About this house rental

This is an updated 1.5 story house from 1904. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms-1 king, 1 queen- and full bath off living room. Upstairs is one large room with queen bed and (funky) full bath and additional cubby area with sleeper futon. Additional floor mattress available. Guest limit of 7 adults. Eat-in kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, fantastic front porch with swing, small back deck and patio. There is a driveway for parking 3 cars or 2 SUVs.

Less than a mile to UK, approx 1 mile to downtown/Rupp arena, walkable to 15+ restaurants, blocks from Chevy Chase starbucks, Kroger (grocery store). 1 block from Woodland Park (kids playground, tennis courts, skatepark, basketball courts, public swimming pool).

My friends and I loved the property. We enjoyed mornings on the porch and the clean, spacious accommodations. It is very walkable to nearby stores and restaurants. The hosts were very considerate and quick to reply to the few questions we had.

Charming home close to EVERYTHING! The house had all the amenities like a proper home and not just a stop by property! The wrap around balcony kept us all mostly outside! The Central A/C was quick to adjust! Will come back again! Larissa and Bart were quick to respond to any requests! 🥰

We came down with friends for the Land Rover 3 day Event. The house was in a great location relative to the KY Horsepark & Keeneland race track. Well appointed house with comfortable beds

Nice older home on a quiet street, close to downtown. Exactly as adverised. Three couples in town for opening weekend at Keeneland. Room for three cars to park in the driveway. Two nice bedrooms downstairs, seperated by the main hallway. One bathroom with claw-foot tub/shower downstairs, away from the bedrooms (privacy). The upstairs bedroom is large and has its own bathroom. The rooflines require you to duck your head in places but it is very nice. In addition to the bed, there is a futon and an alcove with a floor mattress. The kitchen is well appointed and has a large table that seats six. We all enjoyed our stay. P.S. The host messaged us on the evening we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, that was a first for us.

Spent three nights in this home with our adult children during the fall meet. The home was well appointed and clean and the beds were very nice. We spent every evening on the large front porch enjoying the fall weather. This home is just a few blocks walking distance from several restaurants, bars, a liquor store and grocery which are wonderfully explained and mapped out in a binder in the home. Will definitely return when in Lex!

We were in Lexington to go to a concert. The house was within walking distance to Rupp (1 mile) Nice house. Perfect for our weekend stay. We really enjoyed the front porch! The owner was very responsive.
