MODERN, RENOVATED, UPSCALE tropical condo. Awesome location about as close to the beach as you can get in Cowpet Bay with all the amenities you need! The look is fresh, sleek and modern with some Caribbean blues. Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. There is also an expansive pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink at the beach/pool bar and relax the day away! This resort is located right next door to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences (you can buy a day pass to use their amenities).

The condo was as advertised. In wonderful condition with beautiful views of the bay. Amy provided all pertinent information in advance and Staisha was very helpful with any questions/ requests during our stay. Would highly recommend this condo.
St. Thomas was beautiful. Great beaches and great food. Several great dining options within 5 minute drive. We had a Jeep, which was great for exploring St. Thomas and St.John islands. Some steep climbs but lots of fun. Beautiful beaches and mountain views. Awesome vacation!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! This condo is exactly as described, it was clean, cozy and perfectly appointed! Very short drive to Red Hook. The bedrooms/beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy some family meals. The beach chairs and cooler were an added amenity that enhanced our vacation. Communication with the property manager prior to our trip was wonderful as well!

Amy provided a clean, beautifully decorated place for our family to stay during our vacation. Comfortable beds, nice linens, fully equipped kitchen that had everything and more than we needed, and a great location. Cowpet was one of the nicest most relaxing beaches we have ever visited. Amy and her team was very responsive if we had a question. I do like that we had plenty of trash bags, soap, shampoo, dish washing tabs, etc during our stay and did not need to purchase anything further and it helped us keep the place clean as well. Thank you Amy and your team for providing and exceptional vacation rental. I hope we will be able to stay with you again in the future.

This was our first time to St Thomas and this condo was an incredible introduction to the island. Amy was super responsive to some small things that came up. The condo was clean and well stocked. We cooked lovely meals almost every night and the kitchen worked well. It could use a few more cooking utensils but overall worked just fine. We loved eating on the terrace. The upstairs bedroom definitely is warm. Even with the mini split, fans, curtains closed. It cools off by around 8/9pm but mid day is hot. This bedroom also has tiled stairs that do not have a handrail that goes all the way down. My father tripped twice the first day so we switched rooms. If you have an adult with any mobility limitations this may be an issue. Our kids loved the guest room. The location is very convenient. We loved the little beach (especially early in the morning; less seaweed) and the pool. We could easily get to grocery stores, restaurants and other beaches. We will come back to St Thomas and we would 100% rent this condo again.

We had a truly great time. The condo was perfect. My only issue was the pillows. All needed to be replaced.could have used extra bath towels also. I would definitely stay again. They went out of there way to make it welcoming!!

Our entire family loved the condo and great location to the beach. We took advantage of the pool and location for local restaurants and jumping on the ferry to St. John’s. The condo was super clean, large and great balcony. Very nice touches and all the amenities to make it fell like our home. We would come back for sure. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in St Thomas! The condo was perfect and exactly as presented in the pictures online. Our group was my husband and myself, our adult son and his wife and our adult daughter. We had a 3bd/3 bath unit and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen allowed us to eat some of our meals at home and the living room/dining room and large deck was a great amount of space. The condo also had everything we needed for our vacation—beach towels, chairs, floats, snorkeling equipment and even sunscreen! We were close to the beach and pool, and there were 2 restaurants within walking distance. Everyone had a great time!

We had a great week! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of five. We took our three college age kids so the set up was great for us. It is so convenient to the beach, steps away!
Also very nice having Sangrias right there for a quick, casual bite to eat.

We have traveled to St. Thomas many times and have stayed in hotels, condos, and homes. This property is exactly as described. Newly renovated unit in Cowpet East. Down a few steps and you are on a very pleasant and quiet beach with beach bar, some watersports, pool and hotub. 5 min drive to red hook and all the restaurants and shopping there. Away from all the cruise ship crowds.
Everything in the unit is new and functions well. Management team is professional and very responsive. Exactly as described.

Everything about this place was great! Location was great. Near Red Hook for groceries and restaurants. It’s near popular beaches, and has its own little beach with a couple of great restaurants. The unit was well equipped including beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and a fully stocked kitchen. Saved us hundreds of dollars by not renting them on every beach! Would absolutely recommend this property!

There was everything you needed at the rental and if not Amy was wonderful responded very quickly. We took the ferry over to St Johns was a wonderful day we took the catamaran from the Ritz which was so much fun they serve lunch and you can snorkel we swam with dolphins. Just a wonderful well needed trip we would definitely rent there again 😊

This condo was very clean,nicely decorated and very peaceful.The Caribbean fish market is right there and has amazing food and a view.Sangrias had a great vibe and great food.The condo was well equipped with extra supplies and very well insulated because you couldn’t even hear a neighbor.The beach guys got out at 7am every morning to clean the beach.We’ve stayed at several places in the Virgin Islands and some of the resort areas do not clean their beaches often so you get that dead sea grass that sits on the beaches and can be smelly.Cowpet Bay kept this beach pristine.There are also fun water sports rentals,night kayaking as well as other entertainment right there.I highly recommend blue water haven.

This was one of our most favorite vacations. The condo was perfect. Beautiful, clean and the best location to the beach, pool and two restaurants. Amy was so helpful in helping us navigate and experience the island. We loved it! Thanks Amy and team.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach!
Beautifully updated and decorated condo located on the beach! Each couple had their own gorgeous bedroom and bathroom, and we all enjoyed the chic and comfortable living areas area and patio. Great kitchen for cooking, table for meals & game nights, as well as laundry room and beach/pool amenities. Basics such as paper goods, laundry detergent, spices and condiments were conveniently provided or left by other guests. Hair dryers and mini bathroom toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are also provided. Kitchen just needs storage containers. We took a taxi for groceries & outings instead of renting a car (btw groceries are quite expensive in St. Thomas). Smiley Taxi was wonderful! Make sure AC is working upstairs so you can enjoy that space as well. No gym onsite, so we swam and took walks. Overall we loved our stay! Amy did a great job making it feel like home!

Went to Cowpet for my daughter’s wedding. It was a beautiful stay. All the amends do more. Place was clean and stocked with towels and beach accommodations. Pool is fantastic. Been to Cowpet 20 times. One of my favorite condos by far.

Paradise
Our stay was perfect, only 12 days was too short. Everything was so perfect my wife wants to go back tomorrow.
So I'll start planning soon. Amy was very helpful and we all appreciated her assistance.
The beach was a little rocky but water shoes solved that problem.
The convenience of the beach and Billy's beach bar , AKA Sangrias, along with the Carribean Fish Market, was definatly some of the convinces that made the trip so perfect, delightful, and mezmirizing.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location
My wife and I and our 2 adult children were at Bluewater Haven in Cowpet Bay East in late May.
We all very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is as described/pictured. A very nice property. Everything is new and high quality.
The snorkeling is quite good in the bay. We also visited Secret Harbor, which is about a mile away. We did need a taxi to get there as well as to Red Hook because there are no sidewalks or pathways for walking and the roads have no shoulders. Taxis are abundant though.
It takes about 30 minutes to get to/from the airport and cab fare was $90. Fares from Cowpet to Red Hook are $10 per person. We used a cab driver named Carlton and would very highly recommend him (340-643-7743).
Plenty of restaurants and bars in Red Hook. The restaurants on property are Sangrias and Caribbean Fish Market. Both are good and the staff are very nice.
If you don't mind the price, you will be very. happy with this condo.

Exquisite paradise
The property is absolutely beautiful. Exquisitely decorated and appointed, amazing view, impeccably clean and in a wonderful location. We loved the intimate gorgeous beach, which was never crowded, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. It was located very close to Red Hook, ferry to St. John and beautiful local beaches. Amy was a pleasure. She responded very quickly to all of my silly questions! Couldn't have ask for a better place-- it was truly perfect for my family. Hoping to return!

Spectacular Stay!
Other than the airline losing our luggage for the first day, we had a spectacular stay at the Blue Water Haven condo. Excellent location with a very short walk to the pool, the beach (good snorkling), Caribbean Fish Market restaurant (recommended), and the Sangria Bistro (great service staff!). The condo itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for the week. Amy was great taking care of our dumb questions and minor problems. As we were waiting at the airport to go home, we all decided we wanted to come back next year and texted Amy to lock in the dates. Thanks Amy!

Property was as advertised and a little bit more. Clean, comfortable with exceptional location.! No better agent than Amy Dukes as she spared no details about our stay in St Thomas. She was very responsive to our requests pre and during our stay. I’ll miss having my morning coffee on the balcony!

Best Location on West End!
The condo is located on a small, quiet, beautiful cove with access to beach, water-sports, restaurants, and snorkeling. Amy, our property manager, is a great communicator and helped us feel at home with her attention to detail.

Everything was perfect
We loved this property, the condo is absolutely gorgeous, and the view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. Amy was excellent to work with as well. We ran out of trash bags one day and she dropped more off within 30 minutes. We also had her book us a boat charter on Calypso Charters, taking away the hassle of doing it myself. I will absolutely consider staying here again, I have no complaints at all. Amy was also extremely accommodating when we needed a custom check in time. Thank you Amy for everything!

Beautiful stay!
We had an amazing time during our 5th trip to St. Thomas! We have stayed at Cowpet before, but this unit was by far the most beautiful and well appointed. Our family of four had more than enough room, the unit is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Amy the property manager was amazing to work with, so responsive and helpful. We definitely will be returning!

This was one of the best vacations. The condo is absolutely amazing. The pictures are more than accurate. This condo is very well stocked with all your needs. Great location, a 5-minute ride to the ferry. Amy Dukes is an amazing host, easy to contact, and very informative. We were a party of 7 adult family members and we all fit comfortably. The bathrooms are all so beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook and bbq. The beach is beautiful. I would highly recommend the Caribbean fish market for dinner. The food and drinks are excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future!!!

Beautiful and relaxing
This property is exactly as pictured (if not better)very clean, spacious and impeccably decorated. We mostly wanted to relax with our young kids so the beach is perfect as well as the pool. I felt comforted that the resort and island are strict about masking and COVID testing prior to entry. Amy Dukes is very responsive and helpful. We didn’t rent a car as we were not sure about driving on the left through the hills, etc, but it would have been nice if we were alone or with older kids. Moe’s grocery is in Red Hook, perfect for the nights we stayed in. We managed very well with taxis Smiley’s is great. Highly recommend the ferry to St John - Trunk bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Wasn’t much sargassum (seaweed) there but at Cowpet bay they clean every morning so it’s better until the afternoon.
Carribean Fish Market, the restaurant on site was very good- brunch especially- but expensive, as most places are on the island. You have to budget for everything being imported/expensive and just let it go.
Overall a wonderful, amazing stay and perfect getaway. We hope to stay at Blue Water Haven again in the future!

This place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicate. Clean, the bathrooms are top notch, and just about everything you could possibly need stocked in the unit. Beautiful view of the bay as well. The property it sits on has everything you need from casual to fine dining. Amy Dukes the property manager is outstanding! Prompt replies to any questions you may have. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
