About this apartment rental
This 1200 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom with small loft condo has been updated. It is in a great location, 30 yards from the Dollar Mountain parking lot, and about 75 yards from the Snowcreek pool (open from June 15th thru Labor Day Weekend) and Recreation center. Just outside the entrance to Snowcreek is the Mountain Rides Shuttle, which offers free service to downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts, and both ski lifts on Bald Mountain. Last year the condo went thru an extensive remodel. All new flooring, wood burning fireplace, granite, new appliances, new washer and dryer, 65 inch smart T.V., and free secure wi-fi. Besides the T.V. in the living room there is a 40 inch flat screen with a WII (12 games) and DVD player ( 10 children's DVD's) in the loft for the kids ( or adults ). This condo does not have A/C, however it seems to stay comfortable in the summer due to its proximity. If you have a larger group or need two condos close by, we have another condo right next door. This other condo (VRBO #1206610) is also a 2 bed 2 bath condo on the ground floor. Please note, we have a strict no pet, no smoking policy. We also have a full-time manager in the area to handle any issues that may arise.

Dave, our host, was super friendly and responsive. The condo was well stocked (particularly the kitchen) and very clean, and the hot tub/clubhouse were an added bonus at the end of a long ski day. The location was very convenient to the River Run parking lot and downtown Ketchum. I'd definitely go back and will rent from Dave again if I'm lucky enough to get back to Sun Valley. Clean, easy check/in and check/out. In unit washing machine is a plus. Lots of hockey memorabilia on the walls. Walk to Dollar mountain to ski or catch bus to Baldy.

Great location! Within short walking distance to the shuttle stop (a couple of minutes) and a 10 minute walk to SV Resort. Condo was clean and the property manager was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Perfect location for all of the activities in town. We want to go back with our grandchildren as it has a cute loft they would love!

We took a short overnight buddies trip to SV and stayed in this condo. It was the perfect place to crash after a long day of mountain biking and playing in the mountains. Cannot recommend the place more for this purpose. It's perfectly located, quiet, and restful.

Comfortable and spacious condo with everything we needed. The owner was very nice and provided great info. The property is lovely and best of all, you can walk to Sun Valley Village and Dollar mountain in the winter. Great spot!

We had an awesome stay at the property. Super comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. The pool and spa were so great for relaxing after a long day doing all the activities Sun Valley has to offer. Definitely recommend and will be coming back, David the host was great.

The condo was in a beautiful setting, just out of the main town area, with lots of peace and quiet. We were steps from the Dollar Mountian Lodge and had plenty of room for everyone in the condo.

It was great to park our car and jump on the local shuttle steps away at Dollar Mountain Lodge to get to town or Bald Mountain for skiing. Very spacious. Excellent communication with condo owner. I would definitely return.

My family had a terrific stay from (pre) check-in through check-out. David was very professional and friendly and made sure we were ready and prepared for check-in. The condo was exactly as expected and we loved the convenience to Dollar Mountain for kid's ski lessons, which is located adjacent to the Snow Creek condo community.

We have been staying at the Snowcreek Condos for the past 4 years whenever we visit Sun Valley. We have a family of six, and love that we can literally walk out the door to the lifts at Dollar Mountain. We loved this condo, it’s location to the lifts, the cleanliness of the condo, the ease of communication with the owner (Dave), and the amenities of the condo community - specifically the hot tub. Now we just need to come back in the summer time!

Worked lovey for a family of two adults and three teens 17-19 y/o. There was a bed I wasn’t expecting in the loft, so no one had to sleep on the sofa (which were more than comfortable enough to do so). Perfect for a snowboard weekend. Parking was tight but manageable (we have a dually pickup, so that’s common for us). Lots of condiments, towels, soaps, etc in the unit.
It was a little difficult to find the unit in the dark, but I’m not sure if that’s even something the host can address since it’s a condo community. Perhaps a map of the complex emailed out in advance of arrival? It’s not a large problem, and seriously my only critique.

Perfect location, well appointed and comfortable. Very easy access to Dollar Mtn, the condo entrance is steps away from the parking lot, which offers beautiful hikes in the summer, spring and fall and easy skiing in the winter. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the company of family and friends in front of the fireplace afterward. Snow creek is also just a few minute walk from the Sun Valley Lodge and the associated ice rink, shops, restaurants, and amphitheater. Would definitely stay again. Off the beaten trail, but within striking distance to anything you may want to partake in around Ketchum/Sun Valley.

Clean, well kept condo. Steep stairs so if there are any disabled party members I would not recommend this property. A little small but sufficient for 2 to 4 people.

My Wife, son and I were in Sun Valley to attend the wedding of a friend. We couldn't have picked a better property to stay at for our visit. The location to all wedding festivities in Sun Valley and Ketchum was perfect. Dave personally reached out to us prior to our arrival to walk us through the check-in process. He also provided suggestions of things to do in the Sun Valley and Ketchum area. The property was VERY CLEAN. Nice layout. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, plates, glasses, etc.. The bathrooms likewise had plenty of towels. The King Bed in the Master Bedroom was very comfortable. The Guest bedroom had two twin beds which were a little small. Our 32-year-old son slept fine on one of them but did comment that it was a little small. We really liked this property and would definitely stay there again if future travels take us to Sun Valley.
