The interior of this older unit was as pictured & described. It’s older and no-frills but reasonably priced and in a good location. I will note that the tennis/Pickleball court did not have nets. There is a Publix within walking distance. He did have beach chairs & towels for guests.

Our experience at Denny's property, located just minutes away from Siesta Key beach, was truly delightful. The apartment provided a cozy atmosphere and had all the amenities necessary for our one-week stay. Whenever we reached out to Denny, he responded promptly and offered valuable assistance. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future.

Very convenient location! Publix store across the property. very clean! fully stocked kitchen. New appliances. Very quiet area. Close to the ocean. 7 min drive to siesta beach. The condo provided beach chairs and umbrella. We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this condo! Cannot wait to come back!

Expected to be in a place at least as nice as our home! Sparsely furnished ( from the 70’s) and dangerous for seniors.. dishwasher door fell open, no space to get around dresser to bed. Very disappointing!

The use of facilities is limited and the unit is close to a busy street but it is nice and clean and felt very safe. I would like to see a few more amenities like dvds, games, books, and some additional cooking spices, oils etc. Overall nice place.

This was very clean, but we had to buy soap and a hair dryer. Ventilation in the bedroom was poor—could have used a ceiling fan.

Absolutely a wonderful place, located minutes to the the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very clean place, just as advertised in the pics. Owner is a wonderful person who made the whole transaction pleasant with detailed instructions. Pool and fitness room were loved by my wife and two kids as well as myself. When in Sarasota again, I will definitely book this condo !!!

The condo pictures are very accurate, and there's also a washer/dryer in the unit, which I was very convenient. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, which is quiet and shaded and has a nice water view of a small lake. The condo and furnishings were all clean when I arrived, and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. The location was really great. The condo is on Clark Road, and accessible to shopping and highways. Siesta Key beaches are about 2 miles away and very easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is the place for me

All in all, this was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, fresh, and comfortable. It had everything I needed which was good because I travel light. I only asked the owner for an extra baking tray and he brought one over within a few hours. Denny is a very nice guy dealing with him was easy. The location is perfect - across from a plaza and the beach really is just about 5 minutes by car. The condo complex has a nice pool that is never crowded. very laid back vibe. When I return to Sarasota I'll be using the same place again and I reccomend you check it out too. Ive vacationed in other accomadations for a higher price and they were not as good as this condo.

We arrived to find 18 pairs of shoes outside the door next to ours. Tripped several times on pink flip flops. Arrived to find inside a door off the laundry area and leaning against the wall. The smoke detector was lying on the kitchen counter. The floors were filthy and so was the bathroom. The drain in the tub was clogged and I had to plunge it a number of times even though the owner brought over some drain cleaner. The furniture on the patio was too small to sit on and their were no screens on the windows so we could let in some fresh air. There were only two pots in the kitchen. It too was not clean. All in all if the weather had not been so good we would have found somewhere else. Bottom line is we found out that in the case of this condo you get what you pay for.

Best Trip Ever -- Very Very Clean Condo & Awesome Pool and the Pond out back is Amazing, Took many Pictures of different Bird's, Turtles and even got a Black Otter :-) Shopping was Amazing also, everything very close by :-) Very nice neighbours too :-) Awesome Beaches too,. I am fully Satisfied and I will be BACK, I can't wait :-)

While in Sarasota for work, I needed a reasonable place to stay, and this condo suited me very well. The owner promptly returned my last minute phone calls and even met me in person to get the paperwork completed. My first night there I emailed him a quick question, and he answered immediately. The condo pictures are very accurate, and there's also a washer/dryer in the unit, which I was very happy to have. In the evenings I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, which is quiet and shaded and has a nice water view of a small lake. The condo and furnishings were all clean when I arrived, and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. The location was really great for me. The condo is tucked away in a quiet complex, but right on Clark Road, so it's very accessible to shopping and highways. Siesta Key beaches are about 2 miles away and very easy to get to. When I go to Sarasota for work next time, I will certainly try to reserve this condo again.

All i can say is WOW. For the price this was the best decision ever. The condo was very clean and bright inside which was pleasant. There was a pool right outside our door and everything else we needed was close by. We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota and will deffinately rent here again soon.

First of all, we were not given the rental condo that we should have gotten. When we confronted the owner about it, he told us he gives that one to his "regular customers". The picture of the listing with a new kitchen was fraudulent. Secondly, the place was dirty. My feet were filthy after a short while while walking without shoes. Thirdly, the bedding was never changed for us. I pulled back the comforter and there was hair and stains on the bedding from previous occupants which I had to launder. The living room furniture looked like it was taken out of the garbage, filthy and smelled bad. See thru curtains on the living room window which gave no privacy. I called the owner and he came over with his wife and cleaned the floor and furniture but it was not up to our standards. Still smelled bad.The place needs a complete overhaul. Complex is tired and run down, needs work, heard it is being sold. We were charged the going rate for the place. Would never rent from this owner again.
