Our Heat Retreat is positioned on a street with no neighbors to the left and right, allowing maximum privacy for entertaining, dining, lounging, and swimming. Indoors: The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a 5-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven. The nook adjoins the kitchen and seats 4. There is bar stool seating at the counter for 2 more people. The cabinets are fully-stocked with plates, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need to enjoy your meal.

Relax in the family room or living room featuring a DVD player, TV, comfortable sofa, and a cozy fireplace. Or, challenge your friends to a game of chess or other board games! The open floor plan will allow for a variety of activities and ability to entertain your guests.

Bedrooms: The master suite features a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, walk-in closet, and private access to the backyard. The large private bath area has dual sinks and a vanity, a shower, and a soothing tub.

The private casita can be entered from the double door entry through the front courtyard, or from the inside of the house, and features a large bedroom with a King bed, a ceiling fan, and a TV with DVD player. The decor is professionally appointed with plantation shutters and tasteful colors. The bathroom includes a walk-in closet, shower, toilet, and sink.

Bedroom #3 is on the opposite wing of the house and features a queen bed, dresser, and closet. Bedroom #4 has a full bed, dresser, and shares a bathroom with Bedroom #3.
