La armonía entre las personas que estábamos compartiendo las vacaciones.
No me gustó nada, según entramos estaba sucio, puerta y ventana con cristal roto, falta de limpieza en el apartamento y de mantenimiento, las camas no reúnen los requisitos para descansar por lo menos en el apartamento 21, no hay vajilla suficiente ni enseres para 3 personas, no reúne las condiciones para ser alquilado en ningún sentido, barras de cortinas y cortinas sucias, el microondas y la nevera también sucios, lleno de humedades, paredes sucias, para no volver nunca más.

The fact we only booked for 1 night
Rooms smelt and dirty. Hairs on the bed. Beds not made and dusty, shower mouldy, no air con or fan. Mouldy walls. Dirty floor, no proper bar. No sun beds as everyone takes them to their room. 1 towel in room. No soap in toilet. Broken pool floor. Dogs everywhere. Noisy at 2 am. Kitchen for restaurant looked dirty. No staff understood even basic English, even when pointing at signs. Drinks advertised but not available.

Tenia dos plantas y el dormitorio arriba con lo cual me daba confort para descansar y desconectar ya que fui para un evento deportivo.
Lo recomiendo tanto para ir sol@, en familia o grupos. Zona tranquila con aparcamiento cerca .
Por decir algo , la piscina el segundo día estaba fuera de servicio a pleno día y mucho calor . Entiendo que sería algo puntual ese día

La cama. La tranquilidad del complejo; no había mucha bulla en las fechas que fui.
Las paradas de bus estaban a unos 10min caminando.
Cerca del holiday world y un mini supermercado SPAR cerca.
El pepe chiringo (un sitio de sandwiches y hamburguesas) también estaba cerca, y podías ir a desayunar ahí.
Estaba un poco alejado de las playas y zonas más turísticas como el centro comercial yumbo.
Había pequeñas hormigas en el interior de la casa y el primer día también encontré una cucaracha. El equipamiento de la cocina dejaba mucho que desear. Una renovación no vendría nada mal.
La limpieza no es muy profunda, en el baño aún había algún pelo de la anterior inquilina.
La piscina no era muy apetecible.

Lo único que nos gustó fue el trato que nos dio la recepcionista, super maja y atenta.
Y la ubicación estaba muy bien
Cogimos un apartamento para 4 personas, era minúsculo y estaba sucio. El agua de la ducha se salía todo el rato y encharcaba todo.
Las camas eran súper incomodas y el sofa cama horrible y sucio.

Leider war die Bettbank im Wohnzimmer sehr durchgesessen und sollte dringend erneuert werden und zum zweiten gab es

Den Innenhof vom Bungalow wenn man sich die Schnellstraße wegdenkt!
Wolldecken für das Schlafsofa hat maga unangenehme abgeranzt gerochen, Vorallem nach Schweißfüße ! Das Zimmer zur war umgeben von Autolärm. Das Wasser der Dusche lief ganz langsam, duschen mit Haarewaschen fast unmöglich, die zweite Person muss Stunden warten bis das Wasser wieder warm ist um auch duschen zu können. Fernseher funktionierte nicht und kein Ansprechpartner in der Abendzeitung.
Zimmer Ausstattung abgelebt und aus den achtziger Jahren. Zwei Nächte dort gewesen und das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Pool umzäunt und sah schmutzig aus . die Steine vom Pool, sowohl innen und außen waren Baige-braun (verschmutzt), daher war auch nie einer Impuls zu sehen… Handtücher gab es auch keine frische. Diese anlageist mehr Schein als sein. Die Dusche war schlecht.

premesso che è la terza volta che vado a Mas palomas e che ho sempre noleggiato una macchina, a parer mio la posizione è ottima visti i pochi minuti di macchina che separano sia da Playa degli Ingles che la zona del faro.il complesso si trova in una zona molto tranquilla servita da un piccolo SPAR a pochi passi.il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, la struttura si presenta in buone condizioni pulita e completa di tutto l'occorrente per fare colazione , cucinare e lavare essendoci anche una lavatrice. la mia casetta (ma forse anche le altre)aveva anche una terrazza di dietro dove poter pranzare all' aperto .

Nice small bar on site, staffed with friendly people. Excellent shower, plenty of hot water. Reasonable location. Decent size television screen.
Pool could be cleaner, property could be cleaner, floors dirty, seating areas in the apartment were not comfortable and not adequate for four adults. One bedroom has no window. Noisy permanent residents in surrounding apartments.
Would we stay here again? No! Just adequate facilities in the apartment.

Der Pool war okay.
Außer dem Pool, der sehr schön, zwar etwas klein und daher meist voll war, hat uns unser Duplex überhaupt nicht gefallen. Alt, relativ unspektakulär und nicht die das Sauberste. Es gibt wohl auch schönere bzw. renovierte Duplex-Appartements dort, aber unseres war sein Geld nicht wert, Dritt-Klassig!

A lovely welcome and delicious food !
The apartment had everything we needed for our trip, the rooms could do with a bit of TLC also ( a lick of paint etc.). But that's just cosmetic, it was very clean nevertheless.
Street parking was always available for our hire car, and the place was very secure.
I would definitely stay here again as it was very cost effective and a nice place to stay.

Me gustó que estuviera cerca del parque de atracciones, que la piña colada del restaurante del establecimiento estuviera bien de precio y riquísima , que la comida a domicilio llegará sin problemas y que la piscina tuviera una parte de escaleras y barandilla.
No había ni aire acondicionado, las escaleras de la piscina oxidadas, según llegamos nos lleva directamente a un apartamento maravilloso pero al abrir la llave no daba y nos cambiaron a uno super cutre en una esquina donde pasaba hasta el tato a cada momento, mucho jaleo de despedida de solteros y fiesta, en la ducha solo teníamos agua caliente y en ningún momento vinieron a repararlo, lleno de telas de arañas y arañas pequeñas, un calor en todas las habitaciones, el sofá cama un asco, y que casualidad el baño no tenía ni para una cerradura de intimidad, el día de salir tanto apuntamiento para que nos fuéramos del apartamento (nos dejaron estar en la piscina) pero nadie fue a instalarse ni a limpiar en el rato que estuvimos en el solajero .....

The bed was good, also the pool looks nice, but we couldn't use. The staff was excellent, it is a shame they need to work in this outdated and worn out place, There is a bar in the complex tho'...
The place is old and you can see it from the first moment you enter - old couch which you can unable to get up from, old fridge, cracks on the walls, old bathroom... the complex itself looks tired. When we were there, they started to use hammers around 9 AM next doors, as the complex should be renovated, but it means it is not quiet, you can't sleep after 9AM due to the works. The hotel itself is in a suburb of Maspalomas, at least 20-30 mins from the beach on foot, so if you need a beach close by, this is not your place.

We stayed two nights in this hotel, contact with reception was great, we also received advice where to go and where to eat :) Apartment was big, clean and bed was very comfortable! Location in a calm district but it has its advantage as well after all days of sightseeing. I can really recommend to stay there :)

Although is 4km from Faro and from Playa del Inglés the location is well connected by bus lines.
The accommodation was well equipped for self catering and there is a Spar minimarket nearby. Also the location has its own restaurant.
The staff was nice and the staying was pleasant.
The furniture is a little outdated and the bathroom door closes with a bang😉but that doesn't impact your staying there.

There is a swimming pool and our house was right next to it. The kitchen was new. Bed is big and we had thin duvet which was great - most of the places has only sheet as a cover.
Bathroom needs serious renovation. The glasses should be better and would be great to have wine glasses or bigger glasses for drinks. The whole place could be redecorated but we were there just in the evenings as we travelled around the island a lot. There is no parking but plenty of space on the street.

Our house was at the corner of the complex, so it was quiet (but in general all people in the complex are nice and it is quiet). There are free parking places outside the complex.
The bed was very confortable.
The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.
There is a small supermarket really close to it.
The house has no decoration. It has the basic ikea itens and that's it.
The kitchen is very basic and the sofa is quiet getting unconfortable from its use.
We even had to ask for a clothesline and a blender (to make soup for our baby), otherwise there would be none.
The swimming pool water is quiet cold in February (I wasn't able to swim in it).
