Spacious 5th floor unit with balcony overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay! Offering privacy, bay views from every window, and picture perfect sunsets. This luxury condo meets your vacation needs for a group as large as four. Just outside the ground floor, a lush landscape leads you to the zero entry lagoon pool with two hot tubs and a children’s pool. Walk a couple of minutes more and find yourself in the charming village of
Baytowne Wharf, where you can relax with fine or casual dining, shopping, children's activities, or just strolling through the village. If you are feeling energetic you can walk/jog to the beach in about 30 minutes. Play golf and tennis, bicycle, fish, canoe or kayak all day, without leaving the village. Enjoy nightlife and leisurely stroll back to your condo at day’s end. This beautiful unit is located within the newest building in the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
* How far is the beach ?
The Sandestin Beach is about two miles on a walking biking path at the south end of the resort. You can also drive and park or take the free shuttle. The Sunshine Shuttle stops next door at the Grand Sandestin. Someone in your group will need to carry a shuttle ID card you will find on the kitchen counter.

* Where is the fitness center?
The fitness center is next door at the Grand Sandestin.

* Are the pools heated ?
The small round pool at Elation and the Phil Hummel pool on Baytowne Wharf Ave are usually heated during winter and early spring.

* Do you have a golf cart ?
I'm sorry but we do not own or rent a golf cart. Rentals may be available on line.

* Do you have any discounts ?
Yes, the 7th night is 10 % off

*Do you accept pets ?
I'm sorry but we cannot accept pets because our HOA does not allow it .

* Can I make 3 payments instead of 2 ?
Its not possible because , the VRBO platform is set up for two payments - 25% at booking and 75% 30 days prior to check in.

* Can I change my dates ?
Yes, you can add dates anytime if the dates are available. The fee will be the nightly rental rate.

* Is there a refund if there is a hurricane.
Yes, if Walton County orders a mandatory evacuation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though weather wasn’t perfect, this condo was! Excellent communication and condo is exactly as pictured. Convenient parking, excellent location with beautiful bay view and very short walk to the action at the Village of Baytown Wharf. Loved our time there, we hope to return soon!

The room was exactly as pictured! We enjoyed the spacious bathroom and bedroom! My only recommendation would be to have brighter lighting at the bathroom vanity area.The kitchen had ample space and had everything we needed! Was convenient to the elevators and pool. We loved being able to walk to Baytowne Wharf to enjoy dinner and entertainment after a long day at the beach! The view of the bay from the balcony was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return to this unit.

We have stayed in the Sandestin area many times and this condo tops the list! It is conveniently located, was very well stocked with amenities and was clean. The Bay views on the balcony were spectacular! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! We stayed at Hotel Effie last year and this year opted for the VRBO…so incredibly glad we did! The location and view were fantastic! It was such a simple process to arrive and depart as there was no onsite check-in. The unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed! We would definitely recommend this property and will likely rent again next year!

The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. The living room furniture and bed were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony is very private. A quiet and peaceful corner of Baytowne Wharf, with everything you could want just a short walk away. We did have one issue when we first checked in. Denise responded immediately and it was fixed within 30 minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends.

I was amazed at this condo I stayed at. It was beyond all my expectations. The owner had me in direct contact with their housekeeper who took the time to meet me and show me how to get to and in the condo. This condo has a beautiful view of the golf course and a side view of the water as well. It was spotless, and well maintained. I would highly recommend it !

We’ve stayed at Sandestin several times, always on the beach side. Sandestin is our favorite place to stay in that area. But what are you enjoyable time staying on the Bayside. We loved to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset We enjoyed looking at the bay, the woods and the golf course. Most of all we enjoyed the quiet. The condo was very comfortable. It is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in at Sandestin. We look forward to coming back.

Overall the property was as expected. We have stayed in this particular building in Sandestin before so we were familiar with the area. We had one minor issue upon arrival and Denise responded fairly quick. The only suggestion I have would be to provide a couple more rolls of toilet paper as we only had one for five days between two people. We had already made our trip to the grocery store prior to arrival at the condo and the sundry store nearby was out of stock as it was a busy week.

My Husband and I enjoyed this condo because it felt like home. The bed was very comfortable and there were several pillows. It was nice to have a big screen TV to watch movies on and the view from the balcony was amazing to watch the sun set. The owner was very helpful and responsive. I also liked that there were nightlights in the bathroom and kitchen area. We plan to come back to this condo.

Stayed here during a conference. Easy check in process. Much better process than renting through Sandestin. Underground parking area. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only “complaint” was no hand soap or Kleenex in bathroom. Pool pretty crowded. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Liked having a little bit of distance from fireworks and music in the Village. Also a plus facing the bay vs the pool.

We stayed nine days at this one bedroom condo. There was plenty of room for 3 adults. My husband and I shared the master bedroom and our adult son slept on the pull out sofa. We really enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony. It was a short walk to the pool so that was convenient. And the Baytowne Wharf was a great place to eat, shop, and listen to music.

This condo is a perfect location in beautiful Baytowne Wharf. We liked it so much, we booked the same condo again this year. It offers a lovely view of the Bay and overlooks a golf hole on Burnt Pine. Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen and fabulous restaurants nearby, and if you wish to grill, a grill area that overlooks the Bay is an included amenity and wonderful spot to watch sunsets. The walk from condo to the Wharf offers breathaking views of the Bay and meanders through flower gardens, towering palms and pines. Highly recommended.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished with all necessary items that would be useful for your stay. We loved the peaceful location of the condo and enjoyed the outside balcony that looked over the greens, trees and bay. Very quiet, private and peaceful! We look forward to being able to return some time to this condo. The owner was extremely helpful and prompt in her responses.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Baytown Wharf! The location is perfect in the Sandestin Resort community. There is convenience of shopping, dining, golf, boating and much more…. All very convenient to get to and in such a desirable area. We even did a sunset cruise which left out of the marina. We hope to be able to make the trip again at some point and would highly recommended this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect spot indeed!!
