We alway enjoy the convenience of the location. This time we did go down to the pool. Walked the river for a short time & ofcourse shopped & ate !!!! ALOT

First the positive. The condo is positioned basically 15 minutes from everything Tucson has to offer. It is also right on the Huckleberry loop, which is amazing for biking and walking. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was outfitted better than most condos we have stayed in. You can walk to restaurants and nightlife in Saint Phillips Plaza without crossing the street. Now the cons. The property is dark inside due to the lack of sunlight and the dark flooring and countertops. Light fixtures are inadequate to compensate. The black slate flooring that is in the kitchen, living room, and one bathroom is cracking and coming up in several places. As we were staying two months, we opted to buy used rugs to cover the worst spots. Most annoying was the lack of communication between the owner/property manager . I wrote twice prior to our stay to ask if the pool was heated and never got an answer. It’s not! I was forwarding mail and asked if there was a mailbox number to add to the address. No response the week we got there workmen began painting the outside of our unit , the windows of our condo were taped over for a week. It would have been nice to get a heads up that this was going to be happening. The painting supervisor told me that all owners received word that the painting would be taking place. All said, we are coming back to Tucson next year, but have booked elsewhere .

Stayed two weeks. Loved every minute. The River Walk is just outside the gate, and it leads to a lovely plaza with coffee shops, restaurants and wine tasting. Farmers market was cute. So easy to get around and see Tucson. Host provided full kitchen, linens, towels and some spices. Perfect getaway.

Nice size condo close to the river trail. There were a couple things lacking. No trash bags & no dishwasher detergent The living area furniture was not comfortable. A futon & no couch. A tv listings would’ve been helpful.

I needed a conveinent midtown place to stay for a hectic weekend. This condo is in a prime location. Being right on the river path is great for walking, running, birding and cycling. I walked up the bridge on Saturday night for the big bat fly out which was cool. The photos represent the condo. I know the area so it was easy to find. its a ground floor condo so it was dark in the afternoon. The pool looked inviting and kids were enjoying it. The complex was quiet. I messaged the owner about a few housekeeping items to address. My one suggestion would be to install blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There was too much light from the parking lot for my preference but I don't use an eye mask. I didn't spend much time in the condo during the day because I was running around.

Gabrielle was very easy to work with. Access to the property was easy. The condo was clean and had the amenities we needed. The pool and hot tub were close by and well maintained. Proximity to the bike path was great, and we could walk to nearby restaurants, Trader Joe's, and the Sunday Market.

Our host was Super, we were familiar with the location and the place was just perfect. Especially nice to have my son and daughter in love all in one place with room to romp and not step on each other . Only thing I would change is the fact we haven’t been staying there all these times we go to Tucson! We can change that for the future !

Wanted a reasonably cheap condo in Tucson, this worked. Can't say much about the neighborhood, it's not like we walked around or anything. Better directions would be nice; we arrived at night and it was really hard to see the building numbers. Also, there was no dishwasher soap, no laundry detergent, and the garbage disposal didn't work, so the sink was clogged. There was a smoke detector hanging out of the wall. Beds were fine and the futon in the living room was fine.

Our stay was our first experience with a VRBO or similar company, so my husband was apprehensive about using this option over a hotel or more commercial lodging. We were very happy with the experience, with the property, and with our stay. As many reviewers have mentioned the location is convenient due to it's access to the loop trail, Trader Joes and St. Phillip's Plaza. We were very pleased with the condo. Since our stay was during the 110+ degree temperatures of June, we spent much of our time in the condo. We also prepared nearly all of our meals in place. We found the kitchen adequately stocked in terms of cooking utensils and dishes. The beds are quite comfortable which for us is an important detail. We liked the two small outdoor sitting areas - one off the living room area and one off the Master. Even though it was quite hot, we utilized them for early morning coffee and enjoyed that feature. We do come to Tucson several times a year, and definitely hope to book this property again if it is available in our time frame.

Wonderful location for walkers/bikers. Interesting plaza next door with live entertainment and restaurants. Weekend markets on Saturday and Sunday, next door and 1/2 a mile away, within walking distance on the bike path.

I am giving this a one star based on this experience! It has been four weeks and despite numerous text messages that the owner never replied to, we had not yet received our deposit back. We left the condo in pristine condition. Today we finally recieved the deposit back in our account. Absolutely no reason why this was not taken care of right away.

We enjoy this location in Tucson as it is close to the bike trail, grocery shopping (Trader Joes), great coffee shop and restaurants. We had to cut our time short due to the COVID 19 outbreak in our home state. Only glitch was not getting the appropriate code to the key box for check in. Called the PM and she did return our call within 30 minutes and we were able to get into the condo. Condo is nicely appointed and kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment.

Very responsive as we arrived late and had a difficult time finding the location at night. The apartment was away from the Main Street and very clean. It suited our needs well and would rebook there if in town again. The only difficulty was getting out onto the main road during rush hour traffic.
