A spacious and quiet carriage house loft located two blocks from historic Old Town main street. Sleeps four: one bedroom with queen size bed and a trundle bed in front room that sleeps 2. One bath and full kitchen newly renovated. A cozy living area with wifi. In walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques such as Lefthand Brewery and Tasting Room, Ziggis, The Roost, The Pumphouse, Scrumptious, Adorn Home & Gift Gallery. Enjoy concerts, festivals, and movie screenings in neighborhood parks, Roosevelt and Thompson. Please note there are 17 stairs to climb to enter the loft. Base rate subject to change with summer rates.

Joni was very communicative and the apt was clean, well-decorated and equipped. It's in a lovely, quiet, historic neighborhood which is walking distance to Main St shops. Bed was super comfy, as well!

My husband and I stayed at this property for about 4 days. We were visiting my nephew at CU Boulder and doing some other activities. This was our first time ever staying at a VRBO rental property, so we were a little apprehensive. Also, the 70+ 5-star reviews seemed way too good to be true. But alas, it was the perfection we read about. Joni was a fabulous host and so responsive if we had any questions! I think I was concerned about cleanliness, but the place was immaculate. We also really appreciated and loved the restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed one of the best meals in years right down the street. The food and ambiance were amazing. We would 100% stay there again and I have already recommended the place to both of my sisters who will be visiting the area later this year. Joni set the bar high for us. Now, any future VRBO stays by us will be compared to our first-rate experience in Longmont!

This is an awesome place to stay. The place is modern, clean and well furnished. John and Joni are excellent hosts and made our stay special. It’s in a great location to walk to local shops and restaurants.

Not only is Joni a superior host, her loft is absolutely superb. Overlooking a lush garden on a gorgeous tree lined street, the exquisitely appointed accommodation is welcoming and private. The ONLY place to stay while in Longmont is this carriage house.

We found this to be a great place to stay. The loft was comfortable. There was plenty of supplies such as towel, pillows and coffee. The location is convenient to many points of interest.

Super sweet spot! Bed was very comfy. Walking distance to Downtown was handy. The host leaves special treats & great accommodations. It was situated equally between our kids in Boulder & Loveland. Will be back again!

This property was a real find. Host had thought of every convenience, including laundry soap, dishwasher pouches, and a reusable shopping bag! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk downtown and driving a short distance to visit a friend. We also made several trips to Boulder and Golden. The location was great. The apartment was private and well outfitted with all the amenities posted plus extra touches that made us feel at home. Many thanks!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the loft for a few nights while we were in town for a wedding. When I first arrived I thought it was even cuter in person! For our stay, we personally had everything we needed and thought the couch and bed were both very comfortable. All the restaurants / cafes in town were even closer than anticipated as well!! The area was extremely nice, with several parks within walking distance. Joni was very communicative and helped us with anything we needed. She was even able to help us with a later checkout because our flight was later in the day. Staying at the loft was everything we could have hoped, definitely recommend!!

The place was clean and had all amenities we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, and even let us keep our bikes in their garage when we weren't using them. The location is perfectly tucked away in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy and private loft in a serene neighborhood, would love to come back. Owners were very warm and helpful. Great walking distance to main street shops, coffee, breweries, and local parks. Overall a great experience, highly recommend.

We has a great stay in this historic Longmont Loft. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Location is amazing. My kids (3 and 7 yrs old) loved the nearby parks. Downtown is just a short walk away. Definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay near Longmont.

This place is great! Joni is friendly, welcoming, and just a wonderfully gracious host. The loft is well cared for, nicely appointed, and in a great part of town that's super walkable. As a business traveler, it was so nice to have a home base that actually felt like a home. I definitely hope to go back.

The apartment was clean and had very nice appliances with a nice bathroom. Owner is very nice and easy to talk to. We had a problem the first night where we couldn’t get into her place due to something out of her control but she made sure we had a place to stay and made it right. Our only small complaint is the living room and kitchen area are not air conditioned and I think we stayed during the hottest week of the year. The bedroom was nicely air conditioned so sleeping was great. There was a bed in the living room and it would have been very hard to sleep there with it being so hot. Wouldn’t be an issue in cooler weather. Will definitely look at this property again in the future. And you can meet SCRIBBLES the cat!! Super cute and friendly, she ventured outside from the owners home, never in the loft.

We were 10 days in Longmont to participate at the Boulder Ironman Triathlon. It was the perfect place for us!! The loft ist very clean and comfortable and Jon, our host, was friendly and availabe at any time!! Our best VRBO experience so far!!!Andreas & Sara

Wonderful Stay
Lovely Loft, spacious, comfortable bed, all looks like new! Our hosts were available to us whenever needed, but respected our privacy as well. LOCATION is perfect for Old Town and the many restaurants, breweries, coffee houses, and trails nearby. Truly one of the most beautiful and fun areas in Longmont!

The apartment was adorable! My mother and sister stayed here while visiting us in Longmont. It was a perfect place for them to have their own space. The location is beautiful and right next to the charm that Longmont has to offer.

I love it when you walk through the door of VRBO and instantly know your going to settle in very nicely in the space. Joni has created a comfortable surrounding. The up to date kitchen is wide open with room to slice and dice your next meal. Updated bathroom, comfy beds and plenty of storage, all in a quite neighborhood!

Lovely apartment above a Garage
This lovely, immaculate apartment looks like it is freshly remodeled and every need has been considered. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well stocked and very pretty. We did not spend a great deal of time there as we were visiting family but it met our needs very well. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

An absolutely delightful experience!
My husband and I stayed for a week in Joni and John's beautiful carriage house. I don't know where to begin in sharing our positive impressions. We have stayed in a good number of vacation rentals and I can honestly say we have never stayed in one where the owners anticipated our every need so thoroughly. The unit is decorated beautifully and was exceptionally clean. I have never experienced more lush and fabulous towels and washcloths! It made us feel like we were in an exclusive spa! Aside from the unit itself, the location on a beautiful street in the center of the city is ideal. Downtown, where you will find shopping and dining options of all kinds, is a short walk away. Thanks, Joni and John, for making our visit so special!
