About this apartment rental
End unit with no one above. Enjoy river rock gas fireplace, flat screen TV, 200 channel cable, Wi-Fi, complex Jacuzzi, dry sauna and pool. Washer and dryer in unit. A 5 Minute walk to River Run gondola, lodges and fly fishing. A 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants bars and movies. Living room, dining and kitchen all open for spacious entertaining. New furniture in living room. Enjoy watching mountain activities from the deck.

Place worked nicely for us. Good location and had everything we needed.

The location was stellar...walk to downtown or to River Run. The pool and hot tub in the complex are very nice. The condo was quiet without upstairs neighbors. The unit was very clean except the carpet was quite dirty with a very large stain in front of the washing machine. There were lots of plates, bowls, silverware, mugs. If you like to cook this is not the place for you. The pans were a mis-match of very used cookware, some pots had no lids. The formica had a hole in it, the fridge had a handle that was poorly glued and taped, the stove pans were the wrong kind so the pans couldn't sit flat on the coils. The grill was so dirty the gas could not come thru the holes. However, the owner was responsive and sent someone the next day to clean. The bathrooms were clean. The main floor shower was updated but not the vanity. The upstairs dresser and bath were updated and nice. We were unable to use the dresser in the main floor bedroom as the drawers were so worn they couldn't be easily opened or closed. The linens were decent but the main floor bed was uncomfortable. This condo is very reasonably priced in a great location. However, with all the deferred maintenance items and the stained/dirty carpet we won't be staying there again.

Great location! Walking distance to food and shops and fishing the river. Loved the bike path being so close for morning runs. Just an hour drive to Stanley for some amazing hikes and whitewater rafting.

It's all about location and amenities. This condo is just a few blocks from downtown Ketchum. Walking / biking distance to everything. right near the bike path. Unit is clean, nice mattresses and has everything you will need. Walking distance to the market for any missed supplies. The condo is ready for some updates but is not lacking anything. Clean and comfortable. This is our 3rd or 4th stay and we will be back again.

This year was a little different we changed the days at the last minute and Peter was very accommodating. The place is always perfect and I love Ketchum. So easy to walk into the center of town or up the mountain I would recommend this place to everyone. My third time staying in this unit it’s probably my favorite.

Disappointed with upstairs bedroom. Did not know it was basically a loft with the washer & dryer in the bedroom. The shower space in both bathrooms were updated but not the rest of the bathroom space/ vanity & lighting. Downstairs bed was VERY uncomfortable and the cleaning solution used on bedding was irritating.
Property needs updating especially the carpet. Although the unit was especially clean, the rest of the interior needs work. Other than that location was good easy to walk to everything & utilized the buses running to Haily.

The property has a great location. About 2 mins walk to main street and sun valley road. Location is quiet and well maintained.

We could have used more than 2 laundry pods (cycling and fishing daily) though if guests are not like us and making their clothes smelly it would have been fine!
Dish soap was almost empty but dishwasher came in handy (and there was detergent for it, so no issues there).
Noticed one deck chair was broken by previous guest but we did not use them.
Top of coffee machine was broken, so when pouring we made a mess the first few times because we forgot but that wasn’t really a problem.
TV was hooked up to all streaming services which was very nice (if you always forget your logins, this make it easy to watch a movie at night).
Overall we would definitely stay again and just buy a little more cleaning supplies when we arrive due to our activities in Ketchum.

Great location! Fun, functional, comfortable, clean condo…. but it could use a little love. Window blinds broken (couldn’t raise, only twist open louvers), toilet paper holder broken, shower curtain rod installed upside down w screw preventing slide of curtain, stove burners not level, carpet tired and needs replacing. But if these kinds of things don’t bother you, the bones of the place are fine. We did have an enjoyable time but all thought that with just a little maintenance it could have been a great place. Also, the photos were taken w a wide angle lens (as is often the case) so contents of photos are accurate but IRL, the place is smaller than the photos convey.

This condo is in an awesome location and has everything you need for an extended visit any time of year. Yes, the place needs some updates and the carpeting needs to go. But it has everything you need, is clean, comfortable and if you are enjoying Sun Valley, you are not hanging out in the condo all day. This is our second stay and we would not hesitate to come back. You are 1 minute from the main bike path, 5 minutes from River Run and 5 minutes from downtown Ketchum. Bus stop is very close if you want to ride anywhere in the valley. The locals and other renters were awesome. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay in Horizons 4, #122. It was very comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed. The Unit was very clean and everything functioned properly. We did have a minor trouble working the TV since there were two remotes (a Roku & a Cable company's). There wasn't any information on how the two remotes interacted. Hit & miss, we figured it out (no big deal). The unit was close to the local area's free bus service so that we did not need our car once there. There was a 'Hot' Spa that we didn't use (didn't come prepared). Overall it was like home for our stay in Ketchum where we enjoyed two days of skiing on Bald Mountain.

Great summer trip to Sun Valley area of Idaho

Quiet complex. Friendly neighbors. Close to everything in Ketchum. You can walk a couple blocks to Main St, or drive a short distance to endless activities. Peter’s condo has all the amenities that you would need to make your Sun Valley getaway perfect.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We liked that it was walkable to a lot but had a private feel. A few trails nearby and lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Had everything we need. Only slight complaint was that there was a hairball in the tub and a dried out contact lens from the people before us when we got there. Would stay again!

This condo was a very pleasant place to stay. The living room furniture has been recently updated, and was very comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The kitchen feels dated, but is well equipped and functional. The location provided great walking distance access to both the lifts at River Run, as well as the town center. Would stay here again!

We had such a great experience staying at this condo! It was perfectly clean, perfect distance from downtown and a personal favorite the bathroom downstairs had great water pressure! The bed downstairs was also very comfortable. Would go back again if we ever come back to Idaho!

Modest Older Condo with Desirable Location
My husband and in-laws stayed over the Labor Day for Rebecca's Private Idaho. Perfect location, within walking distance to everything! Just parked the car and walked/biked everywhere. Overall clean and has a fun unique layout but needs updating. The upstairs bathroom blinds were broken and didn't provide much privacy; wouldn't be a big deal if the window didn't face directly to the neighbors so they could see you sitting on the toilet. They clearly had been broken for an extended period of time and easily could've been replaced at low cost. The toaster didn't work but not a deal breaker. Across the board- affordable place and provided adequate space for our needs.
