The ground floor includes a 2-car garage and a walk out to the water.
First Floor:
The first floor includes a newly furnished living room and dinning room with a 50 inches plasma TV a DVD player and a king size convertible sofa bed. The dinning room includes a large table sitting six people. The first floor also includes a modern kitchen with four new appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave oven) and all the required utensils, kitchen accessories and cookware for a comfortable and luxurious living. This floor also includes a two-piece washroom and a washer and dryer. Two large covered balconies (7x15 feet) with tiles on the floor complement the first floor. One balcony provides an amazing view of the water and mango forest at the back of the house with complete privacy while the other provides a magnificent view of the Bahia Beach Blvd at the front. Both balconies have large patio tables and comfortable chairs for dining and enjoying the view.
Second Floor:
The second floor includes the master bedroom with high vaulted ceilings, a new king size bed, a large dresser, a 32 inches flat TV, two large walk in closets and a large full size bathroom equipped with towels, magnified mirror and other accessories for your convenience. The large (7X15 feet) covered balcony with floor tiles is equipped with comfortable patio chairs and a table providing an amazing and relaxing view of the ocean and mango conservation area. Its southern exposure provides a lot of sun during the winter and shade during the summer. The second bedroom with high vaulted ceilings includes two double beds and a 32 inches flat TV, a full bathroom, a walk in closet and a balcony overlooking the Bahia Beach Blvd.

The resort has two restaurants. One fine dining restaurant with inside and outside seating and a tropical beach tiki bar where you can have your breakfast and lunch or enjoy your supper with amazing daily sunsets and different music bands playing every night. The second restaurant has a bar and a nice patio under the trees and next to the swimming pool. Bring your own fish and they will be happy to grill it for you.

What a amazing place to stay it with my brothers the beach and restaurant was amazing the whole atmosphere surrounding the townhouse was incredible and the views were amazing 10/10 recommend this place on top of everything the owners made sure we had everything needed to have a great week here such good communication and cleanliness of the whole place . WHAT A GREAT TIME !!!!!

From the private beach to seeing Dolphins in the Bay, our stay was completely magical. The condo was beautiful, and very clean with lots of little things that made it a perfect home away from home. It was close to everything but tucked away in a private corner of the world. Well worth the price and we would definitely return and recommend this luxury to anyone looking for an escape.

The townhome was very nice and it was clean. It was very quiet couldn’t hear any sounds from townhomes adjacent to us. The pools were great and the restaurants on the complex were nice to get a quick bite and refreshments. Mary the property owner was very responsive along with Rufina our contact while we stay there was also very responsive.

We enjoyed the resort and the townhome. The neighborhood is great for walking as is the beach area. We had good meals at Sunset Grille and the nightly music in the Tiki Hut is fun. There are multiple recreational activities available on the property and the drive to St. Pete or the gulf beaches is very easy. Overall, we had a very good experience and would consider staying here again.

The home was nicely appointed and perfect for our stay. Since both bedrooms are en suites, getting ready on the mornings was a breeze. The location is beautiful and quiet. While enjoying some sun on the balcony, we watched a dolphin swim down the channel to the bay.
The community is nice and it’s only a short walk to the beach and Sunset, the beach-side restaurant and bar. It had great food and drinks. We enjoyed our time there and would love to say there again if we travel to the area in the future.

I enjoyed this place very much. Quiet location with beautiful views of the mangroves and amazing sun rises. The unit was clean with large bedrooms and plenty of space to relax with family.

The property was nice and clean, and was just a short walk to a beach. It was a nice location for our visit with family. Communication was easy, timely and pleasant. During our stay we encountered a minor issue which was addressed immediately and professionally by the property manager.

Title of property on VRBO includes the words "new" and "luxury". I wouldn't include either. This property is not new by any stretch. And luxury, not so much. It is, however, a nice place to stay. There are alot of stairs, so not for those who don't do well with stairs. Great restaurants nearby! Great private beach as well.

This is was just what we wanted for our family vacation. The home was beautifully decorated and clean, the amenities were plentiful, the kitchen was stocked with every utensil needed and they location was really convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. I was surprised to find extras all throughout the home from shampoo, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and seasoning for cooking, of course we replaced what we used for the next occupants. I would definitely stay here again. Mary was very clear on her communications for check in and check out. The property manager allowed us early entry and very professional.

The townhouse we stayed in was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with necessities and extras. The layout was perfect for my husband and me as well as our three teens. We enjoyed the beach and pools although we missed the jet skis that were in the listing but no longer available on-sight. Our host was easy to contact as well.

My husband and I stayed with another couple and your place was perfect for us. Very pretty and clean. Had everything we needed. The whole resort was very nice with a lot to do. I suggest the Lattitude Tour boat ride. It was very nice.

The property is clean, safe and comfortable. You can enjoy the pools, beach and pickleball/tennis courts. There is also the marina with some water tours available. All amenities are within walking distance, however if you need to drive you should know they charge to park at the parking lots, even if your just going to play pickleball or tennis for an hour.

Three college friends getting together annually. This property was clean, beautiful and centrally located to everything we wanted along the Gulf Coast. We loved it!

We had a great stay. The condo was well set up and comfortable. We found a few kids toys in a closet and lots of beach toys, chairs, etc in the garage.
When you walk in there is an ad for renting an electric golf cart. We called on our first day and were able to rent one for a week stay for a very reasonable rate and it greatly enhanced our trip.
The listing pics don't do the beach area justice. We somehow only ate at the beach side restaurant but it was very good. The swimming pools were nice (we wish they kept them a little warmer, but still very workable for our Feb stay, and the hot tub area was quite hot). We also enjoyed the shuffle board, bean bags, etc that they had at the community clubhouse area near the main pool we hung out at (the one with the hot tub).
I will caution that if you have a sensitive nose, you may want to see if the host might put away some of the potpourri (was in nearly every room) and the scented plugins before your stay. The Florida air did clear it out nicely after we tucked them just out on the porch. Also, I'd advise paying close attention to the contract they will send over as it has important details about the stay, including that the property management company is the main one to contact during your stay.
Overall a fantastic trip with the family. We would be very excited to come back and stay here again.

Ruskin is conveniently located for traveling south along the coast. We enjoyed the restaurants beaches and a Muriel Anderson concert in Venice. Easy drive from Ruskin. Town home was clean and fresh, with views of water.

Amenities were great. Didn’t make it to pool but ate at restaurant, took walk on beach and walked the property. Extremely clean, used washer dryer, sat on deck each morning. Owners left shampoo/conditioner/soap/coffee/tea/washer tablets, etc. so appreciated. Great king size bed. Would rent again for except too far from where we dropped my daughter off to college.

Great Stay in Little Harbor
Mary’s townhome was the perfect fit for my family for our short stay in Florida visiting family and attending a wedding. The community was quiet and quaint, the beach and pool were nice and spacious. My daughter enjoyed the beach toys and the property manager and Mary were both very responsive to our questions and check in was a breeze.

The property was in great shape, all the decor was upscale and in good condition. We had a blast on the property, the pool and hot tubs were nice, the little beach with water sports rental and boat rental right there was amazing. Having a good restaurant in the complex right on the beach was also good. We had a blast and will be back.
