About this house rental

You cannot ask for a better location for this beautiful newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The home sits on a corner lot with a 2 car garage. The location is just 1 block from Spreckles Park, the Coronado Public Library, Von's grocery store and countless restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the Hotel Del and our world famous beach. The home features hardwood floors, completely updated bathrooms with new tile and fixtures, and all brand new designer furnishings. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is located downstairs just off the entry and features a queen bed with an adjacent bath featuring a walk in shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them also have queen beds and share a new bathroom with tub/shower combination. The large primary suite features a king size bed, TV and beautiful expansive master bath including a slipper tub, large walk in shower and his and her vanities. Also upstairs is the conveniently located laundry room with a new state of the art LG washer and dryer. Downstairs off the entry is the open light filled living room and dining room which seats 6. Off the dining room is the kitchen and family room area complete with a breakfast table. The kitchen features unique blue granite countertops and all new stainless appliances including a sub zero refrigerator. Just outside on the enclosed patio there is another seating area to enjoy our gorgeous year round weather. A new AC unit was added during the renovation which hopefully we don't always need but is great to have! Weekly cleanings required and will be charged separately after check in. A 6 seat golf cart is available for a separate rental.

This charming home was perfect in every way for our family of 4. All amenities we needed were at our fingertips, and the check-in process was seamless. Professionally managed every step of the way. Stunning Property, Fantastic Location!

Absolutely beautiful home and a fantastic location. Within easy walking distance of the beach, the park, the grocery store and tons of restaurants and shops. You simply can't beat Coronado for a location within San Diego. We felt like we had the best of both worlds - easy access (10 mins) to Balboa Park, the Zoo, downtown, as well as that cozy, away-from-it-all, relaxing beach resort feel we were looking for. The home itself is simply gorgeous. We had four adults and four children and the house easily accommodated all our needs. The kitchen is open and spacious and a perfect gathering spot for the family and the two beautiful patios provide plenty of quiet getaway spots as well. The master bath is stunning and everything about the property is well thought out, beautifully appointed and very well managed. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and can't wait to come back!

Stunning Home!

This home has everything you could want! Plenty of space, all the amenities, well appointed, close to everything! We stayed at this lovely home in the spring with some friends and it was the perfect location and weather. We walked everywhere, went to the beach and/or park daily, enjoyed some of Coronado's best restaurants, and loved just relaxing in the lovely weather on the patios. We cannot wait to come back!

I arrived and pulled my vehicle into the spacious two car garage and left it there until we departed. The location is very central, we walk to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The master bath was amazing, large slipper tub very spacious with very luxurious linens. Outstanding backyard retreat with large grill and comfortable patio furniture, the perfect place to read a book. Everything in the property is first class, beautifully appointed, and a first class experience. We can hardly wait to go back ....

What a magnificent retreat! This home had every amenity I could have dreamed of. As a cook the kitchen is well appointed with every need, also a state of the art grill in the backyard. We loved the flat screen in the family room, the relaxing backyard, and the very social front porch. Take your book and cozy up in any one of the comfortable sofas. I never got in the car once it was tucked away in the garage. This location is superb for all the local restaurants, bars, shops, and the grocery store. We cannot wait to come back to the best property in Coronado.
