Upon arrival there was exterior painting going on so there was plastic wrapped on every window including the balcony. We couldn’t enjoy any fresh air and it was very stuffy trying to sleep at night. Owner knew about this and didn’t offer that info in the listing. That wasn’t even the main problem. There was also construction demo going on in the unit above us which was so loud and jarring that two of the spotlights detached from the ceiling. From 8am until 5pm this unit was unusable due to how loud the banging, scraping, and sawing was.
The unit was nicely remodeled but did have cleaning issues (popcorn in the couch cushions, soap scum all over shower shelf and faucet), but that was nothing compared to the demo noise. Host only offered a small refund or another unit for compensation. My kids really wanted a pool (which other unit lacked) so we stayed and took small refund. Very disappointing.

This was a perfect location for our family's spring break trip to Breckenridge. The Quicksilver lift is about a 10 minute walk, which was manageable for our 4 year old (in ski boots no less)!
The space was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only (minor) complaint is that their is no laundry in the condo itself, it is located in another building a short walk away.

this place was perfect for us - family of 4, with two teen/adult kids. Easy access to slopes,wther you walk, drive or shuttle. Everything you cold possibly need was available including extra papertowels, laundry detergent and a humidifier. It was cozy, comfy and ample enough for everyone to relax in their own space if need be. Would definately recommend!

Plenty of room for our group to stay. The double bunk beds were plenty big enough for adults too. We cooked in two nights, the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and cooking items. The management company will be in contact via text so very easy to get anything you need. The location is walkable to downtown, buses to many different slopes and walkable to most chair lifts. Several ski rental shops are walkable too. I loved that so many of our friends could stay close by so we could easily meet up.

This condo was very comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family of 4 - two adults and our two adult daughters. We had a good amount of space to entertain other family members in the area and hosted most of the dinners. I loved how quickly the gas fireplaces heated up the rooms after a day on the slopes. \The kitchen was very well appointed and we enjoyed digging through the game selections. My only complaints were that the direct TV service in the living room didn't work and the management company kept making promises about getting service restored and then ghosted us after two days. Hot tub towels would have been a bonus.

We had a great state at Lances West 3 Condo. The condo is just as it appears in the pictures. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking. We ended up canceling some dinner reservations to cook instead. The beds were very comfortable too. The bus to the slopes stops right across the street. Could not be more convenient. The management company was very proactive and reached out to see if we needed anything. They were also responsive to questions. The "starter setup" of dish-soap and toilet paper was more than sufficient. There is no view but the listing did not imply there was a view so I wasn't expecting one. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I might have is that the two extra chairs in the living room could use an upgrade as they are not comfortable and the sofa only fits 3. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at Lance's West condo. Pictures matched the interior and everything was clean and in order. Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance / utensil you could need. Communication was great with the hosts, no complaints 5 star stay!

Our family decided to vacation in Colorado and ended up staying for 5 nights over 4th of July weekend. This property is well setup for a family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked and provides all the necessities for when we wanted to cook.
The property is in a prime location to be able to walk around downtown. We will be staying here again when back in Breck!

The Lances West #3 is a great place to stay. We went to ski and it’s was our first time in Breckenridge. The townhouse itself was exactly as pictured and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the showers great and everything was in order. The heat worked well too. The location to ski was a couple minutes drive or we took the free ride just across the street. We could also walk to the lift by the Marriott if we wanted to. A little more of a trek but manageable. Also walking distance to the little town. It is a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Had a great time, property was clean and updated.Super bonus, it's on the first floor, so no huge flight of stairs to go up...Overall layout is a split-level with "living room" upstairs and bedrooms down. This mean the noise from "upstairs" is within the condo, and the bedrooms are super quiet.Super close to the bus stop, longer walk to Peak 9 base area. Easy walk to downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at Warrior's Mark! The property manager gave us great updates, with clear check-in and check-out instructions. We couldn't figure out one of the sink drains (it was working just fine - we just were not able to figure it out), and the property manager responded to our request quickly and helped us get it working. Very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lances West Condo. The condo was spacious enough for our family of five with two bedrooms downstairs (with bunk bed) and a spacious living and dining area.

This condo is perfect. Very cozy and roomy. Loved that the living space was upstairs and the bedrooms were downstairs. We did a 3 night girls trip with 4 women and it was a perfect size for us.
The last evening, we had an issue....the neighbor did some sheetrock work and somehow the dust from that work infiltrated our entire unit. We came back from a hike and when we walked in, there was a big cloud of dust. We later realized what it was. The neighbor was so apologetic (he had no idea how it happened- we can only assume it was something with the ventilation in the building). However, we couldn't stay the night - dust was still in the air. Just being in there for a few minutes, our mouths were dry and we were coughing (one of the ladies has a heart condition and definitely couldn't breathe that air all night). The management company wasn't easy to deal with. I called 4 times before they finally got us in touch with a manager (they told us they would call us but after several hours- we called back and demanded to speak to a manager). This was the first the manager was hearing about our situation - so they were definitely having communication issues. The manager offered to refund us the 1 night stay at. But he was completely unable to offer us a replacement unit. The manager just kept saying it wasn't his fault that this happened and there was nothing he could do but offer a refund. Super disappointed that he couldn't do more than that. It wasn't our fault either that this happened, however this was the situation that we were in and I think it's the responsibility of the management company to make arrangements for us since we had no where to stay - because the unit we rented from them was suddenly uninhabitable from no fault of our own . We ended up booking a hotel in town on our own dime - the neighbor was so generous and ended up paying for it.
I won't be renting a unit that is managed by Summit Mountain Rentals in the future. I rent through VRBO all of the time...several times a year since 2010 and I've NEVER had an incident like this before.
LOVED the unit, but super disappointed in how the management company handled our situation.

Location was perfect with ease to many parks, hiking trails, mountain biking and a quick walk Main Street. It had lots of room, making it comfortable to our family of 4. Only downfall was the bed in the guest bedroom (tree bedroom) smelled of urine. I am not certain if it was the bed itself, or just the sheets, but they certainly weren’t clean. Thankfully my kids were young enough that they slept in their pack n plays and we didn’t need to use that bed.
