New Sunroom Addition! Beautiful, Peaceful mornings with the birds and bunnies! NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, patio, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 9 near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT SITE IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed and not be allowed into the cottage.

We truly appreciate enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for us. Our pups enjoyed the yard. We especially appreciated the location. Day trips to other parts of the Cape were close. We would stay there again.

The lockbox, to get the door key, was a little difficcult to open and close. Other than that, our stay was excellent. Everything we could possibly want in and out of the cottage was right at our fingertips.

We liked Chris' cottage so much last year, we booked it again this year. Perfect for us and our little dog. Super clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Mid-Cape makes it convenient to all Cape Cod has to offer. Two thumbs way up!

My daughter's 2 dogs loved your fenced backyard. The humans were quite content too. The deck is lovely and the location worked well for us. Just sorry the potential storm shortened our stay but our host was incredibly flexible and helpful. Hope to return next fall.

This property was as advertised and was perfect for us (3 adults plus one small dog). It is located in a quiet residential area, but is only 1/4 mile from Dennis Port, and about 1/2 mile from the ocean. For us, this was perfect, as both are an easy walk away. The home has an open layout, making it seem spacious. A number of nice upgrades have been made in the bathroom, living room, and kitchen, making an older home feel quite modern. The back yard, back deck and grill expand the living area significantly. Best thing I can say is: We have every intention of renting it again!

Well stocked with supplies, however there was very little space on shelves for our groceries and food, since there was alot of other items left in cabinets. We had use of the fridge, but not kitchen cabinets. There are many 'notes' on items from owners on items with instructions, It was nice to have central air, however the mattress in the master bedroom is very soft, it would be nice to have it replaced with one with more support. The tv the master bedroom did not work. Also, just a note that there is a security camera at this property. The neighborhood is quiet.

My family just got home from a nice long weekend! The owner was great throughout the entire process. She was very responsive to questions before booking and sent along very detailed instructions/directions after the final payment had been made. This was the cleanest property we’ve ever rented through this site! The kitchen was charming and well stocked with all kinds of spices and utensils. The bathroom shower was beautifully tiled and there was even an outdoor shower (wasn’t warm enough weather for us to test out.) The fenced in yard is also great for kids or pets. 15 minute walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood and lots of shops & restaurants downtown.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay. Not too big, not too small cape on a very quiet street that is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The fenced-in yard was probably the best part though. Our puppy had the time of her life

This cute cottage fit the bill perfectly for our family of three plus doggo. Chris's write-ups were spot-on, there was lots of info available inside the cottage, the place was neat as a pin, and the location was an ideal jumping-off point for adventures, whether walking or driving. Nice little spot to spend a long weekend! House was all warmed up for us when we arrived, fully equipped kitchen, lots of blankets. Very convenient location. Fenced in yard was great for the pup.

We had a great stay here. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything in Dennisport. Christine was great and communicated quickly. There were no renters before or after us, so she let us in early and stay late. This was great to be able to have a fun extra day before checking out. I spent the weekend on Cape Cod during a frigid weather storm. Temperatures were below zero and 40mph winds. The house was perfect for a comfortable peaceful weekend. It was clean and in a good location. The furniture was comfortable and the shower had wonderfully hot water. The yard was fenced and quite big for my four legged friend. Christine, the owner, was responsive and easily available.

This home is well appointed with all the basic staples needed to enjoy a home away from home. The recent updates to kitchen and bathroom make a nice touch to what's original in the home. Kitchen is well equipped and owner has thoughtfully stocked it for her guests. 2 comfy bedrooms with cable TV comfy as well. Lots of light with windows in living room. Great space for a couple or small family. Yard also is big and great deck too for outside dinners on the grill. Bonus too outdoor shower . Perfect beach stay and can walk rite to town. Places to eat, cocktail, and shop. Quaint and quiet.

We stayed for few days and enjoyed very much. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The backyard with the fance was a plus for our dog. The beach was not to far nice walk. Very nice and quiet neighborhod. I’ll like to rent it again on summer break. The host was very nice polite and responded very quick. Thank you!

A sweet cottage that accommodates 3- 4 comfortably. The location is great, mid Cape, for touring. Chris is a responsive owner who will answer any questions in a timely manner. The kitchen is a bit small, but the new counter area and stools adds additional seating. We had a great time on the Cape, and a nice and reasonable place to stay.

We booked for a month and could have stayed longer if responsibilities at home weren't calling for our return. As soon as we left we booked 2 weeks for 2023. Convenient, centrally located, and walking distance for all your needs, including a nice beach. Great place, Chris is a wonderful host. Two thumbs way up!

What a pleasure to rent here! Not only was the cottage incredibly clean, but we wanted for nothing (outside of doing our own grocery shopping!). The kitchen had plenty of supplies, the rooms were neat and tidy, and the bathroom was recently renovated and spotless. The gas grill, patio, smart tv, Wi-Fi, fenced in yard, and outdoor shower were major bonuses. The AC units and fan positioned in the living room kept us plenty comfortable. The cottage’s location was perfect to travel west, north or east and not have to be in the car very long. There was a playground and multiple food establishments all within walking distance. I can barely criticize a summer home for having a few ants in the kitchen (those little tiny ones that sneak their way in, couldn’t even find where they entered from) but I guess you can call that a con. My family had such a wonderful time at this adorable little home, I can’t wait to book again!

Chris was lovely to rent from and was very communicative with us before and during our stay. She even allowed us to stay one more night past our original agreement, which allowed my husband to spend some more quality time with his friends that live on Cape. We are grateful for her hospitality. Our favorite part was the deck and yard and my kids spent their time finding rocks and leaves and enjoying eating outside. It was very peaceful. My only concern was that the air conditioning units and furniture, especially the beds and mattresses, could use updating. Overall, we had a wonderful few days. Thank you.
