This completely updated one bedroom, one bathroom condominium is situated directly on the sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer. This unit is located on the third floor of the 'C' Building at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. It is situated next to the end unit on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our balcony provides amazing views to the North, oceanfront, and a great view to the South. The recently updated kitchen and dining area offers a beautiful seascape from the expansive picture windows overlooking the beach. The Amelia Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex which offers two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the ocean and four clay tennis courts for use on a 24 hour basis. Our unit is located on the premier south end of the Island. The exclusive Ritz-Carlton is a stroll away on the beach, offering casual and fine dining. If golf is your passion, enjoy any of the six golf courses on the Island, including the world-renowned Golf Club of Amelia Island and the Ocean Links at Amelia Island Plantation. The charming and historic village of Fernandina offers world-class restaurants, unique shopping experiences, specialty boutiques, and an endless array of activities. The owners were very responsive. The property was easy to access and clean! The view is spectacular and so close to food, beach, etc. When we come back, we will stay there!

4.7 out of 5 . Smoke detector went off due to low battery. Not a big deal . Took care of that. Dining room light should be changed. When I was cooking in the fully stocked kitchen I couldn’t see my guest or the outstanding view to the ocean

The property was beautifully decorated, very clean and had a gorgeous view. The weather did not cooperate so we were not able to use the pool or tennis courts but they were very nice. The host made the access to the gate and the condo so easy. The location was perfect - right near the Ritz. We will definitely come back.

We had a great experience at this awesome condo! It was clean, had everything including two beach chairs, beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen, and more. We have stayed at many VRBO condos and units. This was very nice in all ways. The furniture was nice, the bed and comforter was nice, nice dishes, etc. Many places do not use nice things because many guests don’t take care of things like they should. We take care of things like we would want people to take care of our things if they stayed at our home or condo. Excellent place!

This property is just as beautiful as the photos in the listing! It was so clean and spacious. The location was perfect with a gorgeous ocean view. We were able to see all sorts of creatures on the dunes and dolphins from the condo balcony and living room. The kitchen was well equipped, and the condo had plenty of everyday necessities like toilet paper and soap.

This property was absolutely wonderful. The moment you walk in you have breathtaking views of the ocean. The property is super clean and is stocked with everything you need. Mark and Laura made the process so easy for check in and check out. When we come back to Amelia Island we will definitely be coming back!

This one bedroom, one bath ocean front condo was exceptional in every way. With comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed for the perfect long Labor Day weekend. The beach was just a short distance down the walkway and over the dunes. There was even a shower to rinse sand off before a dip in the pool to cool off after a long walk on the beach. The location is convenient to everything, and we enjoyed awaking to beautiful sunrises over the ocean every morning. Thank you, Mark for keeping everything exceptionally clean and for all of the conveniences of home!

Great 3rd story oceanfront unit in safe location with convenient parking and "private beach." Clean, well stocked, comfortable bed... enjoyed breakfast on the balcony listening to the ocean. Easy drive to historic downtown, nearby golf courses, and grocery shopping at Harris Teeter (check out Prime Rib Night). Mark was an accommodating, responsive host. Looking forward to returning next year!

I’ve stayed in a lot of condos and this by far was the best from a supplies standpoint. Plenty of towels, TP beach chairs, pillows, blankets and other small needs. Very clean and beautiful views! Great location!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Excellent location. Near the pool and a short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean with an amazing decor, And the view is outstanding. (I suggest viewing the sunrise at least once.) It has all the amenities of home, and they supply towels and chairs for the pool and beach. In all I would gladly rent this place again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Loved everything about the condo, location, view, ease of check in, decor, furnishings. I could go in and on. Loved the easy check-in process, having an app to access the gate and the self selected code for the digital front door access. Most condos have one roll of toilet paper and tiny bar of soap. Not here, well stocked with everything you need. The balcony was such a great relaxing place with spectacular view of the beach. Hope to come back again.

The place was just as described, Mark was great to with with, very communicative. Furniture and bedding were comfortable, loved the deck, comfortable chairs and a great view. While we didn't use much in the kitchen it appeared fully stocked for anything we could have needed. Had plenty of ice made which I thought was a nice touch. Great location and enjoyed walking over to the nearby Ritz-Carlton for some drinks and evening view.

This condo was perfect. The unit was clean, comfortably furnished, and had a million dollar view. Check in was wonderfully easy. Mark sent us an app for my phone that opened the gate, and he asked us for a four digit code that he used to program the keyless door entry. Could not have been easier. We love Amelia Island and we love this condo.
