An exquiste facility in a beautiful part of New Zealand.

The lodge is in a lovely setting and couldn't have been better for our family to celebrate a 70th birthday.The facility is superb and our host Annalise was wonderful to deal with.

if you have a large family and want to entertain others as well, this venue is perfect

everything about the place we loved, host was lovely and helpful, location was perfect for us, facilities were great and it enabled us to host family who live in the area. would recomment to all.

Fantastic would love to return again

Super great place for group to get together with plenty of room to share and spread. Anna- Lise super friendly and helpful walked us around house and answered all questions

Unable to get good reception with spark network. Everything we needed though. Thank you for sharing this house with people

A parents night away

It was just what we needed to celebrate a birthday out of lockdown with a group of friends away from the kids for the night This property is gorgeous. Has everything you need & more than enough space to fit everyone. Heaps of outdoor space for dinner and drinks. We will be back :-)

a great getaway base for Nelson Bay

extremely well appointed property with many great little extras, some amazing artworks through out. Great spaces for a larger family or group of people. Beds were comfortable. and the showers were amazing. and ensuite for each of the 6 bedrooms. one suited for disabled, Plenty of parking

Rooms did not really cater for unpacking no draws and limited hangers, poor vodaphone reception but did have good wifi through out. light switches were frustrating mot always obvious so had to play around with all of them

Loved staying and will be booking again for next summer!

Very quiet and spacious location and not far from Mapua Wharf. Bed was very comfortable, with nice linen and mattress, had a great sleep. Modern good quality appliances in the kitchen. Very large living area that would be great for entertaining and hosting people. With six bedrooms the house could easily host two families if required.

Very hard to fault the property, but I would have preferred a more comfy sofa at the TV end of the house as the only thing.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Beautiful property in a tranquil setting. Very clean and comfortable with clear attention to detail. Gracious host who was willing to help and gave suggestions on what the area had to offer.

Superb

Superb presentation, brilliant kitchen and living spaces. Fantastic indoor, outdoor.

Personal preference would be for better blockout curtains.

An excellent stay perfect for a family or friends get together.

The location was excellent, half an hour from the airport and and 5 minutes drive form Mapua, an established small town with a grocery shop, cafes and bars.

Everything in the property worked well for us, it was spacious, warm and well appointed.

How Annalise went out her way to assist with the gas situtaion. The accommodation was excellent in every respect. Annalise was a very welcoming host.
