Really lovely stay overall!

The house was the perfect size - larger than expected and the layout of the house is smart and allows friends to give each other space. The infinity pool is perfectly positioned with gorgeous views. We enjoyed using Pezula’s facilities, including the tennis court 800m away! We enjoyed The proximity to places. It felt safe.

The check-in process- receiving a lot of forms on the day of arrival electronically instead of at least a week prior. Would have been a great personal touch to have a member of VIP come meet us in person to talk us through the documents received as well as guide us through the facilities - however, they were fortunately contactable. The refundable deposit charge should be detailed on the site and included in the cost breakdown to avoid surprise charges. The WiFi connectivity strength in the house could improve. A generator or inverter & solar panels would have really taken the holiday to 10/10.

The house was big and spacious but also very warm, it also has a braai area which definitely braaid

The house was nice and warm inside with heated floors, I enjoyed everything with amazing views me and my family had an amazing time we definitely coming back

It's beautiful place.

The fact that we couldn't play music. We go to these holiday homes to have a good time not to go sit as if we at a funeral. We couldn't even enjoy the pool because people were complaining we making a noise so we stayed indoors all the time.

There tv was not working, the iron was trapping the electricity and there was no WiFi, as promised..

The location is beautiful. The house too.

The wifi was not working, the DSTV was not paid up plus the Fridge on the Freezer side was not freezing. I feel like we were inconvenienced tremendously as we could not even get a hold of the hosts when we needed help. Ended up running out of Gas, I couldn't cook, had to drive to a garage 15min and use my own money to buy gas.
