About this apartment rental
Penthouse Unit. Only 40 condos in the entire complex so there is always seating by the pool and plenty of space on the beach. You can enjoy your stay without worrying about saving a seat by the pool or getting a good spot along the ocean. This condo features a 1,500 square foot balcony that goes around the entire outside of the unit offering great views of the beach and bay areas. Every Room has balcony access so everyone can enjoy the balcony at any time.
The Master Bedroom features ground to ceiling windows for you to lay in bed and watch the waves roll in. The Master Bathroom features a Steam Shower that is fantastic.
The bedroom configuration is as follows. 2 rooms have king beds and 2 rooms have queen beds. The couch features a Serta comfort sleeper. Every room has it's own private bathroom.

This is the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and it is so spacious. My husband and I, my three adult children their spouses and my two grandkids were all there. Plenty of room for all of us especially in the kitchen. The views were incredible. Every room had its own door to step out onto the balcony. Perfect beach access. With Florabama being right next door the music was great while you were on the beach. We made some great memories there and will definitely go back next year.
We did have a couple of questions while we were there and the owner responded within 10 minutes.

We get in the elevator and it’s air conditioned- not smelly, not musty and not damp. Wow! This was my first glimpse into the amazing condo/unit we were getting ready to see and live in for the next 6 days. The condo was huge! The appliances and the decor were top of the line. The view from every balcony was spectacular. We sat facing the bay and were treated to live music from the Flora-bama establishment across the street as we viewed a beautiful sunset. In the morning sitting on the gulf side balcony we watched multiple pods of dolphins swim by as we are treated to a gorgeous sunrise.
The space inside allowed for our group to be all together when we wanted whether it was sitting eating dinner or relaxing in the evening playing games, watching movies while we sat in the family room/den. There was room for all the pantry food items we brought, as well as refrigerated and frozen items.
Space was more than ample- spacious.
Did I mentioned the master suite. Ceiling to floor windows looking out to the beach and gulf while you lounge in one of the plush chairs facing the windows or sitting at the desk reading or journaling. The bathroom has a extra large closet with a dresser inside, a separate toilet area, double sinks/vanity, a huge walking shower with a tiled seat/ledge to take advantage of the steam feature and other shower jets. Rather have a long soak? There also is jacuzzi tub. Lastly- the smoker in the balcony - what a treat. Not a dream but a glorious reality!

We had a wonderful stay! This condo was the perfect place to spend a week with our four-generation family! The location of the condo was convenient to all restaurants and stores while still in an area that isn’t congested or busy with traffic.
As far as the condo itself, it has an amazing setup for families. The balcony wraps around the entire condo and gives every bedroom personal access. It is equipped with everything you will need for the trip!
The pools (huge bonus that there is an inside and outside pool!), elevators, gym, etc. were never crowded and made it incredibly easy to navigate around the property.
The owner was extremely easy to reach and answered all questions immediately. We will absolutely be staying at this property again!

The condo is in a great location! Great spot on the beach—not terribly crowded. The tower is next door to the FloraBama, but has a buffer condo so the noise won’t keep you awake. Across the street from a Waffle House and the FloraBama Yacht Club restaurant. The balcony has a view of the ocean, the pool and the bay.

The indoor/outdoor pool has been closed since September, 2022. Any balcony access from all condo's in the building have been blocked and prohibited to use since shortly after that in Sept. I booked our stay on Sept. 16, 2022. Not once did I receive communication to let me know that there was a major renovation/restoration project going on and that we would not have access to the things that were advertised in the description. I even added a night on the front end several weeks prior. The cost per night actually went up!
This is my yearly vacation with my kids and toddler grandson. I chose this unit because it is early March, weather is not always warm, and it fit our needs of an indoor/outdoor heated pool, balcony access to enjoy the ocean/water views, a grill, and beach. All the patio furniture and grill (which we couldn't use) were crammed into the unit and we only had beach access of those things described. Had I been informed, I would have made different plans. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

WE came down for the week with the hopes we would have a balcony , nope . They put up the rails but wouldn't let us use it. The owners were great and the condo was larger than 4 people needed. Location is great and we will stay here again.

The place was beautiful! We had 4 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. The master bathroom was a bonus with the steam shower. We had a great view of the beach and the fireworks at midnight. We would recommend this place to all! We hope to visit again!

We loved our time here. It was beautiful and relaxing. You can walk to the Waffle House for breakfast or the Florabama for lunch or dinner. Perdido Key is a very short distance from Orange Beach, so there are many places to shop, etc. We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful place to stay
We were attending a work conference in Orange Beach and found this wonderful gem. It is a beautiful place and views of bay or ocean from every room. We loved the space and did not feel crowded at all. The ice maker in the bar was a nice treat too. It appeared to be well equipped for cooking even though we never got the chance. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. Plenty of towels for the stay. We enjoyed it so much, we tried to book for the same time next year but the rates went up and was beyond our budget. We were all happy to have had the chance to stay this year though.
***Please note that the issue below was through no fault of the owner.***
The only issue we had was what the property manager called a rodent issue from next door. It permeated the entrance to the building and on the elevator from the day we checked in until the day we left. They said they were working on the issue. As long as you covered your nose through the common area and through the elevator ride, you could breath when you got to the condo floor.
If our funding for the conference per diem is ever increased, we will certainly look into booking again. It was fabulous.

Really excellent stay
This condo is just wonderful. Great layout for a larger, mixed group like ours. The views are amazing. It’s super convenient to many attractions, but the beach and pool kept us busy most days. We cooked in a lot, and the kitchen was well-equipped for it - and the grocery store is close. All in all, a really great stay.
