There is a large side deck with patio furniture. We also have an in-ground, heated pool at my house next door!. (It is a 30 second walk over) We are 3 minutes to the Boulevard 5 minutes to downtown and grocery stores. We are 8 minutes to Wingaersheek Beach. It is just a beautiful place to be!
