About this apartment rental
Springs Towers has been a favorite for vacationers to the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach for years... the property is a boutique style 54 unit property on the oceanfront with 2 elevators, fitness room, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The property has a private board walk that walks you out over the dunes and onto the beach. There are grills and picnic tables and great beachside ambience.
Springs Towers 304 was gutted and completely renovated in 2015/16... all new kitchen cabinets, granite, vanities, paint, tile, carpet. brand new master bath and furnishings, . We have three flat screen HD televisions, one of which is a Smart TV, DVD and VCR player with dvds and videos as well as children's books and games. The kitchen is equipped with all needed electrical small appliances as well as stemware, china and silver ware for 10-12 people. Amenities include FREE WiFi, a 40 inch Vizio HD television SMART TV with Wi fi capability for the living room. The master bedroom has a 32 inch Vizio HD television and the guest bedroom has a 24 inch Sansui HD television.. The unit is on the 3rd floor just off center in the building and is a very special unit indeed. The owner in the Fall of 2014 has added all new pots and pans, new coffee maker, and baking pans. The appeal of the unit and the property is that it is just a block south of main street. Cherry Grove, walking distance to Boulineaus (IGA), ice cream shops, pizza joints, The Shack Duffy Street Crab Shack and miniature golf and arcades. Just a little further up the road in the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach (2 miles away) is the Ocean Drive Amusement Park and Pavilion! It is the only oceanfront amusement in the Myrtle Beach area..... it is very retro and feels like you have gone back in time to the 60's and not to forget the many Shag clubs playing 50s beach music and an ice cold beer! Main Street in OD is alive with shops for jewelry, clothing, beachwear, home décor and many other venues. Come on down to the beach and get your Cherry Grove on today. Unit rating Well Maintained, Comfortable & Appealing (This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!. Towing is strictly enforced on this property and they tow without notice so please make sure parking permits are displayed! If you loose one during business hours please pick up a spare at our office. After hours you must get a permit from the onsite security or maintenance people.)

We did not fully enjoy the two months rental for January and February as there were too many renovations going on. The deck was closed for both months with the noise of cement floors being cut into, cement being replaced as a result of this; painting and scaffoling blocking view of ocean; plactic covering railings, blocking views of ocean; elevators both not functioning for untimely amount of time for two occasions; spouse is handicaped with walker and could not use stairs for egress; not enough handicap parking hindering unloading of handicap individual. Will not rent again.

Too many problems exsist at Spring Towers removing it from my next years list for renting again. The unit is serviced by two elevators, which one has been inoperatable since my Jan. 7th arrival. The second was inoperable for two different times which is a major problem for my wife's condition of using a walker making the stairs out of quesiton for her usage. The balcony is closed for entire two month stay and any view is limited as well. An ocean view was why I rented in the first place. A toilet problem was solved which wa making noise. The bldg. is undergoing paint on reverse, limiting pathways to the beach. One and only wood walkway is not usable, as closed for entire stay. Not renting again.

We enjoyed our stay at Springs Tower. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect.
It was right on the beach and was just a short walk to groceries, shops, ice cream and restaurants. The condo was very nice with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and they even had some beach toys as well. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the Springs Towers from 07/08/23 thru 07/15/23. Had a great time. Loved the balcony off the living room and master bedroom. Was a little disappointed with the number of Handicapped Parking spaces near the from door(4). Compliments to The pool works this area was very clean.

Great stay
We had a great stay at this location. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. My Dad already wants to book it again for next year. It’s conveniently located walking distance to a grocery store, and many other little shops and restaurants. We didn’t have any problems with anything while we were there. The pool was a little cold but that didn’t stop the kids from getting it! And that wasn’t their fault, it was the weather. The adults enjoyed the hot tub!

Pool closed
The only complaint I have is that the pools and pool area was closed. We were never informed of this closure and other hotel and condo pools were opened since the closure mandate was lifted in May. I specifically chose springs tower for the pool area for my elderly parents that are unable to be at the beach the entire day. I feel this should have been communicated to me prior to arrival.
