The Cottage on Parkway Loop is a peaceful, welcoming space that provides you the opportunity to truly relax.

If you've ever wondered what it's like to live in a tiny home, come stay with us and find out!

At 600 sq ft The Cottage has a lot to offer for its diminutive size. Downstairs are the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. A full bath with claw-foot tub with shower and laundry adjoins the living room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king- sized bed and half bath. This light filled room is tucked into a dormer with large windows looking out into a canopy of trees. A small nook entices you to stay and read a while.

The fully equipped custom kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Other amenities include: roku, dvd player, high speed and wireless internet connections, washer/dryer and air-conditioning.

The Cottage on Parkway Loop is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just one mile from the Blue ridge parkway and ten minutes from downtown asheville. This convenient location within minutes to Interstates 40 and 240 gives you access to all the delights of downtown, while being close to many of the outdoor activities that make WNC such a wonderful place to be.

One mile away, the Blue Ridge Parkway is your avenue to spectacular views, cascading waterfalls, and revitalizing hikes. The cottage is only 12 miles to the extensive mountain bike trails at Bent Creek, and 20 miles from Chimney Rock and Lake lure. The legendary Biltmore House is just minutes away on Interstate 40.

We invite you to experience The Cottage as your departure point for the many adventures that await you in our beautiful mountains.

The cottage was the perfect place for our visit! We drove into SC and TN and also had easy access to the Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway. We loved the wooded neighborhood! Tim and Muffi were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond when we accidentally left a bag behind. We hope to visit Asheville and stay here again!

Adorable cottage with a beautiful old fashioned bear claw tub; comfy upstairs loft; plenty of books to read; and the most important feature, a fire pit with plenty of firewood. Great hosts. I would totally recommend!!!!

This cozy, quiet cabin in the woods is perfect for your Asheville adventure. It was well equipped, close to the excitement of the city and very, very comfortable. It's small, but has everything you need! Would definitely stay there again.

All the comforts of home and close to Biltmore and Grove Park Inn which we toured at Christmas. Easy drive to Chimney Rock. Very relaxing. This was a clean and inviting home and if it had not rained so much we would have enjoyed the outdoor fire pit too. We would highly recommend. The hosts made sure everything needed was there. Perfect for two people.

This cottage is actually a bit more roomy than it looks. And everything feels new and very clean. High quality floors, windows and cabinetry- and all the basics that you need in a kitchen. There were 2 of us- one adult and one child. He loved having the 1st floor to himself at night. I anticipated that I would have felt cramped, but the cottage could fit one more person comfortably. We were there 2 nights, and would have been comfortable staying longer. Cottage is amongst other houses, but it still felt as if we were somewhat secluded. Never saw anyone else or heard them. No complaints at all.

This little gem is just minutes away from all that Asheville has to offer. The cottage is well appointed and spotless! It is in a private neighborhood less than 15 minutes away from Biltmore and downtown shopping and restaurants. Host is very responsive. Cottage has everything you need to have a restful stay.

This was one of the most thoughtfully designed properties I have stayed at. Instructions were clear. Light switches were where they should be. The owners provided ample usb ports for charging multiple devices. The house itself is on a lovely wooded lot on a small loop road with no through traffic. Easy proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway and highways to get anywhere in Asheville you needed to go. I would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is in a beautiful location. Parking is right next to the entry. Woods and hills. Private and quiet. It is clean and well-maintained. All needed things for our stay are in the home as described in the listing and more. Kind property managers. Cozy and inviting decor. We had a wonderful stay at this little cottage. It had everything we could think of, and there were clear instructions on everything. Sitting and enjoying dinner on the front porch, we saw a bear ambling down the road! Mostly, though, we just saw and heard the happy birds.

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for an anniversary get away. The cottage was charming, clean, and comfortable. It is in the perfect location regardless of what you choose to do in Asheville: historical sites, arts district, downtown, or explore nature. It is close to everything! The cottage had all the comforts of home to come back to at the end of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

If you enjoy being within a short walking distance of attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc., this might not be for you. Otherwise this is perfect. The location is within easy driving distances from most things in Ashville. The small cottage itself is beautiful, quiet, and restful. The owners have equipped the location with everything we will need for your stay. The cottage was immaculate on our arrival. The owners are very responsive. Highly recommended.
