Summary:
Loft has been beautifully renovated with all new kitchens, bathrooms, furnishings etc. Located in the heart of downtown, blocks from Convention Center, Power & Light District, Sprint Center & free KC Streetcar that will take you from River Market to Crown Center and Union Station.
Inside a building registered in the National Historic Registry. With all the modern amenities while preserving historic details like exposed brick and bead board ceilings! Guests have access to gym and rooftop deck!

The Space:
Space has been beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is outfitted with coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots pans dishes, utensils etc. There is a washer and dryer as well as hair dryer and iron.

Guest Access:
Beautiful rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown. Access to gym.

Getting Around:
If you have a vehicle; here are your parking options:
1. There is paid 2 hr parking on the street M-F from 7pm-6am. Rate is .25cents per 15 minutes. It is free from 6pm to 7am and on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, you can park all day without having to move. All other street parking times are 2 hours paid parking. You can pay on the app Park KC, pay by text KC6315 to 53242 or pay at the nearest Kiosk. More ways to pay: ParkingApp.com. Kansas City has updated the parking ordinance throughout the city - to find more information please visit KCMO.GOV/Parking *Please always follow the instructions on the posted parking signs.
2. There is paid parking on the lot next to the building. It is the 2nd driveway past the front door. The sign to the entrance says MIDCON MNGMT- PERMIT PARKING ONLY. There is a sign under the tree with a QR Code. You can pay for parking by scanning the QR code, entering your license plate number. You can choose an hourly option or per 24hrs for $10.00. There is usually plenty of parking.
3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St.

Loft is very clean and in excellent condition. Take your own food and drinks to the rooftop patio for a nice view. Safe. Great downtown location.

This loft was so spacious for what we were expecting! It’s well set up and had everything that we needed! We were a little confused with finding the email to get us into the building and loft, but once we found it, it was great! The property has so many great views and features that we haven’t had with other stays! Olivia was a great host and made our stay feel welcoming and enjoyable! The check-out process was very simple and allowed us to get back on the road to head home quickly! Would recommend this again to anyone who asks!

We had a wonderful stay here. The check-in process was easy. Very clear directions were given how to get in, where to park. Also provided was a list of atrractions close by and restaurants. The location was great. The condo is beautiful! Very spacious. We had a great time and hope to stay again. I highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time exploring Kansas City with family and staying at this downtown loft. We enjoyed the convenient location to the streetcar. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious for the four of us. I’m not sure the couches would be the most comfortable for the additional four guests it can house, but the two beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again or recommend for visiting family/friends.

The apartment was great for our girls trip! It had tons of space and the beds were comfortable. Street parking was on plentiful. The codes made it super easy to enter building and apartment. Communication from host was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

What a fun place! We loved this location in the library district close to the street car and just down from River Market and the rest of Downtown! This place was clean, beautiful aesthetic, exactly what the description says! Rooftop was so pretty and spacious. We didn’t need to contact the management because they emailed me very clear instruction and had parking options laid out and ready to go! Really did just love this place so much! Open floor plan made it feel so big, but decor was done so well we felt at home! Would absolutely stay again!

My brother, dad, and I came to KC to watch a couple baseball games and spend some quality father/son time together. This loft was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance to so many things. We rented a car to get to the stadium and visit some other attractions, and parking was super convenient. The communication with Olivia and the hosts couldn't have been better. We all agreed that staying at this loft made the trip all the more special and we couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We absolutely loved this property! Five stars in every aspect. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit KC. We were visiting for a concert at the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. It was a VERY short drive, with all kinds of fun restaurants and bars in the area. Just a lovely place and experience.

This spot was perfect for our weeklong trip to KC. The loft is clean, contemporary and located in a great area, minutes away from downtown bars and restaurants, plus right down the street from the Convention Center. Host communication was excellent.

We rented this for a couple of night for the big Chiefs parade. The place was decorated nicely and was very clean and spacious. It was very close to some fun places like John’s Big Deck and The Quaff and not too far from KCP&L. The parking permit was a definite plus! Will definitely come back!!!

This was a five star all around. Great instructions and communication for easy in and out. Short walk to everything downtown, river market, P&L. Pictures are spot on, great finishes nicely done. Will stay again. Multiple units in same building also.

We had some friends in town for a girls weekend and instead of a couple cramped hotel rooms, we rented this fabulous loft for the night. The property was darling and so perfectly furnished. We were all able to sit in the living room together, around the kitchen table and around the beautiful island in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. (Admittedly, we are a tough crowd.) We would highly recommend this unit as the owners haven’t missed a thing to make the stay a wonderful experience. Many thanks for thinking of everything!

We loved our stay in KC thanks to this apartment. The location is just blocks from the streetcar which we used daily to get to our destinations (River Market, Power and Light, and Union Station). We had no use for the car and left it in a nearby garage for three days, which saved on trying to find parking each time we visited a new area. Overall I felt safe with my family, kids ranging 6 months to 16, and we all slept comfortably. The rooftop patio was a favorite for the evenings, with a cool breeze, nice view, and was surprisingly quiet! I’m not a city goer by any means, but choosing this apartment made our mini vacation an authentic and worthwhile stay.
