About this house rental

New 30ft covered deck added fall of 2019. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home offers 1800 sq. ft. of relaxing comfort ,nestled in the woods with an unobstructed lake view. All three bedrooms are on the main level and wheelchair accessible. The entrance is also stairless. Dogs are welcome AT NO ADDITIONAL FEE One bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, private bathroom, TV, internet, and walkout deck. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with TV and access to the hall bathroom.

The adjoining 3rd bedroom has a TV,, fireplace, queen bed, and private bathroom .There is a sliding door leading to a walkout deck with lake view, table with 4 chairs , bar height table, and a gas grill. This tandem suite is perfect for parents with children. The kitchen and living area are spacious enough for entertaining with seating for 10 adults. There is a high chair available on request.
The living area opens out to a 30 ft. deck with tables, chairs, and seating for a minimum of 12 people. This area was totally covered in the fall of 2019 with overhead lights and fans . Perfect for enjoying the lake view even on rainy days The deck is gated, beneficial for small children and pets. There is abundant outdoor space in front of the house and in front of the deck for children to play within sight of their parents, without worrying about disturbing the neighbors or falling in the water. There is parking for 5 cars The newest Estates pool is 4 doors down and was completed in2017. The upstairs bedroom is an owner lock out and not part of the rental You can reach me at sixthreezero twozero seven eighttwotwoseven if you have questions.
The resort has 5 restaurants, 4 bars, outdoor pools, pizza delivery, pool room, bowling alley, mini golf, game room, tennis courts, indoor water park and 2 golf courses. These are all open to the public. Pools are closed in winter but the water park and Oaks Golf course is open all year.

Perfect accommodations for family attending wedding at Margaritaville. We enjoyed the porch with view of lake and wildlife Great little pool just 2 doors down that kids really enjoyed. The golf cart was a life saver for our trips to the resort for rehearsal and wedding where parking was very limited.

This was a lovely, clean and comfortable home. Plenty of seating for everyone, inside and out. The back porch was my favorite--such a gorgeous view of the lake, and a great place to start and end the day. Lots of birds and nature to watch--like being in a tree house! We had a short walk to the pool and also had a golf cart to tour the neighborhood. The kids (ages 7 and 10) had a blast. This is a good location, close to restaurants and attractions at the lake. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year! Thank you!

The place was immaculate! It had the cleanest windows I've ever seen. We loved the fenced deck and spent lots of time out there. The fans and trees kept it cool, but we could still see action on the lake. The gate kept the little kid and dog from wandering off. The 3 minute walk to the local pool was easy and the pool was very nice. Everything about it was perfect and we really enjoyed the stay. Super place, I would do it again.

Rustic Rooster was such a pleasant oasis. Close to Durango to have a nice walk about and get good food and drinks but far enough away to just sit and listen to nature. Golf nearby and plenty of trails nearby as well. Just sitting on the deck and watching the sunset was exactly what we needed. Also a great sitting area to enjoy around fire pit in colder temps. Deck wrapped around with a heavy duty gate so we could chill and not worry about the dogs getting out. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck. Really nice place. Love the layout of inside too and Martha was a wonderful host, very thoughtful and even had a bottle of wine and snacks for both us and our dogs. Thank you Martha!

Had a great time! House was what we expected. Every kitchen item we could need. Great for us since we ate a lot of meals in. Bigger than we thought it would be. Plenty of room to spread out for 6 adults Deck was great. Nice smaller deck as well. Great for the dogs. Very comfy and quiet. We used the golf cart to jaunt back and forth to Margaritaville. With its nice pools and activities. Game room was a hit. Appreciated an early check in and late check out Overall stay was exactly what we wanted. Would recommend!

PROPERTY WAS IN GREAT LOCATION ,WITH VIEWS OF LAKE AND SUNSETS FROM THE DECK, VERY CLEAN AND WELL FURNISHED. PROPERTY MANAGER WAS EXTREMLY HELPFUL AND EASY AND QUICK TO RESPOND TO OUR QUESTIONS. WE WILL RETURN FOR ANOTHER STAY.

Perfect home for our family getaway. Taking the golf cart to the resort was so much fun. Three bedrooms and plenty of amenities. The back deck was enormous. We enjoyed playing games that were provided including the shampoo and conditioner ( Thank you!). Very quiet area only three houses from the resort outdoor pool. Great stay!

This home was exactly as advertised. Perfect location for a stress free family vacation. Great outdoor decks & the pool 3 houses down was very clean! We rented a golf cart thru the host & it was great for the Tan-Tar-A exploring. Lots of restaurants & shopping nearby (including Hy-Vee, Walmart, a great local butcher shop) and memory-making family activities (mini golfs & pirate treasure hunting).

Bypassed Branson for a much better relaxed stay in the Ozarks. Family gathering from Seattle, Iowa and Charlotte. Could not have had a better vacation while staying at this house. It was well above our expectations. From the check in to the check out. Tons of space for 6 adults to spread out. We enjoyed the constant fly in of the various birds. Have never seen so many come and go to the feeder on the back porch. The view of the lake was amazing. Enjoyed watching the sun go down and the boats going back and forth. Highly recommend this stay at Osage Beach and the resort.

We were so nervous booking because this is our first time booking on vrbo but I must say we were pleasantly surprised. As soon as you walk in, the home is beautifully set up. You have access to the amenities of margaritaville without paying the extra price for it. The deck was the best part. It’s large and you’re able to sit out there and watch the boats on the lake. There were all kinds of spices for us to use and even some condiments if you choose to use what’s already there. We were hesitant about the owner being in the space above the property because with a child and dog, we can get a little loud but it was never an issue. She was very helpful and answered all our questions throughout our stay. We were a party of 7 and we got comfortably in the home with more than enough space. It was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and thermostat.

A family trip with our kids & grandkids. The large porch overlooking the lake is perfect for everything from morning coffee to afternoon cocktails to evening drinks and board games. The 3 bedrooms & 3 baths make perfect sleeping for large groups. The house is close to 2 community pools and just a golf cart ride to Margaritaville resort with all it’s fun.

The house was laid out very nice. We particularly enjoyed the covered porch and the view from it. There was plenty of room. Our only criticism would be that the cupboards and drawers need to be cleaned! The fridge also should be wiped out along with the freezer and the floors need scrubbing.

This neighborhood is beautiful, the lake was a blast and the house was wonderful. Swim up bar at Margaritaville was my favorite. The teenagers had a great time tubing and paddle boarding. Overall wonderful experience. Everyone wants to come back again.

This property was everything and more for our family of 8. There was enough room for all of us and the place had everything we needed. The golf cart was a definite bonus! Debi was the absolute best! She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and had all we needed for our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Mrs. Ockrim's home. The property was beautiful very clean, fully stocked and the home owners go out of their way to make sure every need is met and question answered. The view from the deck was AMAZING. My only complaint was that we only had a two day weekend to enjoy the stay.

Overall comfortable. Great outdoor area. However two of the bedrooms and bath had an awkward layout and the main bathroom was very small. Soft water also make the showers very slick. We had plumbing problems in the kitchen the nite before we left which was unfortunate. But enjoyed our time but would not choose this property again.

Property was beautiful, well appointed with everything we could need, especially in the kitchen. The sunset on the back deck does not disappoint. Deborah was an awesome host, very accommodating, quick to respond and communicate with us. Cannot wait to go back!!
