About this apartment rental
Pavilion Club is a gated, lakeside and garden view community located north of Pelican Bay. Easy access ground level, includes 2 bedroom/ 2 baths, with breakfast bar, separate kitchen eating area, dining room and a well-equipped stainless steel kitchen. There is tile throughout the condo unit including the lanai with laminate in bedrooms. The screened in covered Lanai is serene, and spacious with private view of the garden. The Vanderbilt Beach is just a short walk or bike ride away. This private well landscaped community is in proximity to The Mercato, Whole Food, Trader Joes, banks, tennis courts, library, shopping, restaurants, LA Fitness, golfing, movie theatres, and Ritz Carlton Hotel on the Gulf. This spacious unit sleeps 2 with a king sized bed in the master bedroom. Master suite contains an extra-large walk in closet, double vanity, and large separate shower. In the second bed room is two twin size beds with a spacious closet. Second bedroom can be used for occasional guests. Adjacent to the second bed room is the second bath room with a tub/shower combination. The full sized washer and dryer are in a separate area. Wi-Fi and High speed internet is provided. Your viewing pleasure there are three flat screen TV’s and DVD. For your beach enjoyment beach chairs and towels provided. The community has a heated pool and clubhouse just steps away. Your car will be positioned in a designated, covered parking space directly in front of the unit. The Pavilion Club has a fantastic social committee with ongoing events in Bridge, Poker, Water Aerobics, Bocce Ball, Walk About, Corn Hole and Bowling to just name a few of the activities. Minimum rental is for 2 months
