An ocean-view unit that sleeps 8 with the most convenient location in the resort condominium complex! Less than a minute’s walk to the clubhouse and private beach access, and one of the closest units to the pool! Parking is just outside your door and it’s no distance at all to the gorgeous white sand beach. Island House F116 is the ideal condo for those wanting to make the most out of time at gorgeous Crescent Beach.

Unit F116 sleeps up to six guests, with two bedrooms, a sleeper couch and two full bathrooms. It’s a very bright condo and, when at home, you’ll never feel guilty for “wasting” a nice day. While it makes a great base for all kinds of local adventure and activity, it’s equally nice to spend time enjoying home comforts - perhaps reading or watching cable.

Wide sliding doors light up the living, dining and kitchen areas with sunshine. Neutral walls suit all tastes, while soft carpeting is perfect for beach life - just kick off your flip flops at the door. A full kitchen is open to the rest of the living area with a long breakfast bar between. Within this very well laid out space find everything you need to fully self-cater: there’s a dishwasher and disposal, a self-cleaning oven and countertop range, plus a large fridge.

A dining table between the kitchen and couch area is a nice gathering spot after a relaxing day at the pool or a busy day of golf or tennis. Utter comfort is assured in the master bedroom which includes a tv set and sliding doors to the outside patio. A comfortable bed for two adds extra ‘rest’ to your R&R vacation. Everything is provided, including ample storage, towels and linens.

The second bedroom sleeps four and will accommodate adults, teens or children and has a tv set.

Floor to ceiling vertical blinds help you control the light - perhaps some mornings you’ll want to wake with the sunrise and other days you’ll want to sleep in late. Everything is provided for a totally convenient stay, just arrive with your clothes and bathing suit! In-suite laundry means you can pack as little as you like.

To keep in touch with family and friends at home, you can simply bring your laptop inside our home. Enjoy a cool drink while using the free wireless Internet.

Loved the condo! So many personal touches and everything you need for cooking, sleeping and enjoying the beach. Plenty of space for everyone. The layout of the complex was perfect! Game room was fun during rainy days. The only complaint was the laundry room light flickered off and on the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!!

We could not have been happier. The rental agency was so nice. The unit was spotless. It was clean and neat. It felt comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need, every appliance pot and pan. And good appliances. There were many spices too. I wish the home had an ice maker. The washer and dryer are perfect and so convenient. The HVAC is so cold and works great. Better bath products would match the quality of the unit versus the generic little (too small-not enough) stuff provided. The two patios are great. The beach supplies closet is very nice. Very easy to get to the pool and beach. We will definitely rent again--this unit!

Very decent and spacious place to sleep and base daily adventures from for a family of six. Right next to street beach access for a 3-4 min walk to the waters edge and a 15 min drive to the city center. Nice pool. Very spacious condo. Kitchen adequately supplied although we cook basic on vacation. It's on the ground floor which I like for ease of getting the 'stuff' to the beach, but I'm guessing the ceiling is thick concrete because no noise was heard from the folks above us which is always a concern when on the first floor. Although the unit is setback from the direct ocean view units you can see the ocean from the front patio. Wish it had twin bunks and a full bed in the second bedroom to eliminate the hassle of the sofa bed. Memory foam queen bed in the master was uncomfortable (not unbearable) for both of us - YMMV. The complex grounds could use some enforcement around the overgrowth of vegetation both in the common areas and owner areas. Bottom line - we have stayed in places costing 2-3 times as much during the low season for a comparable number of nights. If you want to save money and stay at a decent place with a very good location then book it.

We really enjoyed staying here for our families beach vacation. The condo was clean and everything we needed was on hand. My only complaint would be about the quality of the linens. There were only three beach towel, and the bath towels were old and tattered. While the master bed was beyond comfortable, the fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress which was pretty annoying to sleep in. Overall though we had a wonderful time and would stay here again. The accessibility to the pool and beach were perfect and beautiful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room really is spacious and bright as it looks in the photos though you had to crane your neck at the window to see the ocean. We loved having 3 patios and outdoor dining options. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and many small details were thought of. A decent restaurant and a dollar general just across A1A for emergencies. It turned out that downtown St. Augustine was a 15-20 minute drive - somehow further than we expected. I guess I didn't do my research thoroughly enough. The place seemed a bit dusty.

The condo was spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and very clean. Everything we could need was there or very easily attained at one of the nearby grocery stores. The only small drawback was the bed in the master is listed as a King and is actually a queen..not a big issue. The proximity to the beach more than made up for it.
