About this cottage rental

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath detached home with living dining combination and full kitchen with dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, a glass top stove/oven and microwave. The home has its own laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. A covered patio with your own fenced yard for relaxing with a book, tablet or your pets. Wi-Fi included and cable streaming TV on two flat screen TVs. All the conveniences of home with fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker and blender in addition to pots, pans, bakeware, utinsels, dishes, etc. Comfortable queen bed in bedroom with lots of closet space and dresser. Plus a queen size sleeper sofa in livingroom in case you bring children or guests. Recliner and large comfy chair also for added comfort and entertaining. Dining table seats four. Patio table seats two. Towels and linens are included to make your packing for vacation easier.

The cottage was easy to locate. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The cottage itself was neat and clean. It was pet friendly and our dog was extremely at ease in his new environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully all future trips to the beach, this will be our GO TO place!

I stayed with my boyfriend, 1 child, 1 teen and a chocolate lab and this rental was perfect! You dont need a thing. The owners literally thought of everything plus some! Greg the owner was super nice! Neighborhood tucked back on a dead end street, very quiet and clean. This was the perfect location too! Would highly recommend.

We loved the privacy and the fenced in back yard was a big plus for our little min pin. We enjoyed the stay and the owner was very responsive to anything we needed. The King bed was a nice surprise. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

It was not as clean or stocked with anything. They wantef us to wash and clean dishes but there was no dish doap or dishwasher soap so we bought our own. Washing machine left towels and clothes drenched we had a really hard time with that. No bathroom soapin bathroom f9r our hands. The bed was cozy. Place was cute and my dog liked the fenced in yard. The outside lights we cpuldnt get to work.

I found that one-bedroom rental unit are difficult to find. This rental fit the bill. Our contact with the host was great. she was quick to respond to our request. The rental provides a Huntington State Park Beach Pass. We used it every day. We will rent this unit again.

Couldn't be more happy with our decision to stay here. The cottage was clean, easy to check-in, close to places to eat, shop and beaches! This was our first time in Surfside so we were able to explore Cherry Grove, Litchfield, Surfside and Pawley's Island without having to drive far. Will definitely stay here again, the fenced in yard was perfect for our Lab! Thank you!

Had to find a new place, after wanting to bring our small dog. We were impressed with amenities for us AND our dog. Was surprised to find it had a fresh kennel with blanket & toy. She provided everything we needed (chilled glasses in freezer was also a nice touch). It was a short drive to beach, we rented a golf cart. I’d like to keep this hidden gem a secret so we are guaranteed a spot every year but must share this perfect little spot for vacationing with your fur baby

Nice place to take our 1 yr old Super Mutt on vacation. Best beach around is Pawley's Island. We had the benefit of "dogs allowed" time of year (also at MB State Park- nice touch with State Park Pass!). Good to let SM out without a leash any time while at the property. The area had a nice small town feel at Thanksgiving. Shower water could have been a bit hotter. Cable would be nice.
