Absolutely perfect

Everything about this hotel is perfect. From the staff who always greets you,to the very nice room (including the exceptional rain shower bathroom) to the great breakfast. We were in town visiting friends and without a doubt will return in a couple months.

Overall I was very pleased.

The rooms were clean and up-to-date. Staff was very friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok. Not many fresh items. Most were prepackaged.

The stay was nice and comfortable and I would recommend 10 out of 10!

The staff were very friendly, they always had a smile on their face. The hotel in general was very neat and clean. The breakfast was good as well.

We could figure out how to control the air and got hot during the night

Exceptional

I liked the location. After a long drive we were able to ckeck in earlier. The restaurants near by were really good. The breakfast was fantastic and had a good variety of tasty food. Toy recommend for families

2 star service for a 4 star price.

Beds were comfortable, but no housekeeping service at all during a 3-night stay. This was not communicated to me in advance or at the time of arrival. Surprising and disappointing, compared to pre-pandemic standards. Food was breakfast only, quality was marginal at best. And the price was quite expensive for the level of service and amenities offered, averaging over $250 per night including taxes and fees. This was 2 star service for a 4 star price.

My stay was enjoyable

The selection at the breakfast was more than adequate. Check in and check out was very smooth. The location was excellent easy in and out.

The coffee left a lot to be desired both in room and at the breakfast bar. The room was noisy until 11 pm mainly soccer kids

Nice location, convenient for shopping and restaurants

Light fixture missing/broken off bedside, stains on carpet floor, unfriendly/distracted staff, bed was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. Would not stay again for the price, over $200 for the night.

Eggs were runny and not well done No sausage or Bacon

Staff at checkin was not friendly or courteous. Mattress on bed was horrible. Pool was outdoor and cold. Room was not what I was expecting for $200.
