toys. We were within walking distance from everything with a convenient store just a block away. The owners were great to deal with and were prompt with all communications. I would recommend this place to anyone.

You have to try the coffee shop and home made ice cream at the shops a block from the house.The traffic to and from places is horrendous but that is expected due to only one way in and out, just don't expect to drive any where fast after 9am.Also the shops and restaurants are still requiring face masks, they were at the beginning of the month.There are plenty of towels and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. there was a few kids toys and we left a few trucks we bought for our grandson to play with.There was also 2 snorkels and one set of goggles, my husband bought a second pair and we left them in the bin for others to enjoy. Also there was a couple pool floats and a couple kid size floats, and noodles.Also there are plenty of chairs and a nice table pool side.There is also a very nice screened in porch. There are all the kitchen essentials. and everything you need to make meals. only suggestion would be a cookie and/or pizza pan for making pizzas.Also a swiffer would be nice due to the fact its hard to keep the floors clean from sand with the broom. We found lots left over shampoo and body wash and suntan lotion in the closet in the second bedroom, so I would check before buying any. We also followed suit and left our almost full bottles in the closet. We bought all of our supplies before getting to the house but I wish we would of waited and bought everything at the very nice publix close to the house.Only trouble we had was the pool was very cold and we could not use the first 3 days of our stay. when the pool cleaner came on Wednesday we found out the heater and filter were not on and the pool temp was 68*, just an FYI if you find it cold. We learned that the pool should have swirling and the filter kicks on quite frequently, wish we would of known that earlier, so just and FYI for future renters.Contacted the owner and they had great response time which is very comforting. but they obviously didn't know the pool wasn't functioning properly.Overall very well maintained place and so nice to have your own private pool which is the reason we chose this property due to traveling with our 18 month old grandson, just wish we could of used it everyday that was very disappointing.But would very much recommend this property.

This is a nice place for 2 adults, close to the beach and restaurants. We stayed here for 4 weeks and the only downside was the neighbors on left side , got a bit annoying from them yelling and fighting every other day, maybe drugs or drinking ? If staying for a week it would be tolerable. Also lacking towels and linens.
