This cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, 2 dining areas, cable tv, washer/dryer, newer sunroom and with no doubt a beautiful view of the lake. Whether you are looking for family time, a romantic getaway, a guys or ladies get out of town or just time by yourself, you have found your new retreat. Less than a mile to town, you will find why Bemus Point is the hottest place to be on Chautauqua Lake. The shops, restaurants, brewery, golf course all with awesome views of the lake. Looking for night life...Enjoy it at The Ellicottville Brewing Company or EBC, The Fish previously known as The Italian Fisherman, Village Casino or The See-Zurh House. Yes, all within a mile away! Several other stores downtown (not in pictures) including misc Quaint shopping storefronts, Pizza shop, Wine store, Gas station, Post Office and more. Looking to head to the Chautauqua Institution? You are in luck....Enjoy the beautiful, easy, 6 mile drive to the institution. Be sure to check out the institutions new amphitheater! So checkout the availability to this full season rental. Relaxing, Boating, Fishing, Jet Skiing, Snowmobiling ALL WELCOME HERE! Parking? You will love it! Easy on property parking for many. Ample space to park your trailer for boats/jet skis/snowmobiles etc. Lastly...Use of dock is included in this rental. But, if you are looking to dock your boat to the dock during your stay, there will be a small additional charge for that amenity. Some have said that this dock may be the nicest "privately owned" dock on the lake. **PLEASE NOTE: Dock stays in lake long as we can leave it, but comes out of lake prepping for winter. Perfect cottage with everything you want and need for a great getaway at Chautauqua Lake. Stayed for a couple of days in February to enjoy a relaxing winter escape. Spent most of our time in the great sunroom with panoramic views of the lake with full sun and spectacular sunsets. Spacious cottage yet cozy and set up with all resources and well stocked everything you need for your stay (fresh towels, clean bedding, cooking utensils, etc.). Hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor deck, firepit and lake just a few feet from the back door. Cottage is updated, very clean and comfortable with plenty of living space and amenities. Pet friendly home very clean with plenty of yard space and walking area for pets. Highly recommend for couple getaways or family vacations. Great communication with host with easy check in and check out.

The property upon arrival was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice with updated appliances, dishware and cooking utensils. The property also has a gem of a sunroom facing the lake that was the hit of the property. Albeit we were there in late October, the deck adjacent to the sunroom had plenty of seating and new furniture.
I would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

Cottage had plenty of space and well located near Bemus point . Plenty of parking and a nice yard . Dock was very nice ,cottage stocked well with necessities . We enjoyed the Autumn Season at this comfy cottage. N&K

The name of the lake house is perfect, we left the property relaxed and peaceful, looking forward to another stay.

We were looking forward to this getaway for a year! Even thought the weather did not cooperate for us (raining entire weekend and cold), the trip was saved because of the house.
We played games, made food, played the piano and laughed a lot, all while having a beautiful view of the lake!
Every morning we watched Herons land along the shoreline. The first morning my daughter was up before anyone just sitting quietly, watching the Heron (core memory made).
We took a day trip across the bridge (about 10 min away) to Southern Tier Brewery and enjoyed an Oktoberfest celebration. The local shops and restaurants (EBC and Guppies) were great! Tip: stop into the market and get yourself some pies and ice cream 🙂.
Overall, the trip could have been a bust due to the weather, but the 'homey' feel along with the cleanliness, location and view allowed us all to recharge and relax.

Spent many summers at Chautauqua and had not been back in over 30 years. This trip was a trip down memory lane and could not have asked for a better experience. The property is beautiful - great location, very clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The owners have thought of everything and made the whole process easy and comfortable. All you need to bring are your personal items and then sit back and relax. The sunroom and outdoor swing were put to very good use ! Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with us.

Scott was amazing from day one being able to TALK to someone makes the experience so much more personal! The cottage was so comfortable and VERY CLEAN. I really like the idea of no cleaning charge as this holds the renter responsible for cleaning after themselves. Wow! What a vacation home. Right on the lake with a fantastic dock for your boat. Modern, clean, welcoming cottage in a great location. Close to town where the shopping and eating action is. The cottage has everything you need on site for a fun, comfortable stay. Spend some time here, you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay, the cottage was clean, great views, nice area, quite neighborhood, and easy to locate. We booked it only for 2 nights wish we could have stayed longer. Owner was super friendly and in touch at all times if needed. We would love to come back.

A cozy and comfortable cottage in a breathtakingly beautiful setting on Lake Chautauqua. Loved the sun room, deck, and fire pit! Bemus Point is a charming little lake town with great restaurants and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

With the help of Scott, a 39-year-old tradition was kept alive. I rented the lakefront cottage for a fishing trip that has been going on for 39 years. My father-in-law (85) and my dad (98), along with the younger generation found the accommodations most comfortable. The very sturdy long dock worked well for them and the pontoon boat we rented. Scott is very nice to work with his place is clean and well kept. I will be rent form him again.

The cottage is very up to date. There was ample amount of each item that was included! Love the sun room! There is a great view of the lake.
Any questions were answered very quickly by the owner. It was nice knowing you could contact him with any questions.
The location is great with fast access to everything in Bemus Point!
I would highly recommend this cottage. I am hopefully returning next year,The only reason I would not is if more family wants to join in. There would not be enough sleeping room.

Scott was an Excellent Host! A beautiful sun room for lots of friends and family. Cottage a great fit for all ages and a wonderful place to teach children how to fish from the Dock! Definately would stay there again!

Located right in the water. Little House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the covered back porch and view of the water. Just a really great place to relax and unwind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint cottage. It was such a spectacular view from the sunroom which is where we spent almost all of our time. It was well equipped with supplies and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Scott was attentive and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

My wife, one year old daughter, and two dogs stayed for a whole work week. The location and views of the cottage were awesome, and the place was super clean upon arrival. So much space for us which was great! Cottage was well equipped with linens and cooking utensils, beds and couches were cozy, and was located less than a 20 minute drive to anywhere you could want to be on Chautauqua Lake. Can’t wait to book again!

We rented this cottage for a Thanksgiving getaway and really enjoyed it. It had all the comforts of home and a wonderful waterfront location. It was a very peaceful and relaxing experience. Scott is very helpful and easy to work with, and I would certainly look at staying in the summer to take more advantage of the lake.

We had a great spur of the moment getaway. Scott, the host, was more than accommodating. The sunsets from the cottage were phenomenal. The fall foliage was incredible. The time went way too fast. Looking forward to returning.

We had a great time at your cottage. The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. Scott was so helpful . The view was amazing from the back room. The new grill worked great!!! We plan on returning when the weather is a little warmer.

Super cute cottage from the minute you pull in the spacious drive. Walked in the door at sunset and was wowed by the view across the lake. Spectacular! The cottage was neat and clean and well-equipped. It was a cool and rainy three days, but we couldn't have been more comfortable. Would definitely choose this place again. Thanks Scott!

What a quaint place to sit back and relax with a fire overlooking the lake, while hazing at the stars. This spot is definitely nice for those who want a little bit of peace yet can have a social life just down the street from them.
The all season room was our favorite. It was spacious, there were games to play while it rained, and you could have the windows open to still get the lake breeze.

We were in town for a wedding but had to travel with our two dogs, so we couldn't stay in a hotel. Scott was very responsive before, during and after our stay. Only a 2 minute drive to Bemus. Beautiful place. Wish we could have spent more time at the cottage watching the water.
