The floor plan was perfect the bedrooms being downstairs was great the view was beautiful and the owners of the home were super helpful and friendly definitely would recommend this accommodation to anyone and we hope to stay here next trip

Comfortable no frills stay, looks just like the pictures. If you have issues with stairs you might want to look elsewhere due to the design of the home. The beds and linens were comfortable in the master but morning light comes right through the mini blinds so don't plan on sleeping in unless you bring a mask! There are bathrooms galore which is great when there are multiple people in your group. A couple of things to know: there is no streaming device, just cable. We actually went out and bought a Roku so that we could watch our shows and football on demand and be able to pause, RW and FFW. Fireplace is okay, the hot tub worked great, it is just on the small/shallow side. Views are very nice, deer are not shy and I enjoyed reading on the deck--it would be nice if there were outdoor cushions. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs but a Keurig option would have been great. Only issues we had were with how the home is managed(not the owner).There were 2 Febreeze air fresheners in the living room/kitchen area that were so strong that we had to open the doors to air out the room upon arrival bcs my husband (who has allergies/sensitivities) couldn't breathe--but when they were unplugged and sat outside, a weird underlying musty smell remained. Other things were minor (poorly cleaned bathtub, drips on mirrors, missing makeup towel, hole in the washcloth) but they add up when considering the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and having to do your own dishes and trash. Still ok overall

We just loved being at your place this week! The setting was amazing and the views from the deck were spectacular! The interior was roomy and cozy at the same time. It is located so convenient to town and to other places as well. When we return to NM, we will be booking with you again! Thanks so much!!!

It was a very nice cabin, beautiful view from the deck as well! We enjoyed the hot tub and we even got to see Deere and some Elk up the mountain. Overall one of the best places we’ve stayed in Ruidoso.

We had the most incredible time. It was so relaxing. Sylvia was so kind, accomodating, and communicative. It was the best location I could have asked for, and I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay! Beautiful views! We were always on the go, so basically only slept there and enjoyed morning coffee on the deck! It was perfect for us! Would definitely stay there again!

I could wake up to the views from this house in the mountains every morning for the rest of my life. Beautiful home that lacks for nothing. Great host, great location, million dollar views! Could not ask for much more. Sit in the hot tub and watch the deer graze. Wish I could spend the whole summer right here.

Beautiful place to unwind

Our family has been going to Ruidoso each summer since 1999. Our stay at Alpine Vista was great. The house was clean, had everything we needed, great air conditioning while having record outside temps, easy to contact owner with questions, clean hot tub, comfortable beds - couldn’t ask for more! Obvious the owners care about their property - well maintained. We loved it!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The view from the hot tub on the deck is unbeatable.

Awsome getaway cabin was located up in the mountain with easy access to highway and near by lake.

We very much enjoyed our anniversary stay! The location was great- not far from the commercial or adventure excitement depending on your interests. The cabin was exceptionally clean and inviting and the elevated patio provided great scenic viewing- especially at sunset.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was great! We had set up our game camera and caught a mother bear with her 3 cubs on it! My grandson was so excited.

The property was perfect for parents and two teenage boys. Plenty of room. The dining table was perfect for card games and board games. It’s close to the mountain so it was very convenient for us to go skiing.

This was perfect for our tribe to board and celebrate our sons 12th birthday. The owners are wonderful and the property is breathtaking. We will definitely book this beautiful home again!

The home was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we didn't see any wildlife like we typically do, but the views and deck were great to view over the mountains, and the kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans we needed. We enjoyed our stay, we always stay in this same neighborhood for the views and proximity to the mountain access road. It's a great location in Ruidoso.

This was my first time renting a cabin and using the Vrbo app. The experience couldn't be more perfect. The cabin was a beautiful and clean home with majestic views. And communication and instruction from the home owner was clear and concise. Thank you for a beautiful memory! I highly recommend, and look forward to coming back!
