My family (6 including 3 grown children and a teenager) stayed here during spring break. The cabin is well-stocked with bedding, a blow-up mattress, toiletry items etc. The kitchen is the best stocked of any rental I've stayed in--nice pots, cooking necessities, etc. The art in the walls, furnishings, etc. create a very pleasing space. Four of us skied, we walked to the peak nine lift once and took the free shuttle the other day to the gondola to get over to peaks 6 and 7. The shuttle was easy to navigate--we just Googled the routes. The two non-skiers found good hiking and a bike tour. This cabin is definitely "cozy"-- not a ton of unused space, however it was plenty big for our group. The host's instructions are very good, and we had no problems. I would absolutely stay here again.

It does what it says on the tin! It's a quirky family cabin full of charm and character. Close to amenities for eating/shopping and the bus to beaver run stops one block either direction. Lots of features you won't find in a condo - the gas fire place kept the place warm and added some character to the living space. Plenty of hot water for showers after a days skiing!

Great location. Walking distance to lift and town. No need to drive. Parking right in front of cabin which was great. Cabin definitely needs some up keeping. No space in closet to hang clothing since it was being used as storage. Overall ok for the weekend.

Super easy communication with property manager. House is the perfect location to base your activities. Easy walking distance to downtown, the Troll and the trails. Very comfortable for our family with all the amenities one would need. Thanks

We were contacted only once by the owner (with the basic instructions for staying at the home) once payment was received. He did not reply to any of our attempts to contact him when we had questions and concerns. He left 2 contact numbers but he did not respond to messages on either number. As for the house...strangely the floors are uneven everywhere, the bedding is old and in poor condition so it appears unclean whether it is or isn't, there is no air conditioning, and the sliding glass door lock is broken, which presented a safety concern. It was just an unfortunate experience with the combination of a house not meeting our expectations and no contact/response from the owner.

My family really enjoyed Warren’s cabin on July 4th weekend. Simply put, the cabin was stocked and by day 2 we felt right at home! We would book it again and would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay in Breckinridge.

All amenities provided. Renovations made everything modern while preserving the historic feel of cabin. Super location meant everything was walkable. Would stay again.

Charming Cabib!

This was the best Cabin in all of Breckenridge, the location alone made our first ever family ski trip the best it could be. We did not have to use the rental car for any reason during our week stay, as everything was in walking distance (i.e. Main Street and Bus Stop). I could not come up with one complaint about the property other than their were no instructions on where to place the trash, this process may have been self explanatory if we wouldn't have gotten 36 inches of snow and the garbage binds were visible, lol. If you want cozy, convenience and the best Rocky Mountain experience, stay here, as I promise you wont be disappointed. I was even able to Bar-B-Que in the snow on the back porch one evening the temperature was 12 degrees and snowing but this Ragin Cajun from Louisiana pulled it off, thanks VRBO and Warren you guys are the best, we will definitely return someday and stay here!!!!

The cabin is everything we expected and more from the details they provided. It was cozy, warm and comfortable. all the amenities were there and more. Easy access. Parking in front. We had a great time, Thank you Warren. Dan ,Julia, Naomi , Mo, and little Monica

We couldn't have been happier with this cabin. It was the perfect size and in a great location to downtown and the ski lifts. We didn't need our car the whole time we where there, everything is within walking distance. The cabin itself is nicely furnished and very comfortable. On top of all of that the owner was great to work with and very accommodating our special request. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Breckenridge.

This cabin was perfect for a ski weekend with friends. Very cute and cozy inside with more than enough room for four and large enough for our group of six. The parking spot right in front was very convenient but the location was so close to Main Street and the peak 9 lifts that we didn't need to drive at all. I would recommend this cabin and would definitely stay here again.
