This is a great getaway for a couple looking for total relaxation and privacy. White sandy beaches softened by gently swaying sea oats lie just beyond the living room picture window. A large private pool is just a few steps from the sliding door with an expansive patio for sunbathing after a refreshing swim.

If you should want to hide from the sun, there is a covered patio with table and chairs for your morning coffee and paper--or for your picnic lunch or gourmet dinner. Be sure to allow enough time to relax and experience the glorious sunsets!

This modern, recently remodeled home has a convenient private entrance leading directly into the kitchen... no elevators to contend with while unloading luggage and groceries! The large, fully-equipped kitchen has a large with stools bar for dining, as well as a table and chairs. A bright, sunny bedroom boasts large twin closets and island-style furniture.

This home with can best be described as a duplex with a large rental apartment located on the north side of the ground level. The rest of the home is not rented and used a vacation home for the owner.

To begin my husband and I are both retired and have been lucky enough to travel the world. With this being said, this property offered anything and everything you could need for a restful vacation. The beautiful home is completed with every need you could want. The location and property is beyond anything you could want… The pool offers a refreshing and to the day after a day at the beach. The home itself is clean and offers anything and everything you can want I will definitely be returning as I have made many many wonderful memories. The house is most graceful in returns calls with anything you need. Thank you for sharing

Perfect location and amenities! We had everything needed for the beach! The lovely home was located on the beach with easy access to restaurants, shops and water activities! Inside this gem the kitchen was stocked in the event you may want to cook! definitely would love to return!

Perfect place for one couple. Great location. We did not have to rent a car since restaurants and shops were within walking distance. We walked 1 mile to grocery store and then took Uber back. Pool and deck is immaculate. It is so great to sit outside and listen to the waves from the Gulf. We had a wonderful trip. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you so much!

This was our second time staying at Jack and Betsy's beautiful rental. Very clean and well appointed. Has everything you could ever need! The weather was perfect which made the stay even better and harder to leave. This place was perfect for the 2 of us and our little dog. Close to shopping and restaurants. The beach and sand dunes were our backyard! Beautiful pool to lounge around. Met Jack and Betsy and their fur baby Ruby on this trip. Such wonderful folks. Looking forward to another stay. Location! Location! Wow! Loved walking right out to the beach and the view while sitting on the covered patio! Had everything I needed for my stay. One downside was that the AC quit working but we had some severe thunderstorms that might have caused that. Good thing it wasn’t really hot and I made the best with the ceiling fans and a box fan that was in the closet. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I spent a week at this comfortable beach house on Madeira Beach. We loved sitting on the covered patio to read and stepping off the patio into the white sand for a great walk on the beach. We were within walking distance of several good restaurants and shopping areas. We hope to go back again someday!

This was our first time in Madeira Beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting and location. We had everything we needed in the house and it had a wonderful beach theme to match the beautiful view of the Gulf. We loved having the choice of sitting at the pool or beach right outside the door, and most days we did both. Having John’s Pass so close was another added bonus. It was a wonderful month and we already made plans to return next year. Thank you Jack and Betsy for your hospitality and opening up your property to us.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving. Couldn't ask for a more beautiful place to stay. The beach house was very clean and had everything we needed..... Well appointed kitchen where we were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The beach and ocean were steps away....the beach was the backyard! We also enjoyed the beautiful huge pool. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. Too much to enjoy in too little time. Location is perfect for walking to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream places. The owners were beyond kind and let us check in a little early. Such nice folks. Thank you Jack and Betsy. We look forward to coming back. J & M

I’ve been on several vacations, but this one was the best. What made it the best was literally the most genuine sweetest people that rented out their home. The Klines went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided anything we could possibly need for a beach trip. House was clean, everything was easily accessible. Would not book anywhere else if we go back to Madeira. They made the trip a wonderful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house on Madeira Beach. Its on-the-beach access provided for daily opportunities to take long surf-side walks and watch beautiful sunsets. The house's location within easy walking distance of John's Pass provided numerous opportunities to try the dockside restaurants and explores the interesting shops. The owners, Betsy and Jack, have created a wonderful vacation home connected to their own beach house. The interior layout with all of its amenities, scenic view of the beach, and the convenient front-door parking, make this a place that we hope to return to soon!

It has been hard to find a place to rent because we have a large dog (Gracie) our boxer. We lost her liter sister in August. The Klines allowed us to bring Gracie. My husband, Gracie and I needed our time to grieve. The home is beautiful. The tranquility that we felt was exactly what we needed. The backyard is literally white sand and the Gulf of Mexico. It's like Heaven came down and gave us the peace that was long overdue. When it says they have everything...they are totally prepared for all ages...rain or shine. I have visited so many of the Caribbean islands, and lots of Florida. This places surpasses every accommodation that we have stayed at. Definitely already planning to go back
