Come relax in this wonderfully updated 3 bed/3 bath oceanfront condo! Unobstructed views of the ocean and the Folly Pier await from a very large back deck that is ready for some outdoor grilling or just simply relaxing in the beautiful peace and quiet! The open floor plan provides great ocean views from the main living area and master suite. The master suite has an ensuite master bath (with Jacuzzi and separate shower) and a walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz kitchen countertops with ceramic tile backsplash in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances including Bosch dishwasher and Samsung Double-oven range. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants and close enough to the Pier to enjoy the outdoor live music from the privacy of your back porch. An easy walk up one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride will give you a perfect view of the activity and beauty of the beach! Take a bike ride on the beach with the bikes provided or just sit and enjoy the waves in the beach chairs. Two private parking spaces are included. The condo was great! Unfortunately we had to leave early due to tropical storm Debby. However, we fully enjoyed our stay until then. The owners are just a call away and were very helpful with our questions regarding the tropical storm. Since we live in the Midwest, we haven’t had to deal with a tropical storm so we had many questions. The beach is a very short walk. Which is beyond wonderful if you have kiddos who like to walk the beach and look for ghost crab at night! My little guy enjoyed watching the surfers in the early mornings. There are tons of stores that are walking distances. We weren’t able to see and do everything we wanted, however, we most definitely plan to be back!

This was our group of ladies staying for our second year. We've already booked for 2025. We did have an issue with the air... ...however, there was work being done on the complex. Once we contacted the owners...it was fixed immediately. As I said... ... already booked for 2025!

Location was amazing. Watched the fireworks off the balcony on the 4th of July and walked to everything on center street. Enjoyed coffee watching the ocean. Kitchen was cute and updated from the pictures I viewed when renting. Owners were very quick responding to small issues. Would definitely rent again.

This was a very comfortable accommodation for six adults (which included 2 teen girls). Location was ideal for walking to Bert’s Market or into Center Street. Having Folly Beach on our annual trip list, this is the earliest part of the summer that we have visited (week prior to Memorial Day) and we found it less crowded and more enjoyable.

Our family of 4 had a great week at this condo on Folly Beach. The place is plenty spacious for a family of 4, balcony facing the water is amazing, place was clean and the full kitchen is well stocked with newer appliances and everything you would need. Just a great spot. Hope to be back here one day!

The unit has been upgraded from the pic's posted on VRBO, and looks wonderful. Everything was clean, spotless, the view can not be beat. Within walking distance to downtown for shops and resturants. We often walked to Berts. A great place. Thank you for letting us enjoy it!

In many ways, this rental is close to perfect. It is near enough to Folly Pier and Center Street that you are in the heart of Folly, but just enough away from the town center so that you are not bothered by noise. The layout of the condo is great. Its porch is wide, and you start each day with sunshine. Likewise, the living room is open and spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed but still feels large and roomy. The second and third bedrooms are also just as advertised. The owners were easily available for questions and concern and did everything they could to provide a home away from home feeling.. .

Lovely, comfortable furnishings. Owners very responsive and helpful. We have stayed in several wonderful properties in Folly Beach, but this by far was our favorite. Highly recommend! Three sisters came from Maine to visit. They loved it too. Plenty of beds and baths for everyone as well as living room, dining and deck seating. Five stars for sure!

I loved staying at this condo. I feel like the price value compared to similar properties was a really great deal. The condo was clean, updated and had a lot of space! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and condiments. The owners even left a bottle of wine and candy out as a welcome gift. I will definitely be staying here again.

My daughter got married on 9/16, and we decided to stay the entire week and make it a family vacation. The condo is in a great location, and we easily walked to Center St to enjoy the pier, shopping and restaurants. The condo is very clean, cute and comfy, and the hosts are super responsive. Can't wait for our next stay!!

Our ladies group has been traveling to Folly each summer for nearly 20 years. This was our first time staying at this property. It was probably the cleanest condo we've stayed in. It was a great size for our group of six. The kitchen is MORE than adequately stocked with any utensil you might need. I guess the best recommendation I can give is that we've already booked for the summer of 2024!

Beautiful condo, perfect location with great views, steps from the beach… We couldn’t have felt more at home.. we all agreed it was as if a good friend let is use their home. Each room was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Watching the lightening at night over the water was magical. Am hoping we’ll get to come back with family and friends!

The location of this property cannot be beat! A few problems cropped up that were handled promptly. The kitchen (well equipped) and main bathroom seems to have been updated. The other bathrooms and furnishings could use some updating. The elevator was out of order for almost the whole month but the unit is one floor up so only an issue upon departure while packing up. The balcony is the best feature with an incredible view of the beach and ocean. Very calming!

Our place was perfect. We arrived a week before our wedding. We were the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of our guest. The porch was just the place to watch the ocean and destress. Close enough to our hotel block & rehearsal bbq at the Folliday Inn. We stayed a few days after our wedding ceremony and hated to leave. We enjoyed the condo. The location and convenience were just out style. We will stay again! Thank you for everything!!

A fantastic unit! Beachfront, ten miles from Charleston and great restaurants! The unit was clean, roomy, and had everything you would need for your stay, including basic condiments. And, to have a bottle of wine and a bowl of candy waiting for us… a GREAT touch!! Needless to say, we greatly enjoyed our stay!!!

We loved this 3 bedroom/3 bath condo for 3 couples. The neighborhood was very walkable, safe and quiet. Just steps to the beach or a 5 minute walk to some shopping and fun entertainment.
