I would absolutely stay there again. It blew away our hotel in NYC from two weeks before.

There was great coffee but only bananas for breakfast. The location was fantastic. The decor was fabulous, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was VERY responsive. The room was extremely quiet even with the guests right next door.

The only thing that could have been better was an elevator for schlepping luggage up 4 floors. They did say we could ask the staff for help though. But you had to arrange for that.

Great time to get away and recharge on vacation. Enjoyed participating in the 2023 Boston Marathon.

Classy accomodations, relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed the hot-tub on the roof.

No elevator, was in town for the Marathon and it was tough getting up the steps after the race. This was expected though. Also hot water ran out on one of the cold days.

We are exciting to have found our "go to" location for visiting family in Boston.

This is a gorgeous Inn in a terrific location, especially if you are interested in sampling the wonderful restaurants in the South End. It was a pleasure to enjoy all of the wonderful design details. It is a special treat to stay somewhere nicer than home--all of the finishings were luxurious.

This is a Beautiful home in a lovely area, with all the amenities for a relaxing stay!

This is a beautiful Brownstone! Completely renovated and super clean. Really great owners and very welcoming atmosphere. Lovely are to walk in the neighborhood and feel like a Bostonian.

The cost for our frequency is high but otherwise we would try to book here every two weeks while visiting for Mass General appointments.

Very comfortable

Didn't know there was breakfast -- room was comfortable and very well located. Easy check-in and accessibility.

Lots of stairs to climb to the top level. Couldn't regulate the temperature in the room.

Live like Bostonian in a cozy boutique hotel in the nice residential area.

Hotel is very clean and feels like home.

I liked all, I traveled to Boston to attend the food show in the convention center. Location for my specific purpose wasn’t ideal.

Discovered a glittering gem in South Boston

From checkin to checkout it was a beautiful and comfortable experience. Everything was clean and beautifully appointed. The staff was accessible w/out being intrusive. we will definitely be back!

It would be great if there was a ground floor guest room. I would love to bring my husband but he is unable to do stairs. But I also understand the layout and would not want to see the beauty of the facility compromised. so not a complaint just a thought.

Lovely place, amazing experience, wonderful hosts

This hotel is located in one of the most charming houses I've ever seen, in a wonderful and quiet street. You can tell how Stephen and Bobby care about their guests by noticing all the special details around the house and the bedroom. The decor, the text messages upon arrival, it all made us feel welcomed and at home. Such a wonderful experience, I definitely recommend it!
