Ispunjena očekivanja.

Lokacija je odlična, kreveti udobni i čisti, kupatilo čisto, internet dobar. Osoblje predusretljivo. Smeštajna jednica je za kratak put, kada samo treba da prespavate, sasvim odličan. Kuhinje nema, ali nama to ni nije bilo potrebno.

Ako bi neko planirao da ostane više dana i da više vremena provodi u smeštaju, onda bi trebalo obogatiti sadržaj, a inače je za noćenje odličan.

Ako ne zelite da spavate na gradilistu izbegavajte ovo mesto! Ocena velika 0!

Nista! Jedan uzas od objekta! Nismo upisani i zavedeni kao gosti, uzimaju novac na crno, smestaju u drugi neko objekat koji jos uvek ne moze da se vodi kao smestajna jedinica za upotrebu!

Smestili su nas u neki nedovrseni objekat u nekoj skroz drugoj ulici, ne na lokaciji koju smo rezervisali. Zgrada koja se renovira, puno gradjevinskog materijala i prasine, vire kablovi svuda, i gole cigle. Soba bez zavesa, kupatilo bez ogledala i zavese, dobili po jedan mali peskir samo za lice. Radnik je ujutru samo usao u sobu bez kucanja da vidi da li smo jos tu! Totalna nekultura! Neki insekt me je izujedao po ruci u toku noci dobila sam alergijsku reakciju. Za ogromnu sumu novca koji su nam naplatili uslovi 0, spavanje kao na gradilistu! Nikad ne bismo ponovo boravili tu. Izbegavajte prevarante!

Pleasant stay

Everything was nice, host is very kind because we had some eary check in and thats was not a problem at all. Location is near river if thats your starting point. Apartmant has comfortable beds and pillows so we slept like babies :)

Building is a little bit old, but thats not a problem...

Very good

4 clean beds in a room, clean bathroom, and the air con worked perfectly. A mini fridge to help cool drinks etc. Was ideal for when we stayed whilst attending EXIT festival as the apartment literally is by the bridge heading to the fortress.

Terrible scary experience

Actually, I spent only two hours in the room. As the owner didn't solve problem with heating in freezing winter night , I was forced to find a new accomodation in the middle of the night with a two months old baby with me. Also, there was a terrible odor in the room.But, the worst things was the fact that the owner has stalked me via SMS. I was, actually I am still completely shocked.

Exceptional

Perfect location, near city center and Petrovaradin's fortress. Accommodation is clean and tidy. And the host is very kind and helpful.

Excellent location at reasonable price.

Handy to city centre (via short cut through Dunavski Park), short walk to Petrovaradin Fort. On bus route to bus station and also Sremski Karlovci.

This place would be perfect if you put one kettle on each floor so we can boil hot water to make coffee/tea in the morning. Your restaurant isn't open early in the morning for us to get hot water.

Worst experience in Novi Sad so far, had to change accommodation at 1 in the morning.

Location is ONLY good thing.

Old, dirty and cockroaches everywhere. Couldn't shower because I didn't want to step in (something that looks like) big shower area, because there were 8-10 small roaches. One adult roach was in corridor, and one squashed in the middle of the room. Room was with 3 bunk beds. After i saw all these thing, i left accommodation. Tomorrow when i came to take the bill owner/worker lady returned the money and claimed there are no cockroaches and that somehow they entered facility due to heavy rain (for those who are more interested - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oriental_cockroach), although apologized later when she looked at the pictures. To sum it up - changed accommodation in ~01:00 in the morning, went to nearby hotel and I'm glad i did that.
