PRIVATE POOL! Can be heated for only $50 per night! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - April 30th only. The pool is geothermal - guest needs to put cover in place overnight for pool to properly heat).
This contemporary Gulf front home has incredible Gulf views from every room and an elevator to all floors. The house is ADA compliant.
The first floor has a huge living/dining and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers, a wine cooler and an additional full-size refrigerator in the utility room, adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table seats up to 14 people and there is room for four more at an additional table. The kitchen/ breakfast bar seats six. The living area is open and airy, has plenty of comfortable seating, a wet bar, large TV and opens onto the 15 x 55 foot Gulf front deck. This beautiful covered deck has two full-size dining tables and plenty of seating.
There are two bedrooms on this floor. The master suite with doors opening to the Gulf front deck has a king bed, wall mounted TV, a sleeper sofa, large mirror, and a huge master bath with double vanity, jetted garden tub, and walk-in double head shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, sleeper sofa and opens to a street side balcony. There is a second full bath with double-head shower which serves this bedroom and the main living area.
The upper level of the house features a second, large living area with a 14' tall window wall which opens to the 11 x 55 Gulf front deck. It has a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable arm chairs, large TV, and a kitchenette/bar with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink and bar stool seating for six. To the left of the living area is the second master suite. It has a king bed, sleeper sofa, private bath with double head shower and doors leading to the Gulf front deck. Next to this, another bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, private bath, and a door to a private balcony with views of the Sound. On the opposite side of the living area is yet another master suite, with a king bed and a sleeper sofa, wall mounted TV, private bath with double vanity, double head shower and doors opening to the Gulf front deck. The ADA compliant bedroom is also on this side with a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a door opening to a private balcony with views of the sound. Adjacent to this bedroom is a fully ADA compliant bathroom/shower that also services the upper living area.
Under the house there is covered parking for up to 10 cars and room for an additional four on the driveways. There is also an outdoor H/C shower. On the west side of the house is a private garden with a large patio with pavers and a gazebo! The garden is landscaped with palm trees, bushes and native grasses. This beautiful home even has a 55' x 48' open covered space under the house.

We had our whole family down to celebrate a major-milestone birthday and had a blast! The property was perfect - clean and well maintained with an outstanding location. The description was accurate if a little understated as it's hard to describe how beautiful it was. Any issues (and there was only one) was quickly (within 15 minutes) resolved and the maintenance person was very courteous and proficient. We would highly recommend this property!

This house had everything needed for a great vacation. There were 10 adults 3 of those were 13,15,17 . The teens were happy too. We had 3 toddlers 2 yr old and two 4 yr olds . First time at beach for them and they loved it. The elevator helped so much. Two 75+ adults. Pool was large not used much but if it matters very nice pool. Two large gulf front balconies. Had to be on top floor balcony for view of surf hitting the sand and watching kiddos. No cover over that balcony but not an issue for us. The covered area downstairs for beach gear was so convenient. Mindful of multiple entry ways to house that we felt needed to be locked at night but just our over cautious nature. The area was lovely and very quiet . Not far from restaurants and attractions for all ages. This was a discovery trip for the area for us. In the past we have vacationed in Seaside areas. No need to drive the extra couple of hours . The water here was beautiful. Saw dolphins daily and maybe a shark or two. Fishing for fun was tried caught a few and released of course. Only thing I would have like to have had was a boardwalk over the dune for ease in getting to beach. But not a complaint. House was clean. So many conveniences . Will hopefully return and will recommend to anyone needing a house this large. Beds were comfortable , no complaints heard. One chair while comfy was partly held together with tape. Not a concern but maybe could be updated. The fact that we would return with joy says it all!

Our entire family of 10 returned to visit Pensacola for a week. We come every year for a beach trip! (This was our first time staying in this specific house.) We loved sitting on the deck facing the ocean in the mornings and evenings, and swimming in the pool after a hot day at the beach.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots/pans for meal preparation. The bedrooms all contained a sleeper sofa (if needed) and the ten of us had plenty of room to enjoy our family trip. My young adult children loved the upstairs "apartment style" set up with coffee maker, coffee bar, fridge, sink, and den sitting area in the middle of 4 bedrooms.We booked the house again for next summer before leaving to drive home to Georgia!!

The location and the house lay out is exceptional. We did notice the hose is in a lot need of repairs since our stay last year. A lot of water leak issues needed to be repaired. Two of the upstairs window seals have failed. The dishwasher broke while we where there. No one came by to repair it and we did ley the office know. The exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom does not work. The house just need a new coat of paint inside and out.

I called about our pool pump not working and after telling her the address of the property she asked for the name of the property and zip code. My only problem other than that is if you advertise a home with 2 dish washers they should both work. Other than those 2 things we enjoyed the property.

This is a great location. I wish it were kept up better. The fridge had a broken drawer, one of the two dishwashers was missing a wheel on the bottom rack and the trim was bent with the water seal coming loose, the slider door from the main living room handle was coming off and would seal so tight it was near impossible to get open. a couple bathrooms were missing light bulbs (vent fan one and vanity) And there was a dent in the wall on the stairs and evidence on the living room wall and ceiling of water damage. For the price (which went up $1500 last year) we expected better. But the management company tried to fix what they could (door handle and vanity lightbulbs) The pool was great, the rooms were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked.

Great family getaway
Our family of 6 adults and one child had an amazing week at this property. The location was fantastic - not crowded, but still close to all the bars/restaurants, etc. We loved having a private beach and the pool was a nice addition as well.
The house itself needs a little attention and would be nice if the owners would update the furniture and kitchen supplies. This could be an absolutely stunning home if they would throw a few dollars at it to freshen it up. Overall we loved our stay and would come back again.

Annual Spring Break Trip
We are a group of family and friends sharing spring break together. The Gulf is our favorite destination with this our first time in Pensacola Beach. The house is as promised with the layout of the six bedrooms perfect for large groups. Kitchen well stocked - we love cooking together and found everything we needed. The location is amazing - beach was quiet with sunsets and sunrises available. Access to shopping all close with everything you could want. Pensacola Beach and this house exceeded our expectations.

We are a family of 14, 7 adults & 7 children from 2 yrs to 71 yrs and we were very happy with our choice of houses and vacation spots this year. The house was very clean, kitchen had about all one needs, plenty of room and the layout of the home was perfect. The home was advertised as having a heated pool, but...that's debatable. It's geothermally heated, which is useless. Don't base your decision on the heated pool! We were able to use it 1 day out of 6 because it was freezing! If it rains and cools the water the least bit, you can't get in it. BUT, we managed without it and had a wonderful time. There were a few minor items that needed attention inside the house and when we checked out I left those with the rental company to be fixed. Also, the garage area underneath the home is great to have to lay all your beach things after a wonderful day by the water. By the way, you practically have your own private beach!

While the home and its views of the Gulf were awesome, there were some issues that took away from the experience. The main sliding door to the balcony was a knuckle buster because it was so hard to open. The lint trap on the dryer was broken and unusable. The ice maker only worked sporadically. The pool was great, but the pool furniture was sorely in need of painting because of the chipping. The elevator was a great asset.

We called and someone came out but said it couldn’t be fixed. The other sliding glass doors worked fine. The upstairs master closet smelled atrocious- almost like someone kept an animal in there. I ended up buying an air freshener for the closet but it really didn’t help. We ended up not using the closet and keeping the door shut all week. Overall we had a nice experience. The issues were minor- will be back next year!

There's strict rules provided by Paradise Beach homes and the house was not up to par to those rules when we arrived. There were literally dishes and utensils in the cabinets with old food on them and multiple toilets and bathrooms had pink mold in them. Floors were dirty. Fridges were poorly wiped out and had stuff smeared on the shelves. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it's a great House for a family vacation.

Perfect for a family trip!
We were really looking forward to a great Spring Break trip with family and friends and this property did NOT disappoint! The home is beautiful and the location offered a beautiful sandy beach and private heated pool. Within just a couple miles of a row of shops and restaurants. The Blue Angels flyover was icing on the cake!! We will be back to the area and rent this home again!

This six bedroom, six bathroom offered enough space including living areas on each level, three master suites with gulf views, that allowed everyone enough room and privacy during this pandemic. The house is relatively new and well maintained, and practically a private beach. The management company was very responsive and accommodating. With grocery delivery and dinner delivery, we barely left. Restaurants with nice outdoor seating is close by. We will be back!

It was a great location and close to restaurants. Plenty of rooms and space. My only problem was there were not near enough towels for the amount of people that can occupy this big house. We asked for more and they never came. Bring your own beach towels too, those are not provided. The biggest problem we had was there were not the basic essentials like salt and pepper, plastic wrap, ziplocks, Paper towels, garbage bags ( they give you three garbage bags and paper towels) detergent. With children we needed way more cleaning products. We had to buy everything and then being there for 5 day we pretty much had to throw it all away or leave it for the maids. I just wish in the house description they would have been more descriptive of WHAT was provided. The pool was wonderful for when the little ones are asleep in the house we could still play and listen to our baby monitors from the pool. Overall, it was a great house and we will come back but we will be better prepared.

The house was beautiful and we all loved the layout of the house! Having a den area on the second floor was wonderful, the young ones could stay up watching tv while us grandparents went to bed early!!! We also loved the pool area, the pool was a great size that all 12 of us could be in there at the same time and not feel crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach was beautiful and right there in the backyard!
