We very much enjoyed our stay in Brookline. The property manager was attentive and responsive. The location was centrally located amongst some gorgeous historical architecture. We were also a quick walk to town with many amenities. When we wanted to go a bit further out, Uber was there in a heartbeat. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the 3 of us, but could comfortably sleep a few more. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would recommend as well as stay again.

Communication was excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood is great. Lots of good restaurants right there. The apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. We managed okay anyway. Overall it worked very well for us.

The communication and assistance from Kama was excellent. They answered all of my questions and made sure all details were taken care of to ensure a nice time at the property.
Next time I am out visiting Boston, I plan to stay as the same place.
Thank you!

As someone who had never been to Boston before, I had no idea about where to stay, safety, etc. this location was great! It was a fantastic neighborhood and very close to the T. Easy check in & the extra set of keys were appreciated! Apartment was exactly as described and plenty of room for our family of 5.
Only one downside, the bust stop is right outside the main bedroom windows, so you can hear the bus brakes early in the morning. I suggest a white noise app on your phone or something to block out the noise if you don’t want to get up early! Pretty minor issue so we’d likely stay there again if we return to Boston

The perfect condo right in the heart of Brookline! More than enough room for four adults with a cozy and comfortable living space and bedrooms. Well appointed and stocked kitchen and bathroom. All within walking distance to everything and anything you could want or need--great restaurants, shopping, public transportation, etc...all right outside your door step. Wonderful and prompt communication with Alma from the Property Mgmt Team. The welcome basket of treats was a sweet gesture too!

This apartment was super easy to find, navigate around, and near enough to all sorts of restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and other amenities to make it a great place to stay. We felt like we were in the city without being in the middle of downtown. Cute neighborhood, was very safe, clean, and mostly friendly. This is a great little apartment that is near enough to Fenway to walk (1.5 miles) or get an Uber elsewhere relatively quickly. Amenities in the apartment were nice, but it was supposed to have a Keurig and only had a brew coffee maker. Also, it did not have a wine bottle corkscrew anywhere. These were minor inconveniences overall, and the remainder of the apartment was nice and clean with the exception of the air intake and output vents, they were filthy! Also, one small fan in the smaller bedroom was broken, but the one in the master was fine (but also dusty). The place slept 5 adults quite comfortably and was clean otherwise. I would certainly stay here again if the occasion arose. Great management too!

We stayed here during our trip Boston to visit historical sites and see a couple of games at Fenway. Easy access to the T(public train) to get most places you would want to go and only a couple of stops away from Fenway. Parking is limited and so we paid for their space which was a few blocks away. Probably a 10-15 walk for us both ways, but we were able to find street parking when loading and unloading. I would definitely stay again.

Great, fun location in a very liberal neighborhood with tons of choices for food, coffee, shops. Big old houses were fun to pass by and sidewalks are everywhere making the walks to and from the apartment safe and easy. Train station right there. Easy to walk anywhere and an easy ride to downtown Boston. The apartment is above a great restaurant and is very comfortable and had plenty of room even for five people. It is on a fairly busy street so it gets a little noisy at night with cars/emergency vehicles but it’s pretty minor and did not affect sleeping at all. Master bedroom is very comfortable. Neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Police department a block away. We really enjoyed our stay here and the host was very helpful and communication was great. Host helped us secure overnight parking which was key. Definitely highly recommend this place whether a family or a couple.

Nice apartment in a great location
The apartment was clean and well stocked. There was a welcome basket in the kitchen with water bottles and snacks that were much appreciated after our long flight. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen looked like it had everything you'd need. The bathroom was large and had a basket with soaps, razors, shaving foam, toothbrushes, etc. Our group was 3 women and there was plenty of room for all of our lotions, hair supplies, etc. The living room couch was comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedroom above the street had a king sized bed. The mattress was too firm for my liking. The street is very busy and if you are a light sleeper, this is not the room for you. Buses, delivery trucks, and even an occasional siren could be heard. My daughter slept in the other bedroom and said it was quiet, but the mattress was too firm for her. There is no elevator, but I am 60+ years old with a brace on a bum knee and had no trouble going up and down the stairs. The apartment was smoke free, but when we went into the hallway, we could immediately tell that someone had been smoking in the hall/stairwell. We had paid for a parking space, but when we arrived someone else was parked there. I had to call the owner and ask that the car be removed. The owner emailed a detailed welcome packet with a ton of information. It included pictures of specific things to help us easily get into the apartment and find our parking spot. The apartment is very close to a T station. We felt very safe walking from the T station back to the apartment at night. Also, the apartment is very close to Starbucks and other coffee shops, a convenience store, and restaurants. Brookline is a cute town and a nice place to stay.

Very accommodating.

College tours
Great location, we had a car because of our out of area college tours, I would however avoid that in future. Parking spot is definitely handy but a hike, a car not necessary if you are staying within Boston. Apt was perfect for 3 of us. Main bedroom has a very very firm mattress. Noise level at night is not a problem and I am a lite sleeper. All in all a good experience. Note this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator so pack light.

Interesting urban accommodations in the heart of Brookline Village.
The apartment was perfect for my family. It accommodated 4 adults nicely and because of its interesting configuration we had some privacy (necessary for my son who comfortably slept on the pull out sofa in the living room). I hosted dinner and breakfast in the small kitchen with no problem! Great location in Brookline Village, close to the Green Line Brookline Village T Station. Coffee shops, restaurants, etc. are just outside the apartment door. Easy to branch out to greater Boston. The management was easily accessible.

Perfect Boston Location
If you are looking for an apartment in a neighborhood with great restaurants, this is the place for you. The town of Brookline is charming, with wonderful international eateries. There is easy access to Boston sites as well. The apartment was clean and just as described. The owners were easy to reach, and responded quickly. We had a glitch with the internet but they solved it for us right away. I would definitely recommend.

Exactly what we were looking for!
Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Communication was excellent! The apartment had everything -- plenty of fluffy towels, cozy blankets, spices, tea & coffee, snacks, extra keys, a notebook with loads of information about the area, etc. Thank you for hosting us - we'll be back!

Central Location, easy to get to T
The size was great for 4 adults and 2 kids, any questions were answered fast. The T is just a few blocks away and there are plenty of food options nearby. The wifi was a little slow with 4 people trying to use it. The kids loved the games and massage chair.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.
There were four of us in our group and we were quite comfortable at this apartment. Deb rsponded to our emails promplty before we arrived and while we were there. It was very well located for our needs giving us easy access to transportation. The property was very clean and we certainly appreciated the goodies in the welcome basket when we arrived after our trip. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful and perfect!
This property was exactly what we needed for our family. It was clean, well taken care of and the kitchen was perfect for making family dinners. A pack 'n play was provided for our baby so we didn't have to bring one on the plane. Also, the basket of goodies on the table was above and beyond and really a nice touch. We felt very welcome from the moment we booked until time of check-out. Thank you so much for such a great "home" away from home.

Graduation Weekend
We rented this apartment for our son's graduation from Northeastern University in the beginning of May. We had our other sons with us so it was nice to all be together and not have to get separate hotel rooms. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located to the subway and many shops and eateries.
For some reason I was under the impression that the second room had two queen beds in it. It only has one. There was a pullout couch so it all worked out. The listing says the apartment has a coffee maker. I did not realize it was a Keurig and I brought regular coffee and filters to make coffee. The apartment did provide the Keurig cups so that worked out as well.
Be aware that this apartment is on the third floor and the stairs are not for the young at heart. We rented a parking spot that came with the apartment and that is a few blocks away. We did not mind the stairs or the location of the parking spot. It all worked out very nicely and we had a great weekend celebrating our son's graduation. All in all a great rental.

Great location for visiting Boston!
Excellent location in the great area of Brookline Village. Super close walk to the green T line and then only 10 minutes to Boston by subway! We loved the dining options right out of our door too. Cute kids bookstore and toy shop as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. However, being in the heart of a city means that it is noisy. You can hear all the big trucks, sirens, and restaurant noises. This woke us up very early each morning and was tough to get our kids to sleep at night. I'd definitely suggest bringing earplugs!
As for hospitality, we loved the many food treats and water bottles left for guests. The kids devoured them when we arrived late the first night. It was a great added touch for guests.
Overall the place worked well for our needs to be able to see the city without paying the mass amounts the hotels were charging the week we stayed. However, do note that the wifi is quite poor and we had a very hard time connecting throughout our stay. Kama was good at trying to troubleshoot with us but the lack of a good connection made it hard for us to do work while traveling and even to watch anything in the evenings. Sounds like Kama plans to get this issue fixed though!
Would highly recommend staying in Brookline near the T line for future Boston visits.

Outstanding customer service - Saved our holiday!
We booked this unit for the fourth of July weekend for our family of five. We liked that it was close to the train stop and easy to get around. Kama kept in constant contact to make sure that we were taken care of from before check-in to check out. When an unforeseeable issue developed with the toilet she had someone over within 30 minutes even though it was 9pm on a holiday weekend. When he couldn't resolve it immediately, Kama didn't hesitate to move us into another unit that was even nicer! You are in good hands with Kama. Highly recommend. Her unit at 2 Harvard Square is worth a look too!

Near T and bus lines. Small town feel with great food options for any time of day. Good for a couple kids as there are parks nearby as well. Will stay again! Thanks.

Fantastic Apartment in the middle of Brookline
Thank you for a great stay! The apartment was even better than expected. It had all the key necessities and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying for a few days in the Brookline or Boston area.

We LOVE this place!!
I booked this rental with my mother, sister, aunts, and cousins for a "Wicked Womens Weekend" and we could not have been happier!
We came from different states (Colorado, Virginia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire) to meet and see Wicked at the Boston Opera House and enjoy some family time, and this unit was perfect! Kama is an attentive and accommodating owner and was amazing through each and every change i needed to make and I needed a few!!
The apartment was perfect, with two beautiful bedrooms and 2 comfortable couches and a fun massage chair. The kitchen is small but quaint with lots of extra goodies for guests. The fire escape and landing were a big hit but we wished there were a couple more rugs to cover up the spaces in the floor grates for those of us with a bit of vertigo ! ha ha
The location was exactly what we needed. 2 blocks to the T station for a quick, inexpensive and painless trip into the show and walk around Boston, and a BEAUTIFUL neighborhood with quaint shops, numerous coffee houses, a quiet park, and gorgeous old catholic church. Both of my Aunts had lived and worked close to the area many years ago, as did my grandfather and they loved reminiscing about days past and noting the changes in scenery.
To give our experience 5 starts does not seem to do justice to the weekend we shared and we all talked about returning again soon!
Thank you so much Kama for all your attention and for sharing this amazing spot!
*side note: although we loved the T it took 3 attempts to board on a Saturday in early afternoon because it is a popular ride. We also used Lyft and paid $35 one way for a 6 passenger car to the waterfront (that's with tip included). Not too shabby!!

Convenient & Spacious in Brookline
The apartment was spacious and neat. The location was wonderful. Kama, went above and beyond to help us with anything, even very late at night. She really worked hard to secure us an extra parking space and make sure our stay was good. The massage chair was wonderful after sitting in bleachers for multiple graduation ceremonies. Also, there was an extremely good jazz band in restaurant below, but no noise from it in apartment.
