* WELCOME! Guests have access to entire Casa Sangria beach bungalow. Sorry no boats or oversized vehicles & No visitor parking - please plan to meet up with friends/relatives at area restaurants or at the public beaches which have parking lots & changing areas.
* YOUR PARKING SPOT: If facing cottage from street, park directly in front of Casa Sangria and parallel to the cottage staying carefully within the river rock parking area and not extending onto our narrow island street.

The toilet and shower drain were plugged entire stay. Asked for it to be fixed each of 3 days and someone came but problem was never fixed. Other then that, it was a great place and had a good time.

This place was amazing. We did a weekend girls trip for my daughter’s birthday. The cottage was just perfect for the 6 of us. Walking distance to the beach. Took the shuttle to the restaurants. We loved it. We will be booking again in the near future.

The property was fine. The problem is the host gave access to another guest and they walked in at 10pm. After we insisted that person leave because the host didn't answer for an hour to me personally and the emergency number left in the cottage couldn't do anything to help us, there wasn't any sleep for us. It limited our entire time since we no longer felt comfortable or safe. There's concern over someone walking in and stealing your belongings or someone coming in that's intent is to cause harm. I understand accidents happen, but that's unacceptable. Honestly felt like a waste of time and money because you can't relax or enjoy the time.

I would recommend this place. This cottage is adorable, clean, nicely decorated, very comfy beds and in-unit laundry. The grounds have a nice pool (with jets) and ample seating, outdoor showers, tables/chairs, and lounge chairs. It was super convenient to have access to beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Great location and a quick walk to the beach as well as nearby restaurants and bars. The property manager was great and answered all questions. I would stay here again and recommend this place to others.

This was a wonderful family getaway. Family includes 2 young adult sons and preteen daughter. We enjoyed our days on the beach and fishing in the bay in the evening. The pool was perfect for a quick dip and we were able to prepare most meals. Will return.

We stayed for 3 nights after a vacation to Marco Island. We enjoyed how quiet Casa Sangria and the immediate area were. The kitchen was great to have and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed Stump Pass Beach State Park. Very underrated area of Florida. Highly recommend!

We loved Casa Sangria. Very well equipped and easy to live in. Everything was so clean and in in great working order! Washer/dryer in the unit made it easy to throw a quick load of laundry in! Bathroom is a little small, but completely functional for a family. Would 100% stay again and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a great location for a great price!!

We made a last minute trip to Englewood so didn’t know what We would be able to find. Location was great walking distance between oven and bay. Neighbors on the street were really nice. The pools was great to have and walking distance from restaurants made it easy. Highly recommend.

Super cute cottage very close to the beach! It’s very clear in the listing but there is definitely only room for one car! We went to Englewood beach when my mom came across the bridge to join us which is easy, just need to plan for it. Great long weekend at the beach!

To be truthful, we weren't expecting much for the price. But boy did this place exceed all expectations. Very clean and nice decor. The bathroom was very small, but there was so much thought put into the layout...there's a place for everything. Hooks for towels, shelves for small items, dressers, cubbies in the closets to keep everything in place. We really appreciate the care that went into providing a great place for us to stay! Close to water and beach access. Very close to some "hopping" restaurants/bars and gift shops. We had a great time!

This is a fantastic place in the perfect location for a quiet low-key vacation! Anything you need is onsite; from items to take to the beach to kitchen essentials and a grill. Additionally, Amy was great to work with! Highly recommend!

Much needed time away
The property was in a great location with the beach across the street and access to the bay for kayaking (provided) a short distance as well. It was very clean and tastefully updated.
There was a small pool on the property we enjoyed, we also took out the kayaks and enjoyed the bay. There were some beach chairs/ umbrellas and beach towels available to use. The place itself was great, plenty of room for a good number to sleep, kitchen nicely supplied, and a nice little display of goodies when we arrived., along with some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area. The only issue we had was with the A/C, the remote was set on a timer (I'm not sure who did this, as it could have been set for up to 24 hours), but this shut off the A/C for several hours, while we were out kayaking and returned to find them all not working. This was very inconvenient and took time out of our short vacation with several phone calls (and hours) to deal with it. Amy allowed us a late check out time to compensate, which, although, not ideal, it was nice not to have to rush out at 10AM.

Charming house in a perfect location
It was our first time visiting Manasota Key. This lovely cottage was perfect for our family of four. The location is a quick walk to both the beach and lemon bay which was very convenient. We enjoyed our morning coffee at the bay watching dolphins and sharks. The beach was beautiful with very few people. The neighbors were friendly (one even showed us a flower that only blooms once a year!!). My husband and I enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the bay. The only issue was that the dryer was out of order in the cottage. Elena was wonderful in keeping us updated about the issue (needing a new heating element) and there was even washers and dryers right next door which was super convenient. We visited stump pass park and saw a snake, crabs, and a tortoise! We had a fabulous family vacation and plan to visit again in the future!

Paradise
This little paradise has anything you ever need to have a comfortable stay. This was our annual girls trip. We have rented many places in Florida that have been great but you really only need to bring your clothes and nothing else because they have thought of everything.
The only thing we were disappointed in was the pool was very warm but the beach was excellent!

Casa Sangria was, by far, the cutest, cleanest, most well maintained bungalow we have ever stayed in! We cannot say enough great things about management - Amy and Elena and crew made sure everything was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. Our stay at Casa Sangria was wonderful! This property is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every little detail was thought of and the special touches such as soaps, coffees, teas, etc were so thoughtful and appreciated! The location was perfect and we loved being able to enjoy both the bay and the beach on each side that we’re both so close. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be back!

From start to finish great experience. Amy communicated w us, checked in to see if we needed anything on day two and then mid week to give us ideas on things to do and see. Rented bikes from bikes and boards and they were great too. Short walk to beach and we loved the ability to have kayaks. We saw dolphins each time out. Will return for sure. Thank you.
