About this house rental
In light of the COVID-19, we wanted to re-assure all guests that we take cleaning very seriously and have the best and most thorough cleaning crew on Lake Hamilton, safely and properly cleaning the property. This newly remodeled home is an excellent vacation spot for one or two families. Located on the water's edge on beautiful Lake Hamilton with a 2 boat stall included, in a quiet cove with easy access to all the attractions Hot Springs has to offer! The home is located on the northern shore of the lake near highway 70 and only a short boat ride to many of the restaurant's on the lake. The house is less than 2 miles from the Hill Wheatley Boat Launch and 7 miles from Oaklawn. Luxury surrounds you in this charming home that features a main level gourmet kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The main level also features the master bedroom and walk in closet. The master bath has a double vanity, and walk in shower. 1st guest bedroom and central bathroom. The living area opens to a covered balcony that runs the entire length of the home with a great view of the landscaped yard and stone walk leading to the the lakefront. Downstairs features two bedrooms (both with queen bed and an optional bunk bed for added sleeping area, perfect for the kids) and a full bath. There is also a theater room with a 120 inch size HD screen with stadium seating that is perfect for entertainment of the group. The downstairs doors open to large patio and hot tub. Stone walkway leads to the boathouse with private slip for your boat with an attached swim dock and water access. In addition the house comes with 2 Kayaks to enjoy our quiet cove. Please note that from Mid-November to early March, Lake Hamilton is drained roughly 2-5 feet and our dock may be on the ground if it's a full 5 ft draw, since we are in the cove. Lots of space, comfortable beds, spacious deck, just an all around great stay. We loved sitting in the hot tub and taking in the lake view. Fishing off the dock was so relaxing. Truly wonderful vacation!

When we arrived there was issues w the property… BUT… the property owner was responsive and took care of the issue in a satisfactory and prompt manner. Would return for a future visit.

Our time spent here was nothing short of fantastic. Everything was clean amd comfortable. It was a perfect location to escape the stresses of every day life while still having all the conveniences of it. Very easy drive to the downtown area and Hot Springs National Park.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will consider staying again if ever back in the Hot Springs area

This property was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Jason helped us out when VRBO would not. Awesome property management! Dock was awesome for fishing off and the kayaks were a good time. Kids loved the home theatre and had many different varieties of movies available on site. I would not hesitate to book a property with this host ever. Thank you for helping my family make memories.

The location for this house is a little more out of the way and peaceful, just what we needed! The house itself was beautiful, definitely one of the ones which looks even better in real life than the pictures! Very clean and well kept, as well. About a fifteen minute drive to downtown Hot Springs, so everything we wanted to do was close! Definitely a great house for the price!

Was really a good place to stay… Peaceful Neighborhood Nice House Convenient location…. Has several small maintenance issues, no show stoppers and a insanely steep staircase to lower two bedrooms and theater room… outside stairs going down to lower level, not so bad, and we used those a lot.
Back porch and hot tub were great….
Would recommend the place but with a warning for stairs…

House was beautiful, we were a party of 7 and had plenty of room for all. Really enjoyed being on the lake for fishing and kayaking, close to attractions and a bonus that Walmart was right down the road for our grocery needs. It was a very relaxing stay and we would highly recommend.

This place is beautiful and has a great view. We enjoyed the hot tub and theatre room. We were less than 10 miles from downtown so we got to do some things in nature and in town. We did the wax museum and haunted tour in town along with souvenir shopping. We visited Glenwood and walked along beautiful creeks. We visited the Garvan Gardens which is definitely a must do for everyone! We were extremely pleased with the convenience of everything. The kitchen was stocked with great appliances, cookware and dishes. The bathrooms, which are beautiful, had plenty of towels and washcloths. Check in and out was super easy! We will definitely return!

This property had plenty of space for the bride to be and her friends. All of the amenities were the reason we chose this property. This place did not disappoint. Jason was quick to respond to our questions too. Thank you for maintaining your home so well. We want to come back in the summer to take advantage of the lake life.

House was really nice and clean. Absolutely loved it Really Loved the movie room. Lots of room for twins that are 3 years old and 6 year old girls. Stairs really steep and nightmare with little kids because they wanted to go up and down them. Unfortunately lake was down so no water right behind house. But in a very nice neighborhood and safe area.

This place was everything that was seen on the photos. When there was a problem with the television and we called it was not shortly afterwards that the host called back and provided instructions on how to obtain another remote.

7 of us enjoyed this home - great retreat to enjoy the water and downstairs theater. Kitchen was well stocked. Had a blast hiking the hot springs national park trails and doing the buckstaff baths downtown. Recommend!!

We had a wonderful weekend on the lake celebrating the engagement of our daughter with her fiancé and his family. The house was perfect for our needs, the location on the lake was perfect, and everything was well-appointed. We did have a very difficult time getting the boat trailer into the drive as the drive is very steep and the road doesn’t allow for an easy turn into the drive. Other than that we were most happy with the home!

We had 8 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time swimming off the dock and kayaking. Rented a boat and was able to dock it at the house. A wonderful trip. We would definitely recommend.
