The house was perfect for our group. The staff was incredible. Luis cooked the most amazing food everyday. He made delicious drinks and made us feel like it was our home. But with better food. ❤️

The property is beautiful! We've done a few trips like this and Luis is by far the best chef we've experienced. Not using him would be a huge mistake. Communication with the host was not great but it all worked out in the end.

To say that this was the best holiday is an understatement!! The home is absolutely stunning and every detail has been carefully thought. Luis and the staff truly make this place the special gem that is. We stayed there with 4 other couples to celebrate turning 40 and we were treated with such hospitality from the moment we walked in the door. The views are intoxicating as the listing states and there isn’t an amenity that is overlooked. We are already planning our next trip back!

I rented this incredible property for my sister's 40th birthday and we had the absolute best time. I travel frequently and stay in luxury properties and this gorgeous house exceeded all expectations. The rooms all have amazing ocean views and very comfortable beds. The bathrooms had plenty of toiletries and towels. The pool area also had towels and sunscreen so we didn't have to pack much. The design of the house is really impeccable with beautiful art work and lots of space to socialize. This is one vacation where you really never have to leave the house. We rented golf carts but didn't end up using them much because we never wanted to leave! The best part about our stay was the chef (Luis) and the staff. Luis prepared the most amazing meals and cocktails and was very considerate of food allergies. We woke up everyday to a pot of freshly brewed coffee followed by brunch. He made my sister a birthday cake that was so delicious and a special way to end our trip. Luis and the team did all of our grocery shopping prior to arrival and which was so helpful. I can't recommend this house enough. We are already planning our trip back. Highly encourage to book with the chef as that was the highlight of our stay.

We stayed at Zyanya with a group of 14, adults and children aged 44-11. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and luxurious vacation! If you are contemplating booking this property, do yourself a favor and book it now! You MUST add Luis as he makes your stay serene and effortless. Angel has thought of everything and her design aesthetic is amazing! The house is immaculate thanks to Roxann and all the crew that works on and around the house on a daily basis. We truly did not lift a finger and it was absolutely devine! We hope to be back again someday!!!

Everything about Villa Zyanya was magical. Most times, pictures oversell the experience. But that wasn’t the case here. In fact, the pictures don’t do this place justice. The property was immaculate … well appointed to satisfy our every need and want and expertly designed to support and encourage comfort, connection, and celebration. Each room featured top-notch amenities so that all 11 in our group enjoyed luxurious accommodations. The location was also amazing. Nestled quietly away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough for an enjoyable golf cart or scooter ride to get there, the villa provided the perfect combination of secluded getaway with vibrant city life. The only word of caution is that this place will ruin you for vacationing any other way. Each detail surpassed our *previous* standards of luxury. I truly believe the secret ingredient was Chef Luis and his crew. They made our stay extraordinary. The meals were incredible, and the service was impeccable. They anticipated every desire and more than delivered every time. They never let a glass get low and literally went above and beyond to ensure our family was able to focus on creating lifelong memories with one another. 15/10 would recommend, and we’ll certainly be back.

I don't 't even know where to start... Words really can't do this property justice. The views are unreal. The house is straight out of Architectual Digest. Then there is the staff. Luis, Roxanna, Nancy, and Paco were on top of everything. They are the definition of hospitality and the food... oh man the food!!!! My guests were all blown away and all stated they have been traveling all wrong before the Zyanya experience. Angel, thank you for creating this amazing vacation location, and being so responsive. (She even helped with our transportation to the island!) I didn't want to go home and will definitely be booking again!

All the previous reviews are spot on! It’s impossible to describe just how spectacular this experience is…and I say experience because it’s more than just a house. Angel is incredibly responsive and available and friendly and Luis is such a value add! His food is outstanding and absolutely worth it. We were in awe of every detail and had the most magical stay! Do the Ruins dinner! We ventured out once and we’re all eager to get back for the house because why would you ever leave? I feel so lucky to have found this property! Thank you for an amazing stay!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this property, Angel, Chef Luis, the entire staff, and our overall experience! Somehow the house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, and the views from each bedroom make you feel like you’re living in a dream land. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever laid in and every inch of the house was pristine. From the beginning to the end of our stay Angel was always available by text to help us coordinate whatever we needed. We were blown away by how safe we felt traveling to and from places on the island thanks to the taxi drivers that Angel set up for us. And the food… omg the food! Chef Luis cooked us the best meals we’ve ever had in our lives! I’ll forever be dreaming about the tacos and his famous mashed potatoes! Our stay would not have been the same without him, he truly helped make every single moment special, from mimosas at breakfast to cocktails of the hour served to us at the pool, we were in awe of his skills and kind soul! The house itself is beyond amazing, but Chef Luis and the staff are really what make staying here an unforgettable experience! The housekeepers took care of our rooms every morning and helped Luis execute all of the amazing meals. They were so incredibly sweet! I could go on and on forever about how much I loved this place! I’ll be recommending Villa Zyanya to everyone I know and we will definitely be back again to enjoy this little slice of heaven on earth!

Unforgettable is the first word that comes to mind. Everything that every person reviewing this property says is absolutely true. Our situation might have been a little different than most, a spouse in our group had recently passed away. We contemplated canceling this vacation a thousand times but something in us said to go, that it was just what the kids and adults in our group needed. And we couldn’t have been more right. Luis and the ladies were loving , thoughtful, shared a few of their own stories of life. The food was healing, the people were healing, the ocean and the house was healing. We all decided that good people find good people and I can’t begin to explain how true this is here. I hope with all my heart that this won’t be the last time we are guests!

Oh my goodness, how can I begin to say how AMAZING everything was, every little detail. This was an unforgettable experience for me and my group. It may sound silly but I get a little teary eyed as I write this review because it was truly a very unique experience . From the start when my family and I lost our flight Angel was able to help without skipping a beat, I was a mess since I planned this vacation and was the only one in my group that spoke Spanish ( it really doesn’t matter because most people speak English there) BUT my group was nervous to begin with and I was their peace of mind. Angel was able to guide my group with all the reservations I had along before they got to the final destination ( Zyanya home). She was readily available by text handeling 15 people, rearranging pickups for my husband and I as we were on different flights, making sure everyone was accounted for and not left behind. There’s no words to describe the peace of mind she gave me, hands on all the way. I planned this vacation a year ago to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday, I am a planner so I researched golf carts and everything you can imagine to make the trip unforgettable, but let me tell you something: do it through Angel! If you are like me wanting things set a year in advanced you need to let go and TRUST her! Use her people, they know what to do! Specially if something goes wrong! I got impatient and just started booking things on my own, I just didn’t know… she called me two weeks before my trip and then I realized she has it all figured out, don’t be scared like I was and trust her and her staff, specially Luis!! The chef! Hire him!!!! It is SO worth it!! My group can’t stop talking on how amazing his cooking was and overall him as a person, just an incredible human being, and all the girls along with him that help him. You will not be disappointed, you need him! He makes the magic!! We had dinner at the ruin and it was exquisite!! Fire dancers! And everything previous reviewers suggested and am SO grateful for all of them because otherwise I wouldn’t have done it. I’m literally out of words of how AMAZING everything was. We can’t wait to go back! And we will be back. Angel home is spectacular! The beds.. OMG is like sleeping on a cloud!! Her home is remarkable and I feel lucky I got a little piece of her heaven! We recently stayed at Zyanya for a 50th birthday girlfriend getaway the first week of February! My experience planning and working with Angel to coordinate transportation, pre-stock, party decor/extras, knowledge of the island was fantastic. She provided a level of host service that far exceeded my expectations. Chef Luis and team were absolutely phenomenal. They catered to our every whim and each meal was cooked to perfection. He is truly a culinary genius, and our expectations were far exceeded by the meals he prepared. With a large group, planning the meals gave me some anxiety, but I'm so thankful I took Angel's advice to just surrender and let Chef Luis work his magic...he did not disappoint. The home is breathtakingly gorgeous and the views of the ocean unparalleled from the moment you reach the front door. I think it's the perfect vacation home for 4 or 5 couples, a family vacation or girls/guys' trip. I'll definitely be making a return visit to Zyanya and recommending it to everyone who may be interested in an elevated vacation experience in Mexico.

We booked Hotel Zyanya with family and friends to celebrate a few milestones in life: a retirement, 60th birthday, and an engagement at the home! Hotel Zyanya absolutely exceeded every single expectation for our time on Isla. The property was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and stocked with every single thing you’d need from pool hats and floats, games, towels, etc. Everything was amazing from the pool, to the sunrise view from our bedrooms and view overlooking the ocean, the amenities, meals outside, comfortable beds, the staff, and all the there was to do and explore on the Island. Angel made the process extremely smooth and easy to navigate. Organizing a trip for 11 people can be stressful but with Angels communication and support there was so stress preparing for, upon arrival, or at departure and throughout the stay. The icing on the cake was Chef Luis and the house staff. They were so nice and accommodating and we were able to enjoy some of the best meals of our lives thanks to Chef Luis and team. From breakfast, to cocktails and appetizers, to the most amazing dinners to end a good day at the pool or beach. We loved exploring the island via golf cart and enjoyed dinner in the ruins one night. We hired the band for the engagement and unwinded with massages on the rooftop during our last day. Angel & Luis helped coordinate it all making it very easy. We can’t recommend Hotel Zyanya, Angel, and Chef Luis enough. We are excited to come back again soon! We have traveled all over the world and never stayed somewhere quite as exquisite and stunning as this house. From the original artwork, the gorgeous sea views and breezes, the amazing areas to lounge, everywhere you looked was like something out of a perfectly curated vacation magazine. There are not enough words to describe the culinary talents of Chef Luis. He is a true gem of a person and chef. Do not book the house without also booking him! And this is minor, but must be said about the beds—they were DIVINE. I always look forward to getting home to my own bed at the end of a vacation, but the ones in this house were so, so comfortable and I slept so well. If you eat out, Marbella had delicious seafood (particularly the grilled octopus), but we all agreed Chef Luis's ceviche was better. Everything was utter perfection and we can't wait to return!

Not even sure where to begin with this property. From our arrival to departure we felt like royalty. Luis and his team had us excited and anxiously awaiting our next meal every single day. You cannot rent this place without Chef Luis and his team, they are the hidden gem to this unique property. Angel was amazing getting all the taxis and shuttles and golf carts arranged for us so we never had to stress about it. The cleanliness of this place is like nothing I have ever experienced through VRBO. We literally cannot say one bad thing about Zyanya and the crew that comes with it! If I could give them 5 stars I would!!! We were a party of 12 that came and got to have the time of our life, the Ruins dinner is a MUST, intimate and relaxing and once again, the food Luis provides is like nothing we’ve ever encountered… Thank you Zyanya for the magic you brought up us this last week! We will be back!
