The location of this home was ideal with spectacular views. It was well furnished but the master bathroom had only one wash cloth and there were no paper supplies in the kitchen eg. no napkins, saran wrap or foil. Also one of the TV controllers was missing. The outside grounds appeared quite neglected eg many large weeds sprouting through the pavers ( my husband and I pulled up as many as we could) and I deadheaded the dead daisies by the entry so it looked more welcoming for the guests. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the size of the home’s spaces worked well for us. Thank you.

We are never disappointed and our only regret is that we can’t afford to stay longer! We’re bummed the price has gone up quite a bit which may end our stays here but our memories are all good!

Had a wonderful vacation with kids/grands. Excellent view and location. Daily walks on beach. Home worked great for us with lower level separate for family with kids. Enjoyed Ping pong table as well making all meals at the home. Very memorable time!

Just wonderful. The hot/cold facet outside was awesome for keeping sand out of the house. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was great. Family could comfortably gather for games and meals. We enjoyed our stay.

This location was perfect for our family getaway. The house was steps away from a quiet, clean, sandy, dog friendly beach. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. When maintenance was needed to replace smoke alarm batteries they were there within an hour. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location in Manzanita, on the quieter side of town. Spectacular views of both the ocean and Neakahnie Man and rock arches. The picture-windows covering the west side of the house were almost 200degrees views of ocean/mountain. Fun to people/dog watch. Lots of birds, wild flowers, and the fire pit awesome, whether we were having a fire or not, loved the Adirondack chairs. Ping Pong table so fun, even have a view from garage where table was. Nice to have master suite on main floor, helpful for my 80+yr old parents. Glad they didn't have to go up and down stairs! Only negative, no cable, so we watched British Antique Road show episodes continuously, as we are not smart tv people. Couldn't had a better place to stay on the Oregon Coast, people and dog heaven!

Once you drive up to the property you can see the sand, surf & views. This property is the perfect place to relax & enjoy the views of the Pacific Ocean. It is the perfect place for family's.

The windows in the great room of this house look directly onto the beach and the point of land immediately north. Getting to the beach was easy; just walk across the road. We enjoyed long walks on the beach.

This house has terrific views of the ocean and Neahkahnie Mt, though it's at a fairly busy intersection with constant car traffic spoiling the peace a bit. The house is newly remodeled and looks very clean and modern; however, the furnishings feel flimsy and cheap. The price is far too high for this property - it's not that big, and it's not that nice. The owner did not respond to our report upon arrival that the WiFi wasn't working, nor did the first property management agent we contacted. The owner was not able to get WiFi service restored while we were there. Rather than being apologetic or helpful, he suggested that we were being unreasonable in asking for a concession for the failure of one of the posted amenities. I didn't go on vacation to troubleshoot someone else's WiFi problem; and not all devices work from a mobile hotspot. I've never had a host at a short term rental be so uninterested in solving an issue or displaying a basic interest in customer service. I would not recommend this host, nor this house at the price we paid. There are plenty of nicer options in this area.

My family of 4 had a wonderful week at the beach. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, and we could have easily added 2 more. Loved waking up to the beautiful views and getting started in the modern kitchen. Days were spent waking the beach with evenings unwinding watching movies and playing games together. The house was well-equipped for cooking our own meals and relaxing!

Property was clean, really nice place. Close to beach and other beach cities. Only suggestion I would make is to install some type of grab bar in the master shower. We'll be back! Thanks!

Definitely one of the nicest homes we've stayed at on the Oregon coast. Unbeatable views, comfortable furnishings, and a lovely walk down the beach from Manzanita's shops and restaurants. We hope to return soon.

Great house with plenty of common space, just across the street from Neakhanie beach. Main floor bedroom is spacious and we had wonderful weather for being outside too which allowed use of patio and deck. Downstairs stays a bit cool in the winter but plenty of room for a small family getaway. Wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were top notch and we were able to walk/run on the beach and walk to town. The house was well stocked with spices/kitchen supplies. Beds and showers were great too. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay with kids. Will stay again.

Great view, comfortable house, easy beach access. I tried to book a week next summer, but it was already reserved and I can see why! Thank you for offering such a nice rental.

We've now completed a few stays at this property in recent years. We love its view, location, fire pit, deck, and floor plan with one bedroom on main and the others in the walk-out basement. It's kept clean and has enough kitchen gadgets and appliances to cook all meals in while staring at the Beach! We've already booked next year's stay with family.

Great location, with great views. A very comfortable living area with plenty of room for family. Comfortable beds and a well supplied kitchen which is really nice. The only thing I would recommend is may be a few fans. It got a little hot at night in the bedrooms. But still perfection.

We are from MN so this was a nice get away with our 3 kids! It was easy driving to the other smaller seaside towns as well. Great hiking! Loved our sunset ocean view from the house. My only suggestion is to add a Hot tub 🙂

We had a terrific time. The best things were the location (two minutes from the beach) and the view (ocean, sunset). The house itself is well-arranged, with many decks and doors to the outside. It was very clean, with lots of comfortable furniture.The cookware was quite adequate (and the knives were sharp enough not to have to use our own, a VRBO first)!

Location and house was a nice stay. Our Adult kids would like to come back.

Beautiful location just across the road from a lovely stretch of Oregon coast. House was well appointed with a wonderful, large communal area taking up most of the main floor with terrific beach views. Two of the three bedrooms were bright and inviting, however the bunk room is just that and really best just for kids to sleep. The house is towards the north end of the beach and is at a popular access point, meaning cars were parked on the road in front pretty much the entire time we were there. Not a big deal because the house sits up a little, just know to expect it. Would stay again at the right price point.

This was an excellent location and wonderful property!

We spent a week here and had a great time. The location is unbeatable as you are right across the street from beach access and that section of beach was relatively unaffected by fog. You will be treated to many beautiful Oregon coast sunsets. The house sits above the street so it’s easy to supervise (older) kids on the beach from inside the house. The kids also enjoyed the board games and the ping pong table. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels though bring your own beach towels as they don’t want you bringing house towels down to the beach. The kitchen had what we needed though the lack of ice/water that tastes ok was a bummer. The only things we rated lower for were communication (I sent 2 messages to the owners through VRBO that went unanswered the week before our stay) & cleanliness (one of the lower level rooms had a fair amount of mold on the inside of the windows and screen that we had to clean off before putting our kids in there). But overall, those were minor issues and we would be happy to return to stay again.
